1、翻譯語(yǔ)言研究課程教學(xué)大綱一、課程名稱:翻譯語(yǔ)言研究Language Studies for Translation二、課程編碼:三、學(xué)時(shí)與學(xué)分: 68學(xué)時(shí)/4學(xué)分四、考核方式:考試五、先修課程:翻譯導(dǎo)論、現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)六、適用學(xué)科專業(yè):英語(yǔ)專業(yè)七、課程總體教學(xué)目的1.了解現(xiàn)代漢語(yǔ)在文字,詞匯,語(yǔ)法及修辭等層面上的結(jié)構(gòu);2.了解現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)在文字,詞匯,語(yǔ)法及修辭等層面上的結(jié)構(gòu);3.分辨現(xiàn)代漢語(yǔ)和現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)在語(yǔ)言各層面的差異;4.運(yùn)用對(duì)中英文結(jié)構(gòu)差異的認(rèn)識(shí),加強(qiáng)翻譯的技巧;5.認(rèn)識(shí)及處理因中英文在詞義, 語(yǔ)法,修辭和文化上的差異所引起的翻譯問(wèn) 題。八、總體教學(xué)要求: 翻譯語(yǔ)言研究是英語(yǔ)專業(yè)語(yǔ)言與翻譯方向
2、必修課。使用教材為翻譯語(yǔ) 言研究(暫定)。課程的教學(xué)要求是通過(guò)使學(xué)生了解英漢語(yǔ)在文字,詞匯,語(yǔ)法 及修辭等結(jié)構(gòu)差異,加強(qiáng)翻譯技巧,處理由此引起的翻譯問(wèn)題。課程的開(kāi)設(shè)時(shí)間 在三年級(jí)5-6兩個(gè)學(xué)期,教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排從英漢語(yǔ)文字,詞匯,語(yǔ)法及修辭等結(jié) 構(gòu)的比較,進(jìn)而過(guò)渡到掌握翻譯技巧,處理翻譯問(wèn)題。課堂教學(xué)以學(xué)生為主體, 以教師為主導(dǎo), 改變以教師為中心的教學(xué)模式。 在教學(xué)中充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的能動(dòng)性、 創(chuàng)造性,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主性、獨(dú)立性和合作精神。教師要充分利用多媒體輔助教 學(xué)手段,采用靈活多樣的教學(xué)方式,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行積極主動(dòng)的思維活動(dòng)、掌握學(xué) 習(xí)方法。通過(guò)一學(xué)年68學(xué)時(shí)的訓(xùn)練之后,學(xué)生應(yīng)該能通過(guò)兩種語(yǔ)言結(jié)
3、構(gòu)的比較, 了解翻譯的轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程,歸納出語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)換的規(guī)律,從而加強(qiáng)兩種語(yǔ)言互譯的能力。本課程的測(cè)試著重考核學(xué)生對(duì)翻譯技巧的掌握。 期末考試采用筆試形式、以 主觀題為主。第5學(xué)期著重考核學(xué)生對(duì)漢英兩種語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)的了解。 第6學(xué)期著重考核學(xué)生對(duì)翻譯技巧的掌握和應(yīng)用教學(xué)中需要注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:在課程初始階段,讓學(xué)生對(duì)翻譯的性質(zhì),翻譯理論模式,翻譯的轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)制等基本問(wèn)題有所了解要不斷補(bǔ)充新材料,充分利用多媒體教學(xué)手段給學(xué)生提供可供學(xué)習(xí)、觀摩的材料,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鑒于本課程的課時(shí)有限,教師必須給學(xué)生布置足夠數(shù)量的課后作業(yè),教材基本用于學(xué)生自學(xué)。教師要定期檢查學(xué)生課后作業(yè)的完成情況,并作好記錄,作為平時(shí)成績(jī)。
4、課堂上盡量給學(xué)生提供新的材料。九、基本教學(xué)安排本課程的總學(xué)時(shí)為68學(xué)時(shí),持續(xù)兩個(gè)學(xué)期,每周2個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)。安排在第5和第6個(gè)學(xué)期。教學(xué)進(jìn)度安排如下:第三學(xué)期:Unit 1: Course introductionTeaching objective:Let students have the course overview.Outline:11Definition of translation12Language and translation13Thinking and translation14Basic translation methodsHomework:Review and find m
