2、reachedthefollowingagreementsoncooperativeeducationontheprinciplesofvolunteering,equality,opennessandjustice.I.CooperationcontentInordertoconcludethecontentsbelowregardingthecooperationfollowingnegotiationsbetweenthetwoparties:1. PartyAwillsendtheirqualifiedstudentsfromPartyAwhowillstudyasnondegreee

3、xchangestudentsatPartyBfor(ESL/Summercamp/Wintercamp/Non-academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses/Academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses)2. PartyBwilladmitstudentsnominatedbyPartyAinaccordancetothenondegreeadmissioncriteriaofPartyBandwilldividestudentsintoclassesbaseduponthei

ThiscooperativecontractwillcomeintoeffectonthedatewhenitissignedbythetwopartiesandisvalidfromuntilThisagreementshallbeforaperiodofyearsfromthedateofexecutionunlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.II. Responsibilities,RightsandObligations1. PartyAsresponsibiliti

5、es,rightsandobti igns,a. OnbehalfofPartyB,PartyAisresponsibletosendqualifiedstudents,guaranteeingthestudentshavetheabilitytostudyatPartyBandthestudentsholdalegalpassportandvalidentryvisa.b. PartyAwillinformthestudentsabouttheireducationalcoursefor,andproperlyexplainaboutthestatusofthecourses,whichwo

6、uldmeanthatthesecourseswill/willnotbecountedfordegreecredits.c. StudentsMustbeproperlyinformedstudentsaboutthefactthattheywillnotbeabletocontinuethestudyofforanyreasonbeyondwhattheydeclaredprior.d.studentswillnotbeallowedtochangetheirprogramsordiscontinuethestudyforanyreasonexceptforgenuinemedicalgr

7、oundsorunforeseenreasonsbeyondthecontroloftheindividualstudent.AnysuchstudentswillproducedocumentsasevidencedulyendorsedbyPartyB.2. PartyBsresponsibilities,rightsandobligations,a.PartyBwilladmitstudentsnominatedbyPartyA,andwillinformstudentsandPartyAabouttheadmissionsdecisions.PartyBwillproperlyexpl

8、aintherelevantlawsoftheircountryandstipulatestudentsregistrationinformation.Inthecase,ifthereisastudentwhohasalongerlearningperiodthanavalidvisa,PartyBshalltaketheresponsibilitytoassistthestudentwithhis/hervisa.b.Afterthecompletionoftheprescribedcoursesandpassingtheexaminations,PartyBshallsubmitthea

9、cademicperformanceofeachadmittedandregisteredstudenttoPartyA,whichwillthenbeanofficialtranscriptandastudycertificate.c.PartyBshallbringadmittedstudentsintotheirregistrationanddailyteachingsystem.d.PartyBensuresthatitwillorganizetheconformityteachingactivitieswiththerequirementsofPartyA.Whenunpredict

10、ablecircumstancessuchaspoliticalpolicy,naturaldisasterswarorotheruncontrollablefactorswhoseoccurrenceandconsequencescannotbeprevented,andwhichleadstoasituationinwhichtheagreementcannotbecarryoutorbeimplementedasplanned,PartyBhastheresponsibilitytonotifyPartyAwithoutdelayandprovidedetailsandvalidsupp

11、ortingdocuments.Forstudentswhoviolateschoolregulations,performillegalactivities,willbepunishedaccordingtoschooldisciplineandlegalruleprocessing;violateslawsofthecountry,willbenegotiatedbetweenthetwocountriesanddecidedaccordingly.III.Tuitionfee1. PartyBwillchargetheadmittedstudentsfeeasfollowing,a.Ea

12、chtermhasstudents,thedurationoflearningsessionwillbeweeks,thetuitionfeeofeachstudentis,generalfeesis,accommodationfeeis.b.Generalfeesareincluded2. Thefeesshallbepaidin(currency),(cash/cheque/draft),(time),payinthePartyBFinanceDepartment.3. Afterpaymentiscompleted,PartyBwillissueaformalreceipttothest

13、udentsofPartyA.4. Dailyexpensesandothercostsincurredshallbepaidbythestudentsthemselves.5. Largechangesinexchangeratecausedbypoliticalinstability,war,naturaldisastersandotheruncontrollablefactors,shallbesettledbybothpartiesthroughconsultationandnegotiation.IV.QualityControlinTeaching1. ThestudentsofP

14、artyAwhowillreceivecourses,otherteachingandpracticeactivitieswhichareofferedbyPartyB,shallbecoveredbyawrittensupplementalagreementreachedbetweenbothpartiesthroughnegotiation.Thesupplementalagreementhasthesamelegaleffectasthisagreement.2. PartyBshallensurethatalloftheirteachingstaffsholdtheteachingqu

15、alifications,andthattheteachingqualityisaccordingtotheteachingrequirement.3. PartyBmustconformtotheadministrativeprovisions,administeringtheteachingqualitymonitoringofthedailyclasses,ensuringthatteacherslistentoandacceptstudentspositiveorconstructivefeedbacks.4. AfterstudentsofPartyAfinishtheireduca

16、tion,PartyAandPartyBshallexchangetheirviewsabouttheteachingresults,alltheaspectsoftheprogramdevelopmentandotherrelevantissuesinoralorwritingway.V. ArticlesofAgreement(CooperationTerm)1. Theagreementshallcomeintoeffectafterbeingsignedbybothparties,anditshalllastforfromthesigneddate.Duringimplementati

17、onoftheagreement,ifanyPartysimproperconductbreachestheagreementandthereisfurtherotheragreementthatshowthiscooperativeagreementshallbeterminated.Eitherpartyshallhavetherighttosuggestterminatingtheagreement.2. Ifbothpartiesconsideritnecessarytocontinuethecooperationthroughnegotiationorallyorinwriting,

18、thenanofficialwrittenagreementandsupplementalagreementofextensionshallbesigned90daysbeforetheexpiration.3. Intheprocessofimplementingtheagreementandsupplementalagreement,notificationofimportantmattersbythetwopartiesshallbebasedupontheproperconsultation.NeitherPartyhastherighttochangethecontentorviol

19、atethelegalrightsoftheagreement.Itshallberegardedasabreachifeitherpartychangethecontentoftheagreementorcannotimplementtheagreementandperformitsdutiesorresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththetime,mannerandrequirementsstipulated.Theotherpartywillterminatetheagreementandthepartywhichisresponsiblefortheviol

20、ationwillbepenalizedbyRMB.4. EitherpartymayterminatethisContract,bygivingaday(s)priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.However,duringthetimePartyAsstudentsarestudyingatPartyB,theagreementshallnotbesubjecttounilateralterminationbyeitherparty.5. Othermattersrelatedtothisagreementshallbedealtwiththroughnego

21、tiationbythetwoparties.6. Thetwopartiesshallhavetherighttousetheoutreachprogram,sessionoftheproject,nameoftheprogramparticipants,forthepurposesofpromotingtheacademicexchangesandbenefititsenrollment.7. BothPartiesMustmaintaintheconfidentialityoftheconfidentialinformationsuchastuitionfeesandcourseplan.Theymaynotdiscloseanysuchrelevantinformationtoanypersonoranythirdparty,excepttoitsemployeesoremployeesofAffiliates,andotheradvisorswhoneedtoknowsuchinformationtoperformtheirresponsibilities.Incaseofaviolationbyeitherpartywhomaydivulgether
