16、張(比如報紙)，將攪拌均勻的水泥砂漿均勻攤鋪于基層上，按照設(shè)計規(guī)定的鋼筋保護層厚度抹平，用木抹拍實，切割成50×50見方的小塊，然后覆蓋養(yǎng)護。墊塊制作完成后澆水養(yǎng)護7D以上具有足夠強度后方可使用。 用于柱等豎向構(gòu)件上的墊塊，應(yīng)在制作時預(yù)先插入鋼絲。不同規(guī)格的墊塊嚴禁混放，應(yīng)按規(guī)格分別裝袋，并做明顯標識，以免誤用。不得使用其它材料如石子等代替水泥砂漿墊塊。墊塊應(yīng)墊在主筋下，間距不大于1.2m，可適當(dāng)加密。 2.2、板面保護層可購買成型的H支撐，或制作馬凳。 2.3、板面負筋位置可以制作鋼筋長條馬登。 3、綁扎節(jié)點3.1、墻、柱拉筋均按設(shè)計規(guī)定間距綁扎，綁扎方法正確，拉筋長度不符合鋼筋砼

17、保護層厚度要求的換掉，剪力墻受力鋼筋保護層采用半徑為15mm的圓形塑料卡環(huán)或者帶扎線的15mm厚砂漿墊塊，墻身位置應(yīng)焊梯子筋，固定墻身位置縱向鋼筋，并按照圖紙要求布置拉鉤綁扎牢固以有效控制鋼筋位置。 3.2、板上層鋼筋、負彎矩筋下綁扎、焊接馬凳時，馬凳嚴禁直接支撐于模板上。上層鋼筋、負彎矩鋼筋交叉點必須全部綁扎，并設(shè)立支架支架間距不大于1.2m。撐鐵板用于支撐板的上部鋼筋，保證其位置并在澆筑時不致被踩踏移位，形式有“八”字形、“L”形等。撐鐵的間距一般為1000*1000間花布置，可知適當(dāng)加密，并保證板45°角內(nèi)的負筋疊加處有足夠支撐。撐鐵的下料高度為“板厚-鋼筋保護層*2-上、下部

18、鋼筋直徑”，撐鐵應(yīng)支撐在下部鋼筋上或墊塊上。“八”字形撐鐵腳長度應(yīng)不小于5d且不小于撐鐵高度的1/2。撐鐵最小直徑選用板厚(cm)12 直徑(mm)63.3、平板下墊相應(yīng)厚度的墊塊。平板墊塊間距在1米，墊在雙向鋼筋交義點處。梁底墊塊間距1.2米，墊在梁兩側(cè)底角箍筋下。梁側(cè)墊塊間距1.2米，左右對稱墊好。 3.4、為防止墻柱位置偏位，在墻柱800mm處及混凝土完成面100mm處設(shè)立定位箍筋，澆筑完畢后用做墻柱箍筋使用。3.5、梁上下排鋼筋一、二排縱筋之間的凈距不小于25mm。分隔筋直徑不小于25mm和縱筋直徑的較大者，二排縱筋與分隔筋二者必須靠緊，用粗鐵絲綁扎。梁面分隔筋距支座0.5m處設(shè)置，以

19、后每增加3m設(shè)1處，且每跨不少于2處；梁底第1處分隔筋距支座1.5m處設(shè)置，以后每增加3m設(shè)1處，每跨不少于2m。 3.6、裙樓框架柱保護層采用半徑為20mm的圓形塑料卡或帶扎線的20mm厚砂漿墊塊。3.7、施工過程中，關(guān)鍵是要規(guī)范操作，尤其是在混凝土現(xiàn)澆板澆搗的過程，特別要引起重視。普遍問題是，明明在鋼筋綁扎時都按要求做，但一到澆搗時情況就變了樣，不是人踩就是施工器具壓在上面，造成保護層的厚度得不到保證，所以要嚴禁操作人員在鋼筋上隨意走動。3.8、澆注混凝土前應(yīng)檢査墊塊厚度和馬登凳高度是否正確，墊塊及馬凳數(shù)量和位置是否符合要求。合格后方可進行混凝土的澆筑。在澆筑過程中，必須有鋼筋工跟班作業(yè)，

20、配合旁站監(jiān)理員檢査，鋼筋出現(xiàn)位移的，及時校正鋼筋位，整改復(fù)位，保證鋼筋不位移。3.9、鋼筋保護層控制直接關(guān)系到工程驗收，保護層厚度不合格，則主體工程不合格，必須采取加固措施，因此，保護層厚度控制達不到規(guī)范要求，不準進入下到工序施工。項目允許偏差搭接長度±10網(wǎng)眼尺寸±20骨架的寬與高±5骨架的長土 10箍筋間距土 20受力鋼筋間距土 104、注意事項：4.1、鋼筋骨架外形尺寸不準，綁扎時宜將多根鋼筋端部對齊，防止綁扎時，某號鋼筋偏離規(guī)定位置及骨架扭曲變形。4.2、鋼筋骨架吊將入模時，應(yīng)力求平穩(wěn)，鋼筋骨架用“扁擔(dān)”起吊，吊點應(yīng)根據(jù)骨架外形預(yù)先確定，骨架各鋼筋交點要綁扎牢固，必要時焊接牢固。4.3、鋼筋骨架綁所完成后，會出現(xiàn)斜向一方，綁扎時鐵線應(yīng)成八字形。左右口綁扎發(fā)現(xiàn)箍筋遺漏、間距不對要及時調(diào)整好。4.4、鋼筋定位：劃出鋼筋安裝位置線，如鋼筋品種較多時，應(yīng)在已安裝好的筋在下，當(dāng)有圈梁或墊梁時，主梁鋼筋在上；特殊注明的，可按以下規(guī)定彎起鋼筋，板的邊跨支座按跨度1/10L為彎起點。
