1、1.0 Purpose 目的不斷培養(yǎng)和提高生產(chǎn)操作工的技能和素質(zhì)。滿足規(guī)定要求,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量Continually cultivate and improve the skill and capability of the operators so as to fulfill the requirements and ensure the quality of products.2.0 Scope適用范圍適用于生產(chǎn)員工。applicable to Producing staff3.0 Condition 條件3.1.1. 上崗培訓 work training3.1.1.1 新員工上線操作時的定
2、崗培訓。Target training of new workers on determine posts3.1.1.2 因工作需要,員工更換崗位或增加新崗位技能。The modification of post and new post skills of the job demand, because3.1.2 崗位實時培訓 temporary post training3.1.21 新品扌比量生產(chǎn)前 before quantity producation of new product3.1.2.2 生產(chǎn)工藝文件進行更改后 after the modification of manufac
3、turing technique documents3.1.2.3岀現(xiàn)重大生產(chǎn)操作問題,為避免和預防錯誤再次發(fā)生avoiding the occurrence of same mistake4.0 Training plan 培訓計劃4.1 培訓期限 training term4.1.1 上崗培訓:個月 work training: 3 months4.1.2 崗位實時培訓:個工作日 temporary post training 1 days4.1.3 新員工在試用期內(nèi)配帶” TRAINEE標識牌,班組長及培訓者需對佩戴”TRAINEE員工進行監(jiān)督和指導New worker should w
4、ear a“TRAINEE” placard, the group leader and trainer should supervise andin struct new worker4.2 培訓教師資格規(guī)定:the stipulation on trainer qualification4.2.1 生產(chǎn)線指導工 the instructor of production line4.2.2 專業(yè)工程師 professional engineer4.3 培訓教材:training material4.3.1 相關型號工藝文件 relevant types of technique docume
5、nts4.3.2 相關設備的操作規(guī)程4.4 崗位培訓的考核 examinaton of post training4.4.1 上崗培訓的考核 examination of work training4.4.1.1 相關崗位的實操考核(按工藝文件操作)examination of practicing on specific post ( accoring to techniquedocume nts)4.4.1.2 相關崗位的書面考核,以各小組不同階段的試題為準written examinination on relevant post,subject to different group4.
6、5崗位培訓的單位界定 division between depts on post training4.5.1Manual production line: directed by the type of product, evaluated by each unit of producingDivisions: stock、 assembly line( soldering、 testing)、 embedment、packaging.4.5.2轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)線:以產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工序為基礎,整條生產(chǎn)線為單位進行考核,分為HAS系列、LA55系列、HA療列、繞線生產(chǎn)車間等Transfer producti
7、on line: based on the manufacturing procedure of each product, we examine whole production line as a unit, Division: HASseries、 LA55 series、 winding reel producing department etc.4.5.3 大電流(HCS)High electricity (HCS)5.0 Procedure 程序年度上崗資格認證(員工崗位技能資格矩陣表)Anuual qualification authentication on working (
8、the matrix table on post skills of worker)5.1相關人員說明:SQM intro:資格認證評定員:生產(chǎn)線組長、生產(chǎn)主管judge of qualification authentication: production line foreman、producing supervisor 被認證人員:生產(chǎn)線崗位操作員工。 Conner of qualification authentication: operator of production line5.2 資格認證時間:qualification time:在線生產(chǎn)員工:每年2月底完成。In-serv
9、ice worker: completed by the end of Feb every year.最新上崗員工:崗位培訓的 同時。 New worker: within post training.5.3 崗位操作資格等級:grade of the qualification on post operation Beginner:員工對本崗位簡單了解,處于培訓指導期內(nèi),需 培訓者監(jiān)督和指導。在獨立完成規(guī)定合格數(shù)量后,經(jīng)培訓者驗證可晉升為Qualified。Beginner should understand the post briefly and be supervised in the
10、 period of training.After accomplishing certain numbers of accepted product independly,beginner can be promoted to qualifiedQualified:員工對本崗位熟悉且能夠按工藝文件操作,能按時保質(zhì)保量完成工序任務。熟悉本生產(chǎn)線相關工藝流程的員工經(jīng)培訓者 或工藝工程師驗證可晉升為Trainer。Qualified should be familiar to their post and operate under producing technique documents.Al
11、l the procedure assignment can be finished, fulfilling quality and quantity.Qualified who are familiar to releva nt producti on line technique procedure can be promoted to trainer after the verificati on of trainer and technique engineer.Trainer:員工能夠熟練操作并可以輔導及培訓他人。Trainer should be proficient at ope
12、rating producing equipment and cultivating other worker.5.4確認崗位操作資格等級的條件內(nèi)容。standards to affirm the grade of post operating qualification5.4.1 上年度操作員總體表現(xiàn)(新員工略)o aggregate performance of last year ( New staff omit)5.4.2 實操情況。Actual operating condition5.4.3 員工等級條件。Requirement on staff grade5.4.4 若考核結果不
13、符合崗位要求,對不合格員工重新進行崗位培訓,合格后返崗。Staff who do not match therequirements of the post should accept the post training again, returning post after qualified.6.0培訓文件的存檔控制stock of training files6.1. 文檔內(nèi)容:contents of document:6.1.1 培訓記錄 minutes of training6.1.2 書面考核試卷 exam in ati on paper6.1.3 實操考核記錄表 table of
