15、1020Yield(成品率)20$0.1$0.1$0.5$0.5Cost upCost downDepreciationRunning集裝箱生產規(guī)模及分布情況中國的集裝箱制造業(yè)已經成為一個快速化、流水化、集約化的成熟產業(yè),隨著物流業(yè)的發(fā)展未來仍然保持上升趨勢。我國制造的集裝箱數量在全球市場占有率為95%以上主要分布在廣東、江蘇、山東、浙江、上海、廣東等地集裝箱涂裝VOCs排放與治理現狀位置涂層油漆種類干膜厚度(m)外側底漆環(huán)氧富鋅底漆40中層漆環(huán)氧磷酸鋅中層漆50外面漆氯化橡膠漆或丙烯酸漆40內側底漆環(huán)氧富鋅底漆30面漆環(huán)氧面漆45箱底鋼結構環(huán)氧富鋅底漆50箱底專用漆150200木地板聚氨酯木
16、器漆(固化劑) 150200 預處理、面漆噴涂(底漆、內面漆、外面漆)工藝環(huán)節(jié)仍以使用溶劑型涂料為主,底漆中VOCs質量含量約為17.9%25%,面漆中VOCs質量含量約為25%70%。還需添加10%20%的稀釋劑,主要成分為甲苯、二甲苯,其次還有甲基異丁基酮、異丁醇、醋酸丁酯等)含VOCs油漆使用情況集裝箱涂裝工藝流程及VOCs產污環(huán)節(jié)集裝箱涂裝VOCs廢氣產生情況 有機廢氣風量大;裝箱涂裝工藝過程中,主要漆房廢氣的流量在10萬12萬m3/h以上。 有害物質主要是甲苯、二甲苯等苯系物。 集裝箱涂裝工藝過程產生的甲苯、二甲苯濃度在500mg/m3左右。 以1條集裝箱生產線為例計算,噴漆廢氣中的
