1、Chapter6 Friend or Enemy?-grammar一、章節(jié)分析(一)綜述本章節(jié)主要語(yǔ)法-定語(yǔ)從句在高中牛津英語(yǔ)中首次出現(xiàn)。本課主要介紹由who, which, that, whom, whose引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句并區(qū)分限定性和非限定性定語(yǔ)從句的區(qū)別。故本課主要介紹關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句的用法,適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充as, that的特殊用法,但不應(yīng)挖得太深。(二)目標(biāo)學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)定語(yǔ)從句的基本用法并學(xué)會(huì)區(qū)分限定性和非限定性定語(yǔ)從句。(三)教學(xué)方法教師講解與練習(xí)相結(jié)合。 (四)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)l C.部分簡(jiǎn)單講解l A. 2、容教學(xué)實(shí)施建議教學(xué)資源參考Lead in l 給學(xué)生一些包含定語(yǔ)的短語(yǔ),引出正題:定語(yǔ)從句。l 介紹定語(yǔ)從句的特點(diǎn)。Practicel 教師先舉例,介紹定語(yǔ)從句的基本形式,然后在ppt的輔助下組織學(xué)生小組練習(xí)。l 關(guān)系代詞,限定性和非限定性定語(yǔ)從句等講法同上。具體處理這部分內(nèi)容的建議見銜接1:課the adjective clausel 拓展關(guān)系代詞which 和that的區(qū)別;介詞+which/whom 的用法(具體見鏈接1)Exercises and homework學(xué)生做一些教師精選填空題和單項(xiàng)選擇,以便鞏固所學(xué)語(yǔ)法。(具體見鏈接2)鏈接1說(shuō)明:這是一份關(guān)于定語(yǔ)從句的基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)的教案與課件

Note: We cant leave out who, which or that when t

Adjective clauses with whose1) We use adjective clauses starting with whose to show that someone or something belongs to or is connected with someone
8、else. Whose is always followed by a noun.e.g The farmers are happy. Their fields were protected.The farmers whose fields were protected are happy. (The fields belong to the farmers.)1) PracticeWork in pairs to complete their conversation in Exercise C2. S2 should answer S1, using the proper relative

(她只有兩兒子)(見課件:The Adjective Clause1.ppt)123 PracticeDo Exercise E on Page 103.鏈接2 說(shuō)明:這是定語(yǔ)從句的拓展部分,拓展了分別只能用that, which的情況;介詞提前的用法。教師可選擇使用。1 關(guān)系代詞只用that不用which的情況:(1) 先行詞是形容詞最高級(jí)或它的前面有最高級(jí)形容詞修飾時(shí)Eg. Tibet is the most beautiful place that
11、 he has visited.(2) 先行詞是個(gè)序數(shù)詞或者它的前面有一個(gè)序數(shù)詞時(shí)Eg. This is the last film that I want to see.(3) 先行詞是all, much, little, something, everything, nothing, none, the one 等代詞時(shí) Eg. Thats all that I want to tell you.(4) 先行詞前有only, any, few, little, much, no, all, the very 等詞修飾時(shí) Eg. This is the very book that he i
12、s looking for. (5) 先行詞既有人又有物時(shí),用thatEg. Do you know the things and persons _they are talking about.(6) 主句是There be開頭的句子且先行詞是物時(shí),用thatEg. There is still a lot that you dont know.(7) 主句已有疑問詞who或which時(shí)Eg. Who is that boy that is looking after the sheep.(8) 有兩個(gè)定語(yǔ)從句,其中一個(gè)關(guān)系代詞已用which,另一個(gè)則用that Eg. My brother
13、 bought a present which is a beautiful watch that cost him a lot2 關(guān)系代詞只可用which的情況:(1) 在非限定性定語(yǔ)從句中,先行是物,關(guān)系代詞只能用whichEg. China, which is a developing country, has a large population.(2) 關(guān)系代詞前有介詞時(shí)Eg. 1) This is the hotel in which we stayed. 2) This is the hotel which/that we stayed in.(3) 如果先行詞是整個(gè)主句,關(guān)系代
14、詞指代整個(gè)句子時(shí)Eg. He told lies again, which made his mother very angry.(4) 有兩個(gè)定語(yǔ)從句,其中一句的關(guān)系代詞是that,為了避免重復(fù),另一句則用which引導(dǎo)Eg. My brother bought a present which is a beautiful watch that cost him a lot.3 介詞+關(guān)系代詞緊跟在介詞后的關(guān)系代詞的選擇:先行詞指物 which先行詞指人 whom介詞的選擇:(1)與先行詞的搭配Eg. The bed is the one in which he slept. = The b
15、ed is the one (which) he slept in.(2)與定語(yǔ)從句中不及物動(dòng)詞的搭配Eg.
