3、hors timely after completing duct grouting and confirming it is acceptable. Use C55 dry hard shrinkage-compensating concrete as the anchor sealing concrete. Except for the micro-expansion agent, use girder concrete materials for all concrete raw materials which shall be added with appropriate expans

4、ion agent with the amount determined by the lab; meanwhile, reduce water usage appropriately and the water-binder ratio to make the concrete slump meet the construction requirements. Perform water-proofing treatment with polyurethane waterproofing coating on anchors, anchor bearing plate surface and

5、 exposed steel strands prior to T-girder anchor sealing.為防止水分及其它有害介質(zhì)侵入梁體，腐蝕錨具及外露鋼絞線，待孔道壓漿工作完畢并經(jīng)檢查合格后，及時進行梁體封錨。封錨混凝土采用C55干硬性補償收縮混凝土，混凝土原材料除微膨脹劑外全部采用梁體混凝土材料，其中摻入適量膨脹劑，摻量由試驗室確定，同時適當(dāng)減少用水量，降低水膠比，使混凝土坍落度滿足施工要求。T梁封錨前對錨具、錨墊板表面及外漏鋼絞線用聚氨酯防水涂料進行防水處理。1、Roughening1、鑿毛1）Roughen the anchor recess evenly after end

6、formwork removal but before anchor sealing until the smooth surface of old concrete is fully roughened.1）在封錨之前先進行錨穴鑿毛，鑿毛在拆除端模之后進行，要充分均勻，鑿毛程度應(yīng)鑿除舊混凝土表面光面方可。2）Clean the anchor recess after roughening, and clean and wet it with water before pouring anchor sealing concrete.2）鑿毛后錨穴須清理干凈，封錨前灌注混凝土前用水清洗濕潤。3）

7、Remove the mucilage on the anchor bearing plate surface and the anchor sealing mortar on the anchor ring prior to binding of anchor sealing reinforcement. In order to strengthen the connection between the subsequently poured concrete and the girder, roughen and clean the anchor recess at the girder

8、end, and remove other substances such as laitance and ash residue.3）綁扎封錨鋼筋之前，先將錨墊板表面的粘漿和錨環(huán)上的封錨砂漿鏟除干凈，為加強后灌混凝土與梁體的連接，梁端錨穴處鑿毛處理，并清洗干凈，各處的浮漿、灰碴等雜物也要清理干凈。2、Anchor Sealing Reinforcement2、封錨鋼筋1）Process and spot-weld the reinforcement as per the design drawing and make sure precise dimensions so as to put

9、it into the anchor recess.1）鋼筋按設(shè)計圖加工點焊，尺寸準(zhǔn)確，以便放入錨穴中。2）After roughening and cleaning, apply polyurethane waterproofing coating which can be directly used on the waterproofing course to the anchor periphery and the steel strand ends. Apply adequate coating to all exposed areas of the anchor evenly. In

10、 order to ensure the coating effect, the coating may extend to the part slight above the anchor bearing plate; however, its forbidden to apply the coating to the concrete.2)鑿毛、清理工作后，在錨具的四周及鋼絞線端部涂以直接用于防水層的聚氨酯防水涂料進行防水處理。用此涂料把錨具的全部外露面積范圍內(nèi)均勻足量地涂刷一次，為保證涂刷效果，可以刷到錨下墊板上面一部分，但嚴(yán)禁刷到各處混凝土上。3)In order to strengt

11、hen the connection between the subsequently poured concrete and the the girder end, install the bolt with thread at one end and a hook at the other end on the anchor bearing plate and make it integrate with the anchor sealing reinforcement. Place spacer bar meshes with a cover of not less than 35 mm

12、, and bind the meshes tightly with the short reinforcement installed on the anchor bearing plate.3)為加強后灌注混凝土與梁端的連接，在錨墊板上安裝一端帶螺紋一端帶彎鉤的螺栓，使之與封錨鋼筋連為一體，放置鋼筋網(wǎng)片，網(wǎng)片要有準(zhǔn)確的保護層不得小于35mm，并且把鋼筋網(wǎng)片與錨墊板上安裝短鋼筋綁扎牢固。3、Concreting3、混凝土的灌注Pour the anchor sealing concrete in several times to ensure compactness, and tamp th

13、e concrete with a reinforcement rod to ensure no hollowness or void; make sure the anchor sealing concrete is flush with the girder end face, and the faulting between the anchor sealing concrete and the girder concrete doesnt exceed 2 mm. If any gap occurs between the anchor sealing concrete and the

14、 old concrete due to plastic deformation, tamp the concrete into the gap with the old concrete before concrete setting to ensure compactness.封錨混凝土可分幾次填塞，保證填塞密實，并用鋼筋棍（橡膠錘）搗固密實，不能有空洞、不飽滿現(xiàn)象；封錨混凝土要與梁端面平齊，封錨混凝土各處與梁體混凝土的錯臺不超過2mm。如有塑性變形造成其與原混凝土之間有縫隙的現(xiàn)象，必須在混凝土未凝固前把重新?lián)v固于原混凝土之間達到密實效果。4、Concrete Curing4、混凝土的養(yǎng)護

15、Cure the anchor sealing concrete naturally with its surface covered and sealed by plastic films, just like the curing of girder concrete. Consolidate the curing within 12 h after initial setting to keep the concrete fully wet and avoid cracks between the anchor sealing concrete and the girder.封錨混凝土的養(yǎng)護與梁體混凝土相同，養(yǎng)護方法采用表面用塑料薄膜覆蓋密封自然養(yǎng)護。在初凝后的12小時之內(nèi)必須加強養(yǎng)護，充分保持混凝土濕潤，防止封錨混凝土與梁體之間產(chǎn)生裂紋。5、Security assurances5、安全保證措施1）To enter&#
