1、這是我一次的發(fā)帖, 寫的不好, 請大家多多包涵! 首先我要談的這個客戶是從GOOGLE上開發(fā)來的, 當(dāng)時找到了他的郵箱, 就每隔兩三天給他發(fā)一次郵件,問候一下。大概過了一周, 他回我了, 內(nèi)容如下:stop emailing me !  對于客戶的這種回答, 我已經(jīng)習(xí)以為常了,lol! 我這個人挺喜歡經(jīng)常跟蹤客戶的, 不過這樣會導(dǎo)致兩種結(jié)果: 1,客戶被我的堅持感動了,最終下單。2.客戶受不了我的郵件轟炸,把我拉入黑名單。據(jù)我的經(jīng)驗來講(當(dāng)然, 也只是做一年外貿(mào)了,沒什么太多經(jīng)驗),我得到的第一種結(jié)果比第二種結(jié)果多,嘿嘿。雖然那個客戶讓我停止給他發(fā)郵件, 但是我還是沒有理會, 繼續(xù)發(fā)

2、給他, 因為我調(diào)查了這個客戶的信息, 潛力還是蠻大的。 又過了10天左右,他回復(fù)我內(nèi)容如下:I said stop the spam so stop spamming and delete my contact details otherwise will report you ! 看到這種回復(fù), 當(dāng)時心里真的好不舒服, 想直接把這個客戶從聯(lián)系人出刪除掉, 不過待我冷靜了一下, 想既然客戶愿意花時間回復(fù)我郵件,那么何不借此機(jī)會給客戶“閑聊”一下那, 于是我的回復(fù)如下: hi Daniel i am so sorry for this inconvinence ! i just want to

3、know if you still need a reliable supplier of A , Because i visited your website , and find that you may interested in some of our A such B etc If you now do not need , maybe one day you want to change the supplier , then we will be your second choice . looking forward to your kind reply best regard

4、s sandy 接下來客戶這樣回復(fù): Hi Sandy No need and not sure where you got this email address as I am not using this oné for my business. 看到客戶說這不是他的工作郵箱, 而是個人郵箱,我嚇了一跳, 這這相當(dāng)于侵犯他隱私了, 澳大利亞客戶對于個人郵箱還是蠻看重的, 個人郵箱用在親密朋友較多,而且不愿意把個人郵箱和工作郵箱混淆。怪不得客戶要揚(yáng)言舉報我那, 換做是我, 早拉入黑名單了。 于是帶著愧意給客戶回復(fù)了: Hi Daniel this one is for your p

5、esonal eamil address , right ? i thought this was your business address , so i sent the emails to you , really really so sorry for this inconvinence ! I visited your website ,so i thought that you will need a reliable supplier of A , If you really do not need now , then i would not send the emails t

6、o you again , But kindly please let me know when you need a reliable supplier . After all , at present no need supplier does not stand that you will never need another supplier in future, right ? 看到我的回復(fù), 也許你們會說, 不是在上面已經(jīng)說過問客戶需不需要供應(yīng)商那, 會不會顯著比較啰嗦,但是我的觀點(diǎn)是, 想多說一次, 強(qiáng)調(diào)用意, 當(dāng)然是個人見解了!本以為客戶不會回復(fù)了, 沒想到,回復(fù)了, 如下:

7、Again no need, manufacturing everything in Europe, happy with that.And I don't understand a word in that website must be illegal as I don't share my personal email! Daniel 看到客戶這樣回復(fù), 我似乎又看到了希望,嘻嘻。也許你們會說, 這有什么希望啊, 客戶都說兩次不需要其他的供應(yīng)商了那,而且供應(yīng)商是歐洲的, 不是中國這邊的。 其實我很感謝客戶給我說他的原產(chǎn)地, 讓我找到了突破口,看我回復(fù)如下: hi Dani

8、le Regarding the personal email , i really feel so sorry for that , my friend ! and I guess that you must have unhappy experience in doing business with Chinese Suppliers , i could feel that you dislike Chinese suppliers, right ? Otherwise why you  manufacture everything in Europe . best regard

9、s sandy   其實看到客戶說他所有的東西都是讓歐洲一些國家生產(chǎn)的, 我當(dāng)時在想是不是客戶在與中國供應(yīng)商做生意, 是不是有 不好的經(jīng)歷,所以才問了客戶上面那樣的話。 不過說客戶不喜歡中國供應(yīng)商,是我故意這樣說的, 想套出客戶是不是真的不喜歡中國供應(yīng)商而選擇歐洲供應(yīng)商還是另有其他原因。 下面是客戶的回復(fù): No I didn't say that! I am unhappy that my personal email appears on some weird website. Plus I receive like 10 emails a day similar to

10、what you sent me so yes I am already a bit resistant to that. I am just saying that I use European manufacturer as I am originally from Europe and I am happy with that. Thank you Daniel 看到客戶的這種回復(fù), 真是太高興了, 原來是因為他故鄉(xiāng)是歐洲那邊的, 所以才那樣做的,看來這個客戶是故鄉(xiāng)之情和愛國之情很濃厚了。于是我做了如下很長的一段回復(fù),雖說外貿(mào)郵件忌諱長篇大論, 不過必要的時候還是需要那樣做的哈: hi

14、 it , then i will pray to the God and let him help me punish you !" best regards sandy在這里我之所以會提及我們產(chǎn)品的價錢, 是因為我看了他們網(wǎng)站上產(chǎn)品的價錢 ,感覺我們的價格比較有競爭力, 所以就利用價格來吸引他, 萬一我們的價格比他現(xiàn)在的供應(yīng)商價格還低那。客戶看到我這些, 終于放下了警備, 開始問我們關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的事情了, 如下:Thanks Sandy, appreciate your understanding.   The price is not bad but I have pre
