工程安裝合同

1、工程安裝合同于年月日（簡稱甲方）與（簡稱乙方）簽訂安裝的項目合同。1. 安裝工程名稱：O2. 工程地點：甲方港口。3. 工程范圍：本合同所附圖紙及估價單。4. 完工期限：本安裝工程將配合甲方在甲方港口建造工程完工后天內完成安裝工程其中包括試驗運行。5. 安裝工程總價格：美元整。6. 安裝工程付款進度：第一期：甲方在本合同開始實滋時付給乙方工程總價15%即 美元整。第二期：甲方在港口造船工程開始時付給乙方工程總價15%即美元整；第三期：在安裝管路時甲方付給乙方工程總價的10%即 美元整。第四期：在主機的主要設備運抵工地時甲方付給乙方工程總 價的40%即美元整；第五期：在安裝工程完畢時甲方付給乙方

2、工程總價的10%即 美元整；第1頁共9頁第六期：在工程驗收合格后甲方付給乙方工程總價余額的10% 即美元整。7. 違約罰款：因乙方原因未準時完工時應由乙方負責應付違約罰款每天按總價的1%計算即美元整。8. 增加或減少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或減少其工程計劃 時總價之增減應按雙方規(guī)定之訂單計算。若需新增加工程量雙方 應另行協(xié)商該項新增加工程之單價。若甲方因修改原計劃而將已 完工部分工程或已運抵工地之材料棄置甲方在驗收后應按雙方規(guī) 定的單價對乙方已完成的工程費用及材料費予以支付。9. 監(jiān)督進度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表對工程進度予以監(jiān) 督并有權予以監(jiān)工、指導。乙方應按甲方人員或代表的指示正確 施工

3、不得以任何借口置之不理。10. 工程停工：若甲方通知乙方將工程停止其原因又并非是 乙方的責任乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已完成工程的數(shù)量、 運抵工地的材料及其他合理費用。在已交款中增付或扣除。11. 工程監(jiān)護：在工程開始后但在完工移交前已完工的工程 及留在工地的材料、工具、設備等均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵 抗的災害外乙方應對保管中的一切負損害之全責。如遇不可抵抗 的天災人禍乙方應詳列損害實情向甲方提出恢復原狀的價格及日 期。以供甲方核對付款之用。若甲方決定不再繼續(xù)施工按合同第 10條規(guī)定結束。第2頁共9頁12. 工程保險：除天災或因甲方使用不當?shù)脑蛲庖曳綉诩追津炇蘸蟊ＷC工程質量良好年。13
