13、 mold; first( )ejection; then( )ejection手冊(cè)內(nèi)容二模具使用說明THE OPERATION OF MOLD合模動(dòng)作注意mold closed notice:1、合模前,頂針板必須完全復(fù)位;Before mold closed, ejection plate must be returned completely2、頂針板完全復(fù)位后,后模行位才能開始復(fù)位;Ejection plate return completely prior to the core slides3、后模行位(油唧,汽缸)復(fù)位到位后,才能開始合模;Core slides return c

15、er of cavity slides return: the first( )return, then( )return; at last( )return;手冊(cè)內(nèi)容三模具維護(hù)保養(yǎng)Operation and MaintenanceA. 使用模具注意事項(xiàng)Operation notice:1、檢查注塑機(jī)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)參數(shù)設(shè)定是否正常;Check the molding parameters were set properly.2、裝模前將注塑臺(tái)(炮筒)后退;Retract the injection unit before mold mounting.3、調(diào)整注塑機(jī)動(dòng)定模板間間距,使其大于模厚;Ad

16、just the distance between the platens: It must be larger than the mold thickness4、按模具上向上標(biāo)志“ ”所示,吊起模具放入動(dòng)定模板之間,使模具的法蘭先導(dǎo)入注塑機(jī)定模板上的定位孔中,再閉合機(jī)板,使模具緊貼于兩機(jī)板之間。Lift the mold with arrow sign“ ” upward and set it between the platens. Insert the locating ring into center hole of the fixed platen.5、模具側(cè)邊同機(jī)板側(cè)邊平行,用壓板

17、及螺絲固定模具于注塑機(jī)動(dòng)定模板上。Before clamping the mold onto both platens, ensure that the mold is not tilted side way.6、鎖模塊后,進(jìn)行開模、合模、試合模力,逐步調(diào)整鎖模位置,逐漸升高鎖模力并使連桿能夠伸直。嚴(yán)禁在閉模狀態(tài)下增大鎖模力,以免損壞模具。Always check that P/L straps are removed before opening the mold. Check the clamping pressure by opening and closing the mold, in

18、crease the platen daylight slowly till the link rods fully extend. Never increase clamping pressure while mold is closed, else molding machine will be severely damaged.手冊(cè)內(nèi)容三模具維護(hù)保養(yǎng)Operation and Maintenancea) 依模具資料調(diào)節(jié)注塑機(jī)頂出桿行程,使其恰當(dāng)頂出產(chǎn)品。Adjust the ejector stroke according to “Mold Date Sheet” and make su

19、re the parts can be ejected properly.b) 依運(yùn)水示意圖連接運(yùn)水。Connect the cooling system as shown in the cooling diagramc) 依工藝參數(shù)卡為參照進(jìn)行調(diào)機(jī),直至啤出合格產(chǎn)品。Adjust the machine settings with reference to “Molding Parameter” till quality parts are obtained.7、模具是熱唧嘴的,要專業(yè)人員來駁線并檢查溫控箱等是否運(yùn)行正常。If hot sprue are used. Operation of

20、 the temperature control must be checked.B維護(hù)保養(yǎng)1、落模前,對(duì)照末件檢查模具;Compare with the last shot and inspect the mold throughly before dismounting.2、進(jìn)行模具的外觀檢查保養(yǎng);Inspect the molds external appearance and carry out maintenance:清除模具外表面、分模面、型腔表面、導(dǎo)柱表面、頂針底面上的油污雜物,粉塵及銹斑;Clean up oil stains, dirts and rusts on the e

21、xternal surfaces, parting surfaces and cavity surfaces, guide pins and ejector pins. 嚴(yán)禁用任何硬物,特別是金屬物清理模腔雜物;Never use hard objects to brush or scrap the mold cavities; 3、清理模具冷卻水道,使其暢通,且無積水在內(nèi);Purge the water channels to free them from water and blockage;手冊(cè)內(nèi)容三模具維護(hù)保養(yǎng)Operation and Maintenance4、進(jìn)行模具的潤滑檢查;對(duì)

22、模具的相對(duì)滑動(dòng)部分添加潤滑油。Grease and lubricate all sliding surfaces5、進(jìn)行模具結(jié)構(gòu)件的檢查;Check the mold structure.檢查模具的活動(dòng)部分在動(dòng)作時(shí)是否存在異常響聲,各滑動(dòng)部分運(yùn)動(dòng)是否靈活,動(dòng)作時(shí)有無振動(dòng)及卡死;Check for abnormal noise during movement, ensure sliding action are smooth. There should be no vibration and jamming.檢查導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套、頂針、滑塊等有無嚴(yán)重磨損現(xiàn)象,模具的光、薄、細(xì)部位有無缺損、開裂、變形等

23、;檢查型腔表面及型芯有無刮花現(xiàn)象,缺陷有無增多,頂針和其它部位有無折斷現(xiàn)象;Check for damages, cracks, deformations etc. in polished areas, thin or delicate parts. Check and report any scratches on the surfaces of cavities and cores, any new defects, any broken ejector pins and delicate parts.6、模具清擦干凈,型腔表面噴涂防銹劑或防銹油脂,合模,收緊鎖模片,落模,擺放在指定位置;

24、Clean up the mold, rust-proof the cavity and core surfaces before closing the mold. Tighten the P/L straps and dismount the mold. 33、is shipment.手冊(cè)內(nèi)容六模具檢驗(yàn)單FINAL INSPECTION REPORT一、 模具結(jié)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn):Visual inspection:1、具外形尺寸,法蘭直徑,唧咀孔及球面半徑,頂出孔位置和大小符合要求;Size of mold suitable to the injection machine.2、 頂針,螺絲,水咀,膠圈規(guī)格正確;Ejector pin,screw,plug,o-ring,etc.,all of standard parts are proper.3、 行位已裝有限位保護(hù);Slides protected by Safe-block.4、 頂出距離有限位塊限制;Ejector stroke protected by Safe-block.5、 電線插座已按要求安裝,各接線端子已按要求連接;Electrical components,sockets and plugs,wiring etc.,are intact and in working condition.wirings clearly marked and properly connected.二模具動(dòng)作檢驗(yàn):1、模具開閉正常 ;Mold open/close smoothly and normal.2、行位運(yùn)動(dòng)順滑,無異常聲響;Slides
