北京地區(qū)流行性腦脊髓膜炎的臨床及實驗研究

1、北京地區(qū)流行性腦脊髓膜炎的臨床及實驗研究 06-11-18 10:25:00 編輯：studa20 作者:蔣榮猛 李蔚莉 李興旺 丁靜秋【摘要】 目的 探討北京地區(qū)2002年與2001年流行性腦脊髓膜炎在臨床及實驗室檢查等方面的差異。方法 整群抽取北京地壇醫(yī)院2001.1.12001.5.30住院治療的全部流腦病例39例，及2002.1.12002.5.30住院治療的全部流腦病例50例，分成兩組。對這2組病例的流行病學、臨床表現、實驗室檢查進行描述性比較分析。結果 2002年組流行性腦脊髓膜炎暴發(fā)型病例、死亡病例、并發(fā)呼吸衰竭病例、發(fā)生低鉀血癥、低鈉血癥、低氯血癥、腎功能及心肌損害的病例均明顯

2、高于2001年組（P0.05）；2002年組病例的腦膜炎雙球菌陽性率較2001年組低（P0.01）。結論 2002年組病例死亡率較2001年組高與2002年組暴發(fā)型病例多有關；2002年組病例多器官功能損害多，提示腦膜炎雙球菌泛嗜性感染的可能；2002年組病例的腦膜炎雙球菌陽性率較低，可能與2002年細菌型別變遷有關。 【關鍵詞】 流行性腦脊髓膜炎；多臟器功能損害；腦膜炎雙球菌 【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the differences of the clinical symptoms and laboratory tests of epidemic c
