34、規(guī)程 (JGJ107-2010)建筑基坑支護(hù)技術(shù)規(guī)范 (JGJ120-2012)二、工程概況1、地理位置擬建深圳市軌道交通7號線工程筍崗站洪湖站區(qū)間位于深圳市羅湖區(qū),起始于梅園路,東行下穿寶崗路、筍崗村、廣深鐵路及深圳北站、布吉河、洪湖公園濕地,止于田貝四路與文錦北路交叉口。筍崗站洪湖站區(qū)間線路在DK26+968DK27+052處沿彩虹橋西側(cè)引橋下穿過,受其影響,彩虹橋引橋有2處橋臺,6處橋承臺,共計(jì)16根樁基需托換,彩虹橋左右兩幅橋在托換處為3跨連續(xù)梁結(jié)構(gòu)。彩虹橋西引橋,抗震設(shè)防烈度7度,共兩聯(lián),第一聯(lián)橋跨組成為25.03m+30.0m+25.0m,第二聯(lián)為單跨,跨度為28.0m。詳見附圖1

35、:筍洪區(qū)間彩虹橋樁基托換工程總平面圖2、設(shè)計(jì)情況2.1 托換基坑設(shè)計(jì)本工程共涉及彩虹橋西引橋4個墩臺的樁基托換(0#、1#、2#、3#基坑),各基坑設(shè)計(jì)情況如下: 0#基坑0#基坑南北兩側(cè)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用800mm鉆孔樁(托換梁外,伸入基底5m)/ 600mm鉆孔樁(托換梁處,伸入基底7.1m)+600 950mm旋噴樁支護(hù),樁頂設(shè)置800×800mm冠梁?;?xùn)|側(cè)1:1放坡采取噴射砼支護(hù),不設(shè)內(nèi)支撐?;悠矫娉叽?.4m*18.2m,基坑深度2.52.9m,托換樁樁帽小基坑深度1.5m。 13#基坑13#基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)均采用800mm鉆孔樁(伸入基底5m)+600 950mm旋噴樁支護(hù),

36、內(nèi)支撐體系采用“2000×2000×300mm鋼筋混凝土板撐+600×800mm鋼筋混凝土斜支撐”,排樁頂設(shè)置800×800mm冠梁。1#、2#基坑平面尺寸14.87×15.47m,開挖深度4.85.3m,托換樁樁帽小基坑深度1.5m;3#基坑平面尺寸18.06m*15.46m,基坑平均深度5.7m,托換樁樁帽小基坑深度1.5m?;訃o(hù)樁均采用C30水下混凝土灌注;鋼筋采用HPB300和HRB335鋼筋;冠梁及內(nèi)撐采用C30混凝土澆筑;高壓旋噴樁采用42.5普通硅酸鹽水泥,水灰比1:1水泥漿。各基坑設(shè)計(jì)詳見附圖3、4:彩虹橋樁基托換工程0#、

37、1#基坑平面圖,彩虹橋樁基托換工程2#、3#基坑平面圖2.2 托換樁設(shè)計(jì)原設(shè)計(jì)情況0#基坑橋臺原設(shè)計(jì)為雙排12根1200mm樁基礎(chǔ),其中中間4根樁基影響筍洪區(qū)間隧道,需進(jìn)行樁基托換。13#基坑橋墩原設(shè)計(jì)均為1200mm樁基礎(chǔ),3個橋墩各有4根樁基影響筍洪區(qū)間隧道,需進(jìn)行樁基托換。托換樁設(shè)計(jì)情況0#基坑橋臺托換樁設(shè)計(jì)為4根1200mm鉆孔灌注樁,樁長27.5m,樁頂均設(shè)置2.2×2.2×1.5m樁帽。13#基坑橋墩托換樁設(shè)計(jì)均為4根1500mm鉆孔灌注樁,樁長分別為27.1m,27.4m,25.9m,樁頂均設(shè)置2.5×2.5×1.5m樁帽。托換樁均按嵌巖樁

38、設(shè)計(jì),施工時(shí)樁長受樁尖所在持力層和低于區(qū)間左線盾構(gòu)底板雙控,樁基嵌入微風(fēng)化巖層不小于1.5m,且樁底標(biāo)高應(yīng)低于區(qū)間左線盾構(gòu)底板不小于1.5m。托換樁均采用C35水下砼灌注。2.3 托換梁設(shè)計(jì)0#橋臺采用加大原承臺截面法,橋墩樁基托換均采用井字型托換梁系,托換主梁截面2.5m×2.5m,按兩端簡支設(shè)計(jì),托換次梁截面2.5m×2.0m,按兩端固結(jié)設(shè)計(jì),由于墩柱底荷載大,托換梁跨度大,采用主動托換方式處理。0#基坑托換梁采用“ ”形狀,托換梁截面尺寸為2.4×3.6m,梁長18.2m;13#基坑托換梁采用“ ”形狀,主托換梁截面尺寸為2.5m×2.5m,次托換

39、梁截面尺寸為2.5m×2.0m,托換梁設(shè)置在既有橋墩之下,位置在盾構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)以上。各基坑托換樁、托換梁設(shè)計(jì)詳見附圖5、6:彩虹橋樁基托換工程0#、1#基坑樁基托換平面圖,彩虹橋樁基托換工程2#、3#基坑樁基托換平面圖。2.4 托換梁和被托換樁的連接托換梁和被托換樁之間通過咬合、界面處理和植筋連接,即在托換梁梁高范圍內(nèi),把原樁表面鑿毛,鑿出25mm(深)×200mm(寬)的企口,并刷界面劑進(jìn)行界面處理;沿被托換樁周圍植筋,鋼筋和樁之間的縫隙用錨固膠充填。詳見附圖7:筍洪區(qū)間彩虹橋樁基托換工程植筋及企口構(gòu)造圖。3、工程水文地質(zhì)3.1 工程地質(zhì)根據(jù)地質(zhì)資料顯示,本工程地層從上至下依次

40、為素填土(平均厚1.85m)、粉質(zhì)黏土(平均厚3.65m)、砂質(zhì)黏土(平均厚10.75m)、全風(fēng)化混合巖(平均厚4.75m)、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化混合巖(平均厚10.3m)、中風(fēng)化混合巖(平均厚1.9m)、微分化混合巖(平均厚0.6m)。詳見附圖2彩虹橋樁基托換工程地質(zhì)縱斷面圖。3.2 水文地質(zhì)本工點(diǎn)地下水主要為第四系孔隙水及基巖裂隙水??紫端饕x存在表層人工填土層、沖洪積砂層和殘積的砂質(zhì)黏性土中,略具承壓性,基巖裂隙水賦存于強(qiáng)風(fēng)化及中等風(fēng)化巖中,具承壓性。地下水位埋深約1.6m3.6m。3.3 特殊土與不良地質(zhì) 素填土:包含素填土、素填土(砂)、素填土(塊石)及雜填土,主要由可塑硬塑狀黏性土,粗礫砂、碎

41、石、塊石,混建筑垃圾及生活垃圾組成,土質(zhì)不均勻。 殘積土和風(fēng)化巖:花崗巖及混合巖殘積層均勻性較差,強(qiáng)度不一。花崗巖殘積層及全強(qiáng)風(fēng)化層具有一定臨空面或動水作用下軟化、崩解、強(qiáng)度急劇降低的特點(diǎn),基坑開挖中應(yīng)及時(shí)封底、支護(hù);強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖具有軟硬不均特點(diǎn)。 風(fēng)化孤石:局部會存在不均勻風(fēng)化現(xiàn)象,全風(fēng)化及土狀強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖中夾塊狀強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖等。 4、周邊建(構(gòu))筑物本工程周邊南北兩側(cè)建筑物密集,建筑物均為層民房,具體情況如下:基坑北側(cè):3層居民房一棟,淺基礎(chǔ)深2m,距0#基坑2.3m;811層居民房4棟,樁基礎(chǔ),距離基坑2.94m;基坑南側(cè):4層居民房2棟,淺基礎(chǔ)深2m,距基坑2.02.4m;810層居民房4棟,樁基

45、4.5m高;鋼筋籠分節(jié)吊裝,每節(jié)3m;合理選擇大門的位置,便于物料、機(jī)械進(jìn)場;3托換樁質(zhì)量控制加強(qiáng)施工過程控制,避免樁位偏差、斜孔、縮徑和坍孔等現(xiàn)象;嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行成孔質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收,確保樁位偏差、保證成孔垂直度和樁底沉渣符合驗(yàn)收要求;灌樁作業(yè)時(shí),做好施工組織和商品砼質(zhì)量控制,按施工方案要求進(jìn)行灌注作業(yè),避免堵管和斷樁事故的發(fā)生;4托換梁大體積砼施工集料級配,含泥量滿足規(guī)范要求;選用低水化熱水泥,在滿足配合比規(guī)范和混凝土技術(shù)指標(biāo)的前提下,宜適當(dāng)減少水泥和水的用量,降低水灰比;梁體鋼筋內(nèi)設(shè)置冷卻管,混凝土澆筑完成后即通水冷卻;砼分層分塊澆筑,盡量避開高溫作業(yè),振搗密實(shí),不漏振、不過振,在滿足入模條件下,盡量

46、減小混凝土坍落度;及時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù),保證養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間和質(zhì)量。5被托換樁界面處理及植筋聘請有專業(yè)資質(zhì)的單位進(jìn)行植筋施工;施工材料送檢合格后才允許使用;嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖和施工規(guī)范進(jìn)行施工;嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范要求的頻率進(jìn)行抗拔承載力驗(yàn)收6預(yù)頂力施加控制及體系轉(zhuǎn)換托換時(shí)的預(yù)頂作業(yè),嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求和已批復(fù)施工方案的操作程序進(jìn)行分級加載作業(yè);托換體系受力轉(zhuǎn)換過程中,嚴(yán)格監(jiān)測原樁、托換樁、托換梁(或托換承臺)的沉降、傾斜,保證加載過程的穩(wěn)定和平衡;7橋梁沉降控制施工前調(diào)查橋梁現(xiàn)狀,制定相應(yīng)的保護(hù)措施;嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行頂升作業(yè),并根據(jù)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)整預(yù)頂力;加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測,隨時(shí)掌握橋梁的沉降、變形情況,并根據(jù)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)采取針
