1、. 企業(yè)工法 通風(fēng)與空調(diào)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書/GJ-25-2005（二）.通風(fēng)設(shè)備安裝1. 目的 Purpose and applicable scope本作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書敘述了空氣處理機組的安裝步驟和技術(shù)要求，以指導(dǎo)安裝作業(yè)，保證安裝質(zhì)量，本指導(dǎo)書適應(yīng)于空氣處理機組（熱送風(fēng)機組、排風(fēng)機組、空調(diào)機組、循環(huán)冷風(fēng)機組、及小型分體空調(diào)器）安裝。This construction plan is intended to describe installation procedure and technical requirement of HVAC unit to ensure quality of installa

4、ical document on installation should be provided fully.b） 有關(guān)人員熟悉圖紙和相關(guān)的技術(shù)文件。Relevant personnel should understand drawing & relevant technical document.c） 安裝現(xiàn)場清理干凈，安全可靠,具備安裝條件。Site should be cleaned, safety and is applicable of installation.d） 設(shè)備安裝基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)過檢查驗收合格。The foundation of equipment should be c

5、hecked and accepted.e） 所用的吊裝和運輸設(shè)備完好，所需工機具完好。All equipment & tools that used for lifting & transporting should be in good condition.f） 對吊裝不銹鋼設(shè)備，所用繩索要采取保護措施。All slings that used for lifting stainless steel equipment should be protected.g） 所有的測量工具都必須經(jīng)過檢定合格，且在有效期內(nèi)。All measurement tools should be

6、 calibrated and accepted on valid duration. h） 具備設(shè)備制造廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證及性能測試數(shù)據(jù)。The manufacturer should provide certificate of qualification and performance data of test.3.2 空氣處理設(shè)備的安裝 installation of HVAC3.2.1基礎(chǔ)檢查和驗收 Inspection & acceptance of foundation.a） 設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)交付安裝前，中間交接資料應(yīng)齊全。Before transfer of foundation

7、 of equipment, intermediate transfer document should be prepared fully.b） 設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的表面干凈，不應(yīng)有油污、泥土等雜物。On the surface of foundation oil soil, sand etc. sundries should be cleaned out.c） 檢查基礎(chǔ)的標(biāo)高、位置、方向、尺寸是否符合施工圖紙的要求， 混凝土基礎(chǔ)表面允許誤差是否符合施工圖紙的要求。The elevation, position, orientation and dimension of foundation shou

8、ld be checked out it they are conformed to the requirement of drawing. If the allowed tolerance exist on the surface of concrete is conformed the requirement of the drawing or not.d） 若設(shè)備底座采用地腳螺栓連接時，應(yīng)檢查地腳螺栓孔距和設(shè)備底座孔距是否一致。If the base of equipment is connected with anchor bolt, the hole of equipment &am

9、p; anchor bolt should be checked and if they are conformed or not.3.2.2運輸設(shè)備到安裝現(xiàn)場。Equipment is transported to sitea） 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況及設(shè)備技術(shù)要求制定合適的運輸路線，并準(zhǔn)備好運輸所用工機具。Choose suitable transportation route in accordance with site situation and technical requirement of equipment and tools & machines used for trans

10、portation should be prepared. b） 根據(jù)制定好的運輸路線和運輸方式，視現(xiàn)場情況盡量將設(shè)備連同其外包裝箱一同運至安裝現(xiàn)場。Followed on chosen transportation route & way and site situation, equipment including external packing will be transported to site.c） 在安裝現(xiàn)場設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)旁鋪放便于拖運設(shè)備到基礎(chǔ)上的墊板，其高度與設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)齊平。Pad plate will be prepared besides of equipment wi

11、th the same height comparing to foundation of equipment.e） 將運至的設(shè)備各段按安裝先后排放在墊板上。As per sequence of installation the segment of equipment will be set on the pad plate.3.2.3基礎(chǔ)上放線 setting out on the foundation 按設(shè)計圖紙及設(shè)備安裝詳圖，用墨線在檢查合格的基礎(chǔ)上放線，基準(zhǔn)線要標(biāo)記在設(shè)備就位后醒目、不易擦去且便于設(shè)備找正的地方，作好設(shè)備就位前的準(zhǔn)備工作。Setting out with black

The datum line will be marked on the place of visible, not easy to scrape off and convenient for alignment. 3.2.4設(shè)備開箱檢查 inspection of unpackinga） 注意包裝箱上的標(biāo)志和注意事項。Pay attention to cau

13、tion & sign marked on the packing box.b） 拆開設(shè)備外包裝箱，根據(jù)設(shè)備到貨清單，仔細(xì)核對設(shè)備型號、外型尺寸、性能標(biāo)注、數(shù)量等是否符合設(shè)計圖紙的技術(shù)要求。Removal packing box of equipment, check out the size, outline dimension, performance marked, quantity and compare with the list of shipping to confirm if they are conformed to technical requirement of

14、design drawing or not.c） 檢查設(shè)備外觀是否有缺陷，按裝箱清單點清零部件、工具、附件及附帶材料、出廠合格證及其他技術(shù)文件是否齊全，并作出記錄。Check the appearance of equipment if defective is found or not. Account the parts, tools, attached material, quality of certificate and other technical document is prepared or not. And relevant data need to be record.d

15、） 檢查設(shè)備可動部件是否靈活,如能撥動風(fēng)機葉輪,應(yīng)細(xì)聽有無摩擦聲,若有異聲,應(yīng)打開殼板調(diào)整風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)子,使其不碰機殼,再檢查,待合格后方可;Check the movable part of equipment if it is easy to rotate or not. 3.2.5安裝就位 Installation & locationa） 復(fù)核設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)放線，檢查設(shè)備就位的準(zhǔn)備工作。Recheck the setting out of equipment foundation and preparation of installation.b） 設(shè)備吊裝就位時，索具與設(shè)備接觸處，應(yīng)采取

16、有效的保護措施，使設(shè)備完好無損。Protection measures should be prepared on the contact point between slings and equipment while lifting of equipment is going on.c） 整體空調(diào)設(shè)備，（循環(huán)冷風(fēng)機組、立柜式空調(diào)等）可直接吊裝就位，找正找平即可，安裝時注意設(shè)備左右之分。For completed HVAC equipment such as circle cooling blower, vertical cabinet-type HVAC etc. they can be

17、lifted directly to their location and installed after leveling & aligned.d） 組合式空調(diào)機組各功能段的連接。到現(xiàn)場的機組底座已經(jīng)固定在機組底部，安裝時只需按設(shè)計圖紙依順序?qū)⒏鞴δ芏我灰痪臀?，在各功能段對正、找平后，用螺栓連接。但連接時需檢查聯(lián)箱密封條是否完好，如不行，須貼好密封條后再連接。螺栓連接后應(yīng)檢查密封條的接縫和受力是否均勻，達到不漏風(fēng)為合格。The connection of function segment for combined type HVAC will be made in accordanc

Seal band need to be checked while connection of each segment of HVAC.e） 設(shè)備整體就位后，還需最后進行一次找平，對組裝式空調(diào)機組尤其應(yīng)注意送回風(fēng)機段內(nèi)的風(fēng)機的水平及垂直度必須達到要求。最后填好空調(diào)機組安裝檢查記錄表。Final alignment will be made after the completed equipment is lo

19、cated. In special the levelness & verticality of mounted HVAC unit supply & return blower should be satisfied the technical requirement. Installation record of HVAC unit needs to be filledf） 機組中的粗、高效過濾器應(yīng)在機組試運轉(zhuǎn)合格后，正式投入運行前安裝。Preliminary filter and high effective filter will be installed prior

20、to the HVAC unit is put into use normally after running-in of HVAC unit is acceptable.g） 設(shè)備安裝完畢后，應(yīng)按設(shè)備配備相應(yīng)的照明設(shè)施、溫度計、壓差計、變壓器，相應(yīng)的冷熱媒管路、給排水管路、冷凝水排放管路。這些設(shè)施由電氣、儀表、管道相關(guān)專業(yè)人員完成。After HVAC unit is located, relevant devices such as lighting, thermometer, differential pressure meter, transformer, cool & the

21、rmal medium pipe, supply & drain water pipe and condensate drainage pipe should be installed in time by relevant discipline personnels. h） 殼體密封處理 sealing treatment for shell當(dāng)全部安裝工作結(jié)束后，對機組的殼體接縫處、開孔洞處進行密封處理. After all installation is completed, the joints, opening hole on the shell of HVAC unit sh

22、ould be sealed fully.3.3 空氣處理機組單體試車操作順序Operation sequence of running-in single for HVAC unit3.3.1空氣處理機組試運轉(zhuǎn)前的檢查 Inspection prior to running-in設(shè)備全面安裝完畢后，對所有的機械設(shè)備、電氣儀表、管路等作一次全面檢查，確定無誤后方可試車。 After equipment is completed fully, running-in single is not allowed to operate unless all mechanical equipment,

23、electrical instrument, loop of pipe is checked.3.3.2空氣處理機組的單項試車 running-in single空氣處理機組試運轉(zhuǎn)工作必須先經(jīng)過單項試車，如風(fēng)機、表冷器、加熱器、加濕器等，試車時應(yīng)檢查各部件是否正常。如風(fēng)機、電機轉(zhuǎn)動方向是否正確，皮帶松緊是否合適，風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速是否在允許范圍內(nèi)，電流是否在額定范圍內(nèi)，減振器是否有良好的彈性及各種緊固件均已緊固。表冷器是否有堵塞現(xiàn)象，凝結(jié)水排放是否暢通，加熱盤器、加濕器是否完好，單機試車全部符合要求后才能進行空氣處理機組的試車。Running-in of HVAC unit is not allowed

Each part of blower, cooler, heater, humidifier etc. should be checked while running-in single. 3.3.3空氣處理機組試運轉(zhuǎn) running-in of HVACa） 啟動順序為先開風(fēng)機，待風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)動平衡后，再打開表冷器等處進出水閥門。Operate sequence is first to turn on the blower. While rotation of blower is normal, then turn on the valve of inlet & outlet wat
