8、友好協(xié)商解決。若通過友好協(xié)商未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，則提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會對外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會，根據(jù)該會仲裁程序暫行規(guī)定進(jìn)行仲裁。該委員會決定是終局的，對雙方均有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)用，除另有規(guī)定外，由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。ArbitrationAll disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. 13、ing the existence of such a cause issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or by a competent Authority買方與賣方針對一下產(chǎn)品以及條款達(dá)成一致：付款條件，買方應(yīng)預(yù)先電匯不得少于貨物總款20% 的定金，余款在發(fā)貨之后立刻電匯付清。保險，貨上船之后，賣方通知裝船信息給買方，保險由買方支付。不可抗力，賣方不對由不可抗力造成的發(fā)貨延遲負(fù)責(zé)。在合同規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)如果不能發(fā)貨， 賣方應(yīng)盡快用電報通知買方。 賣方應(yīng)該以掛號信的形式寄給買方由中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會或

14、相關(guān)當(dāng)局的出具的書面證明。制定以下方案：一、成員的確定1、大隊長由紀(jì)律部門、衛(wèi)生部門、升旗手、鼓號隊四個組織各推薦一名優(yōu)秀學(xué)生擔(dān)任（共四名），該部門就主要由大隊長負(fù)責(zé)部門內(nèi)的紀(jì)律。2、中、小隊長由各班中隊公開、公平選舉產(chǎn)生，中隊長各班一名（共 11 名），一般由班長擔(dān)任，也可以根據(jù)本班的實際情況另行選舉。小隊長各班各小組先選舉出一名 （共 8 個小組，就 8 名小隊長）然后各班可以根據(jù)需要添加小隊長幾名。3、在進(jìn)行班級選舉中、小隊長時應(yīng)注意，必須把衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律部門的檢查學(xué)生先選舉在中、小隊長之內(nèi)，剩余的中、小隊長名額由班級其他優(yōu)秀學(xué)生擔(dān)任。4、在班級公開、公平選舉出中、小隊長之后，由班主任老師授予中、小隊長標(biāo)志，大隊長由少先隊大隊部授予大隊長標(biāo)志。二、成員的職責(zé)及任免1、大、中、小隊長屬于學(xué)校少先隊組織，各隊長不管是遇見該班的、外班的，不管是否在值勤，只要發(fā)現(xiàn)任何人在學(xué)校內(nèi)出現(xiàn)說臟話、亂扔果皮紙屑、追逐打鬧、攀爬欄桿、 亂寫亂畫等等一些違紀(jì)現(xiàn)象， 都可以站出來制止或者報告老師。2、班主任在各中隊要對中、小隊長提出具體的責(zé)任，如設(shè)置管衛(wèi)生的小隊長，管紀(jì)律的小隊長，管文明禮貌的、管服裝整潔的等等，根據(jù)你班的需要自行定出若干相應(yīng)職責(zé)，讓各位隊長清
