1、義務教育基礎課程初中教學資料Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?主要教學思路:一、教材分析(Analyse the teaching material)本節(jié)課以制作香蕉奶昔為話題,主要談論一些常見的家庭飲食方面的制作方法, 通過豐富多彩的口語練習,掌握制作方法的同時,又在語言情境中,對一些動作 加以區(qū)分和應用,熟練掌握這些動詞turn on , cut up , pour , peel ,mt e0 好 ava = c 您» n* mt e f t.tt*=put into , drink,的表達方式和口語中的提問方式,同時還要學習掌
2、握一些新名詞,如: bowl, shake , blender , yogurt , ingredient , teaspo on, a cup of , honey ,二、學生分析1)知識基礎:在七年級中已經(jīng)有兩個單元介紹了大量的食品單詞,但本單元 對部分的詞匯以及制作過程的學習存在一定難度。2)思維能力:學生有較強的記憶力和模仿能力,但還有待培養(yǎng)知識的擴展運用能力。3)認知心理:學生有較強的求知欲和表現(xiàn)欲,但對于還存在自信不足或羞于 表現(xiàn)的學生還要多加激勵。三、教學目標分析1)語言目標:掌握制作香蕉奶昔的過程2)能力目標:聽:能聽懂制作香蕉奶昔的對話材料。說:能夠描述制作香蕉奶昔的過程。讀
3、:能讀懂介紹關于制作食譜的文章。寫:能寫出Section A Part 1a-1c中的重點單詞和重點句型,并能夠為自己最喜歡的食物寫食譜。3 ) 情感文化目標(1)培養(yǎng)學生與人交往中具有的積極態(tài)度,(2) 了解更多的關于制作香蕉奶昔的過程及配料。詢問或描寫一種食物的制作過程。( 3)培養(yǎng)學生的 概括與推理能力。(4)培養(yǎng)學生的跨學科學習能力。(5)培養(yǎng)學生的邏輯 排序能力。四、學習策略與思維技巧(1)作猜測;(2)按次序排列信息;(3)進行連續(xù)性的描述。(4)小組討論。五、課前準備閱讀資料或社會調(diào)查,了解水果沙拉、奶昔、爆米花、三明治、北京烤鴨等食 品的制作過程,準備一臺果汁機和錄音機。六、教
