16、器漆（固化劑） 150200 預處理、面漆噴涂（底漆、內(nèi)面漆、外面漆）工藝環(huán)節(jié)仍以使用溶劑型涂料為主，底漆中VOCs質(zhì)量含量約為17.9%25%，面漆中VOCs質(zhì)量含量約為25%70%。還需添加10%20%的稀釋劑,主要成分為甲苯、二甲苯,其次還有甲基異丁基酮、異丁醇、醋酸丁酯等)含VOCs油漆使用情況集裝箱涂裝工藝流程及VOCs產(chǎn)污環(huán)節(jié)集裝箱涂裝VOCs廢氣產(chǎn)生情況 有機廢氣風量大；裝箱涂裝工藝過程中，主要漆房廢氣的流量在10萬12萬m3/h以上。 有害物質(zhì)主要是甲苯、二甲苯等苯系物。 集裝箱涂裝工藝過程產(chǎn)生的甲苯、二甲苯濃度在500mg/m3左右。 以1條集裝箱生產(chǎn)線為例計算，噴漆廢氣中的
