6、forwad t he fu cmprehe nsv- st”, s of great Sgfcan Soul d be supporte d by poiia a nd oal山東省臨床重點(diǎn)??平ㄔO(shè)項(xiàng)目臨床護(hù)理評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)一、本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分六個(gè)部分,實(shí)行量化千分制,其中“醫(yī)院護(hù)理管理”占160分,“護(hù)士隊(duì)伍狀況及建設(shè)”也70分,“臨 床護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量及水平”占260分,“臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量控制與評(píng)價(jià)”占200分,“護(hù)理專項(xiàng)活動(dòng)”歷0分,“區(qū)域內(nèi)發(fā)揮示范 和輻射作用”占60分。二、申報(bào)山東省臨床重點(diǎn)專科臨床護(hù)理專業(yè)項(xiàng)目醫(yī)院應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下基本條件:1.醫(yī)院應(yīng)當(dāng)為三級(jí)醫(yī)院,能夠認(rèn)真落實(shí)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革和公立醫(yī)

7、院改革各項(xiàng)任務(wù);2.近五年,醫(yī)院護(hù)理工作取得明顯成效,貫徹落實(shí)護(hù)士條例和加強(qiáng)護(hù)理工作各項(xiàng)要求,加強(qiáng)護(hù)士隊(duì)伍建設(shè),保障護(hù)士權(quán)益,提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量,患者和社會(huì)對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)滿意程 度較高,護(hù)理管理科學(xué)、創(chuàng)新,能夠調(diào)動(dòng)護(hù)士積極性;3.醫(yī)院實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù),并達(dá)到工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)病房數(shù)量應(yīng)當(dāng)達(dá)到醫(yī)院病房總數(shù)的80%以上;4.醫(yī)院護(hù)理整體水平高,在區(qū)域內(nèi)能夠發(fā)揮示范、輻射作用,帶動(dòng)區(qū)域內(nèi)醫(yī)院護(hù)理專業(yè)發(fā)展;5.醫(yī)院積極開展對(duì)口支援工作、患者預(yù)約診療服務(wù),并推行臨床路徑管理、單病種 管理工作。三、本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中包括的人員是指人事關(guān)系或執(zhí)業(yè)地點(diǎn)在所在醫(yī)院的人員。egt ddep ustadngof "w
