1、寫作專題專題應(yīng)用文寫作之建議信【寫作點(diǎn)撥】建議信是寫信人向收信人對(duì)某事提岀的建議和忠告。建議信可能是寫給個(gè)人，也可能是 寫給某個(gè)組織或機(jī)構(gòu)。信的內(nèi)容要包括寫信的原因，建議的內(nèi)容，提岀建議的理由。建議信 要寫得簡明扼要、目的明確、具有合理性和說服力。具體寫作步驟一般是三段式”，通常 以 firstly, secondly, thirdly 或 to begin/start with, then, later, last but not least 等依次陳述建議， 具體為：第一段：表明寫作意圖。陳述事由，簡單介紹自己，注意語氣。第二段：應(yīng)該首先肯泄對(duì)方的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，然后指出需要改進(jìn)的地方或針對(duì)具體情況
