8、友好協(xié)商解決。若通過(guò)友好協(xié)商未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，則提交中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，根據(jù)該會(huì)仲裁程序暫行規(guī)定進(jìn)行仲裁。該委員會(huì)決定是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)用，除另有規(guī)定外，由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。ArbitrationAll disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. 9、d to the Foreign Trad Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for Arbitration in accordance with its Provisional Rules of Procedure. 13、ing the existence of such a cause issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or by a competent Authority買(mǎi)方與賣(mài)方針對(duì)一下產(chǎn)品以及條款達(dá)成一致：付款條件，買(mǎi)方應(yīng)預(yù)先電匯不得少于貨物總款20% 的定金，余款在發(fā)貨之后立刻電匯付清。保險(xiǎn)，貨上船之后，賣(mài)方通知裝船信息給買(mǎi)方，保險(xiǎn)由買(mǎi)方支付。不可抗力，賣(mài)方不對(duì)由不可抗力造成的發(fā)貨延遲負(fù)責(zé)。在合同規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)如果不能發(fā)貨， 賣(mài)方應(yīng)盡快用電報(bào)通知買(mǎi)方。 賣(mài)方應(yīng)該以?huà)焯?hào)信的形式寄給買(mǎi)方由中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)或

14、相關(guān)當(dāng)局的出具的書(shū)面證明。制定以下方案：一、成員的確定1、大隊(duì)長(zhǎng)由紀(jì)律部門(mén)、衛(wèi)生部門(mén)、升旗手、鼓號(hào)隊(duì)四個(gè)組織各推薦一名優(yōu)秀學(xué)生擔(dān)任（共四名），該部門(mén)就主要由大隊(duì)長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)內(nèi)的紀(jì)律。2、中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)由各班中隊(duì)公開(kāi)、公平選舉產(chǎn)生，中隊(duì)長(zhǎng)各班一名（共 11 名），一般由班長(zhǎng)擔(dān)任，也可以根據(jù)本班的實(shí)際情況另行選舉。小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)各班各小組先選舉出一名 （共 8 個(gè)小組，就 8 名小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)）然后各班可以根據(jù)需要添加小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)幾名。3、在進(jìn)行班級(jí)選舉中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)應(yīng)注意，必須把衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律部門(mén)的檢查學(xué)生先選舉在中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)之內(nèi)，剩余的中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)名額由班級(jí)其他優(yōu)秀學(xué)生擔(dān)任。4、在班級(jí)公開(kāi)、公平選舉出中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)之后，由班主任老師授予中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)標(biāo)志，大隊(duì)長(zhǎng)由少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)部授予大隊(duì)長(zhǎng)標(biāo)志。二、成員的職責(zé)及任免1、大、中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)屬于學(xué)校少先隊(duì)組織，各隊(duì)長(zhǎng)不管是遇見(jiàn)該班的、外班的，不管是否在值勤，只要發(fā)現(xiàn)任何人在學(xué)校內(nèi)出現(xiàn)說(shuō)臟話(huà)、亂扔果皮紙屑、追逐打鬧、攀爬欄桿、 亂寫(xiě)亂畫(huà)等等一些違紀(jì)現(xiàn)象， 都可以站出來(lái)制止或者報(bào)告老師。2、班主任在各中隊(duì)要對(duì)中、小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)提出具體的責(zé)任，如設(shè)置管衛(wèi)生的小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，管紀(jì)律的小隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，管文明禮貌的、管服裝整潔的等等，根據(jù)你班的需要自行定出若干相應(yīng)職責(zé)，讓各位隊(duì)長(zhǎng)清
