2、響,不僅有利于豐富地方政府管理理論,也為地方政府執(zhí)行力提升研究提供一個新的方法和視角,具有較強的學術意義。本文共分為四個部分:第一章:導論。闡述本文的選題背景及意義,在綜述國內相關研究成果的基礎上,概括出本文研究的基本思路和主要研究內容,提出本文所采用的主要研究方法。第二章:介紹了行政文化、傳統(tǒng)行政文化、地方政府執(zhí)行力的相關內涵及特點,并分析了地方政府執(zhí)行力提升的行政文化需求。第三章:分析了傳統(tǒng)行政文化對于地方政府執(zhí)行力提升的正負兩個方面影響。第四章:詳細論述了如何揚棄我國傳統(tǒng)行政文化,并對之進行傳承和創(chuàng)新,并根據地方政府執(zhí)行力構成的四個要素,從政文化的角度尋求提升我國地方政府執(zhí)行力的對策。從
