6、the name for approval in advance (or shop name) is overlaping in the same trade or meets the requirements stipulated in Article 6, Article 7 and Article 8 in the Provisions on Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.5. If the name preceded by such words as "Zhongguo" or "Zhongh

7、ua" (both mean China) or "Quanguo" (State) or "Guoji" (international), it shall be decided by the State Council.6. Where the word of “China” is used in the middle of the name for approval in advance, the following conditions shall be met; Wholly foreign-owned enterprises or

8、foreign holding enterprises; where the company name of foreign-capital enterprises is used; when meeting the condition of no administrative division.7. Where the name applied by the enterprise excludes the administrative division, it shall comply with Article 13 of Measures for the Implementation of

9、 Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.8. Where the terms of the classifications of the national economy sector are not used to express the sector in which an enterprise is engaged, it shall comply with Article 18 of Measures for the Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Regis

10、tration.9、The expression of sector in the Pre-Approval name shall conform to the main business scope of the enterprise, and the name shall not explicitly or implicitly have the business exceeding its business scope.10、The valid period of Enterprise Name Approval in Advance and Enterprise Name Change Approval Notice is six months, the approved name will lapse automatically on the expiry date.Releva
