1、 摘要純水液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)具有環(huán)境友好、不燃燒、干凈、安全、易得價(jià)廉和處理方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是當(dāng)今國際液壓行業(yè)的前沿研究課題,也是近年來本學(xué)科發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn),具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。細(xì)水霧來火技術(shù)具有無環(huán)境污染、滅火迅速高效、耗水量低、水漬損失極小、滅火效果良好等特點(diǎn),是了連云港消防界在“蒙特利爾協(xié)議”簽定后,規(guī)定在二十一世紀(jì)初葉要求取締的對(duì)大氣臭氧層有嚴(yán)重破壞作用的哈龍滅火系統(tǒng)的在效替代滅火系統(tǒng)。常見的細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)為氣液兩相輔助霧化式,系統(tǒng)需附高壓氣瓶,管路布置復(fù)雜。本文結(jié)合純水液壓技術(shù)和細(xì)水霧滅火技術(shù),提出新型的高壓直接霧化細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)布置簡便易于操作,可持續(xù)工作。并對(duì)此進(jìn)行了深入的系統(tǒng)的研究。所

2、進(jìn)行的主要研究工作有:設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)排量為20 mL/r 的純水液壓九柱塞泵;搭建了移動(dòng)式高壓直接霧化細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng);安裝和調(diào)式了“211工程”資肋的純水液壓試驗(yàn)臺(tái),并利用該臺(tái)架對(duì)高壓直接霧化噴嘴進(jìn)行了初步試驗(yàn);對(duì)細(xì)水霧噴嘴進(jìn)行了選型,對(duì)其內(nèi)部流場和外部霧化特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行仿真,研究了噴霧內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)噴霧特性的影響;對(duì)直接高壓霧化細(xì)水霧噴嘴進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對(duì)改進(jìn)后的細(xì)水霧噴嘴外部霧化特性參數(shù)如霧滴粒徑SMD和霧滴速度等,進(jìn)行了激光相位多普勒(PDPA)測量分析;最后對(duì)移動(dòng)式滅火系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的A類火及B類火國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滅火試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)證明滅火效果良好。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)通過了專家鑒定。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)包括如下幾個(gè)部分:1

3、提出了高壓直接霧化以獲得細(xì)水霧進(jìn)行滅火。相對(duì)于普通的氣液輔助式細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)來說,系統(tǒng)布置更為簡單,機(jī)動(dòng)性大為增強(qiáng)。這為細(xì)水霧滅火技術(shù)走向市場提供了更好的機(jī)會(huì)。2 設(shè)計(jì)并改進(jìn)了高壓直接霧化細(xì)水霧噴嘴,針對(duì)改進(jìn)后的高壓細(xì)水霧噴嘴,進(jìn)行了PDPA測量,得出噴嘴的外部霧化特性參數(shù);在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)霧化機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。為本系統(tǒng)以后的噴嘴設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。3 對(duì)移動(dòng)式高壓細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)消防試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明滅火高效迅速、節(jié)水效果良好。這為高壓直接霧化細(xì)水霧滅火技術(shù)提供了有說服力的實(shí)際工程數(shù)據(jù)。關(guān)健詞: 純水液壓,移動(dòng)式,高壓,直接霧化,細(xì)水霧,滅火系統(tǒng), PDPA測量,外部霧化特性參數(shù),國際標(biāo)

4、準(zhǔn)消防試驗(yàn)ABSTRACTWater hydraulics has advantages of environmental-friendly, non-flammable, cleanness, safety, readily available, Inexpensive, and easily disposable. It is widely recognized that water hydraulics is a frontier research area and the hotspot of hydraulics research and design. It has wide ap

5、ply and development potential. Water mist used for fire suppression has advantages of no pollution, high fire extinguishing capability, minimum quantity of water requirements, low water damage and better effect. Since the signature of “Montreal Protocol”, Water mist fire suppression system has been

6、in fact widely expected the most potential substitute of the Chlorine-or bromine-based gaseous fire suppressants known as HALON, which has great affection to the ozone layer.Common used water mist system is air-aided two-phase atomization system, which need high-pressure gas container. Combine water

7、 hydraulics and water mist fire suppression technology, this paper put the new type of high-pressure direct atomize water mist fire suppression system. It avoids complex assembly of common air-aided atomization system and has longer continuous working time.The main research contents are as follows.

8、A displacement of 20 mL/r water hydraulic nine piston pump is designed. A portable high-pressure direct atomization water mist fire suppression system is constructed. The national “211 project” fund supported water hydraulic test rig is installed and debugged. Shape selection of high-pressure direct

9、 atomize nozzle is carried, and then the nozzles inner structure parameters influence to its inner flow status and outlet atomization characteristics is simulated and tested. After such primary experiments, further modification of nozzle is taken. Using phase Doppler Particle Anemometer apparatus (P

10、DPA), modified nozzles outlet atomization characteristics includes droplet velocity, droplet Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD) is measured. And high-pressure direct Atomization mechanism is analysized. At last, portable fire-fighting systems international results show that system has very well fire protecti

11、on capability. The whole fire suppression system passes the specialists identification.Concretely, the dissertations main contributions include.1 The dissertation put forward high-pressure direct atomization way to get water mist for fire suppression. Compared to common air-aided water mist fire sup

12、pression system, it has simpler equipment and so its flexibility is greatly enhanced. And this suggestion provides more opportunity for the water mist fire suppression technology from laboratory to the real market.2 The high-high-pressure direct atomization nozzle is designed and modificated. And PD

13、PA measurement to the modified nozzle is processed. Nozzles outlet Atomization Characteristics is obtained. On the basis of experimental results, atomization mechanism is discussed. Such discussion supply theoretical method to the design of high-pressure direct atomize nozzle.3 Portable fire suppres

14、sion systems international standard fire suppression experiment is carried. Experimental results show it has high and quickly fire extinguishing capability, and also minimizes the water usage. Such standard experiments afford forceful engineering data to the high-pressure water mist fire suppression system.Key Words: W
