2、響,不僅有利于豐富地方政府管理理論,也為地方政府執(zhí)行力提升研究提供一個(gè)新的方法和視角,具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)意義。本文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一章:導(dǎo)論。闡述本文的選題背景及意義,在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出本文研究的基本思路和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,提出本文所采用的主要研究方法。第二章:介紹了行政文化、傳統(tǒng)行政文化、地方政府執(zhí)行力的相關(guān)內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn),并分析了地方政府執(zhí)行力提升的行政文化需求。第三章:分析了傳統(tǒng)行政文化對(duì)于地方政府執(zhí)行力提升的正負(fù)兩個(gè)方面影響。第四章:詳細(xì)論述了如何揚(yáng)棄我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)行政文化,并對(duì)之進(jìn)行傳承和創(chuàng)新,并根據(jù)地方政府執(zhí)行力構(gòu)成的四個(gè)要素,從政文化的角度尋求提升我國(guó)地方政府執(zhí)行力的對(duì)策。從
