3、過(guò)程中發(fā)生的井下遇阻、遇卡等鉆井事故。是打定向井、深井的首選震擊工具。2 2. 工作原理工作原理2.1 上擊工作原理上提鉆具,卡瓦組件受碟簧彈性力及卡瓦機(jī)構(gòu)鎖緊力作用,迫使卡瓦鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)抱緊卡瓦心軸。當(dāng)卡瓦心軸隨心軸一起上行克服卡瓦鎖緊力以及液壓閥總成與延長(zhǎng)軸之間的阻尼作用,震擊器將使鉆柱儲(chǔ)能、延時(shí),當(dāng)心軸上行到解除約束狀態(tài),鉆柱中儲(chǔ)存的彈性勢(shì)能轉(zhuǎn)換成向上的動(dòng)能,產(chǎn)生上擊。如需連續(xù)上擊,則應(yīng)下放鉆具直到鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)重新鎖緊,再重復(fù)上述過(guò)程,將產(chǎn)生連續(xù)上擊。2.2 下?lián)艄ぷ髟硐聯(lián)魴C(jī)構(gòu)鎖緊器的松開(kāi)負(fù)荷可根據(jù)顧客需要改變。上鎖緊力和下鎖緊力之間有一定比率,并且可調(diào)。需下?lián)魰r(shí),下放鉆具直到壓力達(dá)到下鎖緊力

5、軸液壓閥總成液壓閥總成活塞活塞壓力體壓力體心軸心軸三開(kāi)瓦三開(kāi)瓦 R R YJ 型型 機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器 下鉆鋌(外徑不得小于震擊器外徑)+屈性長(zhǎng)軸+YJ 型震擊器+加重鉆桿(外徑不得大于震擊器外徑)+上部鉆3.1.5 當(dāng)震擊器接入立柱后,取下卡箍,并妥善保存。3.2 操作方法3.2.1 下鉆時(shí)應(yīng)先開(kāi)泵循環(huán),再緩慢下放,切忌直通井底造成“人為下?lián)簟?。若在下鉆過(guò)程中發(fā)生遇卡,可啟動(dòng)震擊器實(shí)施上擊解卡。3.2.2 在正常鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中,震擊器應(yīng)處于鎖緊位置,在受拉狀態(tài)下工作。3.2.3 發(fā)生卡鉆事故需上擊時(shí),按以下步驟進(jìn)行: 下放鉆具直到指重讀數(shù)小于震擊器以上鉆具懸重 35 噸(即

6、壓到震擊器心軸上的力),震擊器回到“鎖緊”位置。如已為鎖緊狀態(tài)下井的震擊力不進(jìn)行此步驟。進(jìn)行本步驟操作時(shí),可在井口鉆桿上劃一刻線,下放一個(gè)上擊行程可確認(rèn)震擊器回到“鎖緊”位置。 以拉力 G 上提鉆柱,剎住剎把等待震擊器釋放。上擊噸位由上提噸位控制,開(kāi)始應(yīng)用較低提拉頓位,以后逐漸增加頓位,在同一上提頓位上應(yīng)多次震擊以加強(qiáng)作用效果。最大上提噸位決不允許超過(guò)震擊器以上鉆柱重量與震擊器最大上擊釋放噸位之和。再重復(fù)上述過(guò)程,將產(chǎn)生連續(xù)上擊。在不同鉆頭水力壓降的情況下,震擊器最大上擊釋放噸位是不同的,震擊器最大上擊釋放噸位應(yīng)按不同鉆頭水力壓降分別確定。G=震擊器上部鉆柱重量+震擊器上擊釋放噸位3.2.4

7、當(dāng)發(fā)生卡鉆事故需下?lián)魰r(shí),按以下步驟進(jìn)行: 以壓力 G 下壓鉆具產(chǎn)生震擊。G =地面調(diào)定的下?lián)魢嵨?泥漿阻力+摩擦阻力+指重表誤差 上提鉆具,上提拉力大于震擊器上部鉆具重量 35 噸,使震擊器回到鎖緊位置,重復(fù)上述部驟即可繼續(xù)向下震擊。震擊器下?lián)艋匚粫r(shí),上提鉆柱時(shí)間不能過(guò)長(zhǎng),避免產(chǎn)生不必要的上擊。4 4. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保養(yǎng)及維修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保養(yǎng)及維修4.1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保養(yǎng)使用時(shí)間短或中等程度震擊,而震擊次數(shù)少的情況下,可在鉆臺(tái)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行。在井場(chǎng)鉆臺(tái)上起出井后,沖洗震擊器外表面、水眼的泥漿,沖洗油堵部位。清洗心軸鍍鉻面,擦干后抹上鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂,戴上卡箍,兩端接頭配戴護(hù)絲。4.2 管子站維修在井下正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 400 小時(shí)后,或

8、猛烈震擊作業(yè)之后,應(yīng)在管子站進(jìn)行大修。建議大修三次后報(bào)廢該工具。4.2.1 修前應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備好下列設(shè)備、工具、附件: R R YJ 型型 機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器 a) 適用于該工具尺寸的鏈鉗、管鉗、扳手等相應(yīng)工具。b) 吊車、拆裝架,試驗(yàn)架等設(shè)備。c) 本產(chǎn)品攜帶的專用工具。d) 清洗用的煤油等。e)各種所需的潤(rùn)滑脂、潤(rùn)滑油、LHM32 抗磨液壓油。4.2.2 震擊器的拆卸:1)拆卸前應(yīng)徹底清洗外筒、水眼及油堵的泥沙。2)在震擊器拆卸以前,應(yīng)放進(jìn)試驗(yàn)架內(nèi)進(jìn)行檢查并與上次的震擊負(fù)荷對(duì)比,以利維修,更換過(guò)度磨損的零件。3)震擊器必須處于拉開(kāi)全行程狀態(tài)位置才可拆卸。如不在拉開(kāi)全行程狀態(tài)位

9、置的震擊器應(yīng)在試驗(yàn)架上運(yùn)行到此位置。4)在拆裝架上對(duì)外筒各聯(lián)接螺紋松扣。5)用鉗口夾緊下連接體、卸掉壓力體。這時(shí)將有油從筒中流出,用容器收集液壓油(液壓油沉淀過(guò)濾后可再使用)。6)用裝配活塞工具卸下活塞。7)把鉗口夾緊卡瓦外筒卸掉下連接體。這時(shí)將有油從筒中流出,用容器收集液壓油(液壓油沉淀過(guò)濾后可再使用)。8)把鉗口夾緊花鍵外筒卸延長(zhǎng)心軸及液壓閥總成,卸下卡瓦外筒。9)收集好卡瓦、卡瓦上座、卡瓦下座、碟簧、調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)套、調(diào)節(jié)外套。10)把鉗口夾緊花鍵外筒卸下上連接體。11)從心軸上卸下震擊墊、卡瓦心軸、花鍵外筒。12)卸下所有的密封件。13)清洗所有的組件,每次拆卸都必須用磁粉或其它無(wú)損探傷方法檢

10、查所有套筒及花鍵、公扣、母扣及臺(tái)肩都要特別注意,有裂紋者應(yīng)更換零件。注意:所有零件拆卸后應(yīng)按順序擺放并注意記錄。橡膠件注意安裝位置并記錄以便下次人裝配。不得混注意:所有零件拆卸后應(yīng)按順序擺放并注意記錄。橡膠件注意安裝位置并記錄以便下次人裝配。不得混入其它組別的零件。入其它組別的零件。4.2.3 震擊器裝配1) 探傷檢查所有受力零件。發(fā)現(xiàn)有毛刺,刮傷都要修理,特別是螺紋連接扣,一定要用什錦銼、油石或砂布等仔細(xì)地除去毛刺,有裂紋的零件一定要更換。損壞不可修的件也應(yīng)更換。密封表面有割痕、缺口或 R R YJ 型型 機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器 劃痕的零件必須修復(fù),不可修復(fù)的必須更換。2)

11、 建議更換所有橡膠密封件、密封環(huán)、擋圈。3) 洗凈各零件并仔細(xì)檢查,確信零件完好,擦干后,涂一層薄薄的潤(rùn)滑油。裝配前所有螺紋連接處涂絲扣油。全部橡膠件部位及花鍵部位,各配合部位均涂 LHM32 抗磨液壓油。4) 裝配所有橡膠件于各零件上。5) 檢查下連接體和液壓閥總成的配合面,如有刮傷必須更換。6) 夾住心軸大頭,花鍵外筒內(nèi)密封面涂上少量鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂裝入心軸上。7) 將震擊墊及卡瓦心軸裝入心軸上,并按表 1 規(guī)定緊扣。8) 夾住花鍵外筒,將上連接體安裝在花鍵外筒上。 9) 將卡瓦上座、卡瓦、卡瓦下座、碟簧、調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)套、調(diào)節(jié)外套裝到卡瓦心軸上,再將卡瓦外筒安裝到上連接體上。保持調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)套、調(diào)節(jié)外套間的

13、 機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器機(jī)械液壓式隨鉆震擊器 將震擊器放平,以慢速度向震擊器兩個(gè)油腔注 LHM32 抗磨液壓油。加油直到無(wú)泡為止,擰緊油堵。4.3.2 密封試驗(yàn)震擊器緊扣注油后,兩端接頭螺紋裝上密封試驗(yàn)接頭,用試驗(yàn)架液壓系統(tǒng)油打壓。試驗(yàn)壓力為 20MPa,穩(wěn)壓 5 分鐘,壓降不超過(guò) 0.5MPa;若用清水試驗(yàn),壓為為 15MPa,穩(wěn)壓 5 分鐘,不降壓,不漏水為合格。4.3.3 震擊試驗(yàn)1) 震擊器必須按表 1 建議的緊扣力矩上緊后方可在試驗(yàn)架中進(jìn)行。2) 出廠震擊負(fù)荷按表 2 規(guī)定調(diào)校好并記錄在表格中后方可出廠。用戶在產(chǎn)品維修后可按各油田及地區(qū)的要求調(diào)校上、下?lián)粜钃袅嵨弧1肀?2 震擊載荷參

It integrates the up jar and down jar and can release the stuck accident occurring during drilling operation. The Drilling Jar is a

18、n ideal tool for directional well and deep well drilling.2. Operating Principle2.1Operating Principle Of Up JarLifting drilling tool,slip assembly which bear the acting of dish reed elastic force and slip locking force compels latch mechanism of slip clasp slip mandrel. While slip mandrel up run wit

19、h mandrel to overcome slip locking force and damping action between hydraulic valve assembly and spindle extension, jar make drill stem accumulate energy、 delay time. when mandrel up run to the state of release constraint,elastic potential energy accumulated in drill stem will convert to upward kine

If need sequence up jar, you need fed off drilling tool till relock latch mechanism, reduplication above process, generatesequence up jar.2.2Operating Principle Of Down JarThe loosen load of down jar lock can be transfer as per in demand .There are a certain ratio betwee

The jarring load and locking force is adjusted in accordance with the actual situation of a well. Before used, the Drilling Ja

24、r must pass the surface jarring test.The Drilling Jar should be in the cocked position before tripping in.In drill tool assembly, the Drilling Jar should be connected at the portion of the drill string which is slightly above the drill string neutral point and is in tension condition. 27、2031510950YJ241201510743.1Operation3.2.1When tripping in, the mud pump should be run first to establish the circulation, then the drill string is lowered slowly, avoiding “artifically downward jarring action” due to lowering the drill string directly into the bottom hole. If the stuck accident happe

28、ns during tripping in, the Drilling Jar can be activated to perform the upward jarring action for releasing the accident.3.2.2During normal drilling operation, the Drilling Jar should operate in tension condition.3.2.3When the stuck accident happens and upward jarring action is needed, the operation

29、 can be performed based on the following steps:1)Lower the drill tool until the reading on the weight indicator is 35 tons lower than the suspending weight R RMODEL “YJ” MECHANICAL-HYDRAULIC DRILLING JAR of the drill tool above the Drilling Jar. At this time, the Drilling Jar returns to the cocked p

If the Drilling Jar is in the cocked position when it is lowered, the step is unnecessary.To confirm that the Drilling Jar has returned to the cocked position, a scale can be made on the drill pipe above wellhead and the drill pipe is then lowered by an up jar stroke.2)Lifting drill stem us

33、cording to different bit hydraulic pressure drop.G = jar top drill stem weight + jar up jarring release tonnage3.2.4 When the stuck accident happens and downward jarring action is needed, the operation can be performed based on the following steps:1)The drill tool is lowered at compressional load G,

34、 generating downward jarring action. G=surface adjusted downward jarring loadbuoyant force in mudfriction drag due to borehole wallweight indicator error2)Lifting drilling tool,which lifting pull force is more 35 tons than the weight of jar top drilling tools make jar return to locked position. repe

35、at above step then can continue down jarring。When jar down jarring to return original place,the time of lifting drill stem should be reasonable to avoid unnecessary up jarring.4、MaintenanceRepair At Rig Site (Minor Repair)After the Drilling Jar has been used down hole for a short time or has perform

36、ed few jarring actions at medium jarring load, it can be repaired on rig floor.When the Drilling Jar is lifted out of the borehole, the mud attached on its outer surface and water hole is flushed, the fill plug portion is also flushed. Additionally, the chrome-plated surface of the mandrel is cleane

37、d, dried, greased and protected with the clamp. Finally, both ends are protected with thread protector. 4.2Repair In Pipe Service Company (Overhaul)After the Drilling Jar has been used down hole for a long time (normally operating for 400hrs) or has performed violently jarring actions, it should be

38、sent to pipe service company for repair. The tool which repaired in pipe service R RMODEL “YJ” MECHANICAL-HYDRAULIC DRILLING JAR company for three times should be reject.4.2.1 Prior to repair, following equipment, tools and accessaries should be available.1) Chain wrench, pipe wrench, wrench and the

39、 like which should accommodate the size of the Drilling Jar.2)Crane, disassembling and assembling stand, test stand and so on.3)Special purpose tools for the Drilling Jar.4)Kerosene for cleaning the Drilling Jar.5)All types of required lubricating grease, lubricating oil and wear-resistant hydraulic

40、 oil L-HM32.4.2.2 Disassembly of the Drilling Jar1)Prior to disassembly, fully clean the outer housing, water hole, fill plug, large and small plugs.2) Prior to disassembly, the Drilling Jar should be placed on the test stand and checked carefully. The jarring load is compared with the load generate

41、d last time for ease of maintenance. Replace the over-worn parts.3) The Drilling Jar can be disassembled only when it is in full stroke open position. otherwise, it should be caused to the position on the test stand.4) Unscrew all connections of the outer housing on the disassembling and assembling

42、stand.5) Grip the down sub tightly and remove pressure body.6) Remove the piston with the corresponding tool.7) Grip the slip outer barrel and move down sub. At this time, the hydraulic oil flows out of the housing and a container is used to recover the oil which can be used again after precipitatio

43、n and filtration. For the rubber elements, the position where they are assembled should be recorded so that the assembly operation next time can be performed with trouble free. The different types of parts can not be mixed. 4.2.3Assembly of the Drilling Jar1)Defect det

47、ection is conducted on all stressed parts. If the burr and scuffing are found, the parts should be repaired. Particularly for the connection thread, mixed file, oilstone or sand cloth must be used to erase the burr present on the thread. Any cracked part must be replaced. Also, the part which is dam

48、aged and can not be repaired should be replaced. Furthermore, the part must be repaired if such defects as cutting mark, notch and scoring are present on its sealing surface. If it can not be repaired, replacement is must.2)It is recommended that all rubber sealing elements, sealing rings and retain

49、ers should be replaced. 3)Clean and carefully check all parts, ensuring that they are in good condition. After dried, they are painted with a thin layer of lubricating oil. Then, the wear-resistant hydraulic oil L-HM32 is injected into the Drilling Jar at low flow rate until no gas bubble is present. fill plug is tightly screwed on.4.3.2 Leakage TestAfter the Drilling Jar is tightened and inje

55、cted with the hydraulic oil, the leakage test connector is connected to its both ends. Then, the pressure is increased with the hydraulic system on the test stand and maintained at 20 MPa for 5min, the pressure drop should not exceed 0.5 MPa. If the clear water is used for the test, the pressure sho

56、uld be maintained at 15 MPa for 5min without pressure drop and water leakage.
