1、克拉克的55條班規(guī)(經(jīng)典中英文版)優(yōu)秀是教出來的的作者克拉克老師年僅二十八歲,是全美最佳教師獎(jiǎng)得主,是唯一被美國總統(tǒng)接見過三次的小學(xué)老師,已榮獲“全美最佳教師獎(jiǎng)”。他教過的學(xué)校,學(xué)生都來自最貧困的家庭,學(xué)校的資源也不豐富。但憑著他的熱情與本書所介紹的“基本五十五條”,只要被他教過的學(xué)生,成績一定會(huì)突飛猛進(jìn),氣質(zhì)也會(huì)變得彬彬有禮。(下面是其中一部分,一部分不符合我們國家的沒有選,有興趣的可以到網(wǎng)上查詢。)1、與大人應(yīng)對(duì),要有禮貌,有分寸;Rule 1 When responding to any adult, you must answer by saying“Yes maam” or “No

2、sir.” Just nodding your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.2、與人互動(dòng),眼睛要看著對(duì)方的眼睛;Rule 2 Make eye contact. When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him or her at all times. If someone makes a comment, turn and face that person.3、別人有好表現(xiàn),要替他高興;Rule 3If someone in the class wins

When possible, make statements like, “I agree with John, and I also feel that” or “I disagr

6、了問題的核心,但我覺得”或者“我認(rèn)為維可多的觀察真是太精彩了,它讓我意識(shí)到簡單地說,就是:尊重別人,注意講話技巧。核心是要懂得尊重人。而“尊重人”,則是個(gè)大原則、大觀念了。它可以說含概了前面詳細(xì)提到的所有教育細(xì)節(jié)。我認(rèn)為,教育孩子時(shí),要注意大原則的把握。大原則把握了,其他細(xì)節(jié)會(huì)很自然地理解、領(lǐng)悟。心里有了強(qiáng)烈的尊重他人的觀念,在做事的細(xì)節(jié)上就會(huì)“本該如此”。感悟到“大觀念”是重要,可是簡單的、一味的向孩子反復(fù)灌輸“要尊重人”,孩子能明白嗎?也許我們傳統(tǒng)的教育太重大道理而忽視了具體細(xì)節(jié),而這些細(xì)節(jié)看起來亂七八糟的小節(jié),也許正是對(duì)我們最有幫助的。)5、自己有什么好表現(xiàn),不要炫耀,輸給別人也不要生氣

7、;Rule 5If you win or do well at something, do not brag. If you lose, do not show anger. Instead, say something like, “I really enjoyed the competition, and I look forward to playing you again,” or“good game,” or dont say anything at all. To show anger or sarcasm, such as “I wasnt playing hard anyway

20、做什么事都要有條理;Rule 17“You will make every effort to be as organized as possible.”“When we are in transition from one subject to the other, the change will be swift, quiet and orderly. We should be consistently able to turn from one book to another, complete with all homework and necessary materials, as

This will result in a doubled assignment.”如果誰違反了,他就必須做兩

The best way to handle a situation when something has dropped on the floor is to ask a waiter for a replacem

On the far right, you will have your soupspoon. Beside it you will have the spoon you will use to stir your coffee or tea, then your salad

48、 knife, and then your dinner knife. The utensils above your plate are to be used for dessert.S. When you are finished eating, do not push your plate away from you. Leave it where it is in the setting. If you want to show you have finished eating, you should lay your fork and knife together diagonall
