1、為外貿(mào)新手量身定做的口語和禮儀禮節(jié)(一)A call from a buyer 客戶來電接電話時,由于無法看到對方的容貌、表情,只能聽到對方的聲音,因此對聲音的敏感度就格外重要。對在外貿(mào)等部門工作的職員來說,接聽外國客戶打來的電話是家常便飯。有的人一聽到話筒傳來“Hello”的聲音,常常會變得緊張,其原因一方面是怕聽不太懂,另一方面是怕趕不上對方說話的阿速度,因而造成溝通不暢的情況。若想克服這種恐懼感,首先,必須要把“聽不懂很丟臉”的念頭丟掉才行。當(dāng)你趕不上對方說話的速度時,可以委婉的說:Im sorry I cant follow you. Would you repeat it?抱歉,我跟

2、不上你。你愿意再說一遍嗎?I couldnt catch you. Would you speak more slowly?我跟不上你。你愿意講慢一點(diǎn)嗎?萬一周圍環(huán)境太吵,以致于無法聽清楚對方說話時,如果你說的是,Will you speak more clearly?(你能不能講清楚點(diǎn)?)也許自尊心強(qiáng)的外國客戶聽來,可能會感到不高興,因?yàn)橛谩癱lear“這個詞,意思是對方講話不夠清楚,口齒不清。此時不妨改用以下說法,較為合適:Would you speak more loudly, please?我聽不見你說的話。你愿意講大點(diǎn)聲音嗎?當(dāng)你忙得不可開交,卻接到一通冗長的電話時,可以用Thank
