1、文秘英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱(供應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)專業(yè)使用)一、課程的性質(zhì)與任務(wù)(一)本課程的性質(zhì)文秘英語(yǔ)是??朴⒄Z(yǔ)專業(yè)的選修課程,教學(xué)對(duì)象為高等院校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的??茖W(xué)生以及相關(guān) 專業(yè)的高等院校和高等職業(yè)院校學(xué)生,電大和各類成人院校及社會(huì)從業(yè)人員。本課程從培養(yǎng)高級(jí)應(yīng) 用型人才的總體目標(biāo)出發(fā),結(jié)合學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的工作實(shí)際,力求向?qū)W生提供其工作崗位所需要的專業(yè) 英語(yǔ)知識(shí)和技能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生使用涉外業(yè)務(wù)英語(yǔ)的能力,提高文秘從業(yè)人員熟悉辦公室中常見(jiàn)的涉外 活動(dòng)。(二)本課程的任務(wù)通過(guò)本課程的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生應(yīng)掌握相關(guān)行業(yè)實(shí)用寫作文體、實(shí)用口語(yǔ),提高和掌握文秘英語(yǔ)交流 的基本技能和涉外英語(yǔ)交際能力等,其中包括專業(yè)文獻(xiàn)閱讀、翻譯、寫作和口頭交
2、際的能力,成為 適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要的應(yīng)用型涉外工作者。二、課程的基本要求通過(guò)本課程的教學(xué),使學(xué)生能夠用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)和掌握相關(guān)行業(yè)實(shí)用寫作文體、實(shí)用口語(yǔ),提高和 掌握文秘英語(yǔ)交流的基本技能和涉外英語(yǔ)交際能力。1、聽力能力要求:能基本聽懂正常語(yǔ)速(每分鐘140-180個(gè)單詞)的一般旅游活動(dòng)中的電話、對(duì) 話等,并能結(jié)合具體語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,理解所聽內(nèi)容的深層含義。2、閱讀能力要求:能讀懂一般難度的英語(yǔ)文章,閱讀速度為每分鐘90-120個(gè)單詞,理解準(zhǔn)確 率在65%以上。能夠承擔(dān)辦公室中常見(jiàn)的涉外活動(dòng)中的英語(yǔ)閱讀和翻譯工作。3、口語(yǔ)能力要求:能夠用英語(yǔ)介紹交流。語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)正確,i吾流基本連貫順暢,表達(dá)基本得 體。4、英漢
3、互譯能力要求:能夠翻譯一般性辦公室文秘方而的各種材料。英譯漢,要求速度每小 時(shí)160200個(gè)單詞:漢譯英,要求速度每小時(shí)150200個(gè)漢字。能夠承擔(dān)辦公室中常見(jiàn)的涉外活 動(dòng)中的英語(yǔ)翻譯工作。5、詞匯要求:認(rèn)知詞匯達(dá)到4.000左右單詞,熟練掌握其中約3.000個(gè)詞。6、能夠正確寫出一般性辦公室常見(jiàn)的涉外活動(dòng)的材料。掌握使用涉外業(yè)務(wù)英語(yǔ)的能力。7、綜合素質(zhì)要求:要求學(xué)生具有樂(lè)觀、積極、向上的心理素質(zhì)和勇于創(chuàng)新、不斷更新自身知 識(shí)體系的精神。三、本課程與其他課程的關(guān)系在學(xué)習(xí)本課程之前,必須具備基本的英語(yǔ)水平和文秘相關(guān)知識(shí),在大學(xué)英語(yǔ)精讀、試聽說(shuō)和文 書檔案學(xué)課程開設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)立本課程;本課程在專業(yè)
