8、飲食習(xí)慣,然后結(jié)合所學(xué)生物知識,得出結(jié)論,什么是健康食品,什么是健康的飲食習(xí)慣,怎樣養(yǎng)成健康的飲食習(xí)慣。通過合作式、探究式學(xué)習(xí)方式,使學(xué)生由被動變主動,積極參與學(xué)習(xí)過程,并且有濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。讓學(xué)生體會英語作為工具學(xué)科帶來的樂趣。學(xué)生可以利用英語擴(kuò)大自己的視野,獲取知識,了解世界。使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自覺使用英語和查閱英語資料的好習(xí)慣,為學(xué)生終身使用英語打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 教材分析1. 教材分析本單元以Healthy eating為話題,旨在通過單元教學(xué)使學(xué)生了解健康飲食以及飲食習(xí)慣與健康的關(guān)系,學(xué)會看醫(yī)生,能正確使用情態(tài)動詞had better, should 和ought to 進(jìn)行勸告和提建議,掌握

9、一些有用的烹飪詞匯,讀懂食譜并能寫出自己喜愛的食譜。1.1 WARMING UP 旨在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生結(jié)合自身已有的體驗和認(rèn)識,了解什么是垃圾食品,什么是健康食品,以及為什么這些食品被稱為垃圾食品或健康食品, 并要求學(xué)生能正確運用 I think that . is /are junk /health food be-cause .句型。1.2 LISTENING是關(guān)于Mike因吃早餐不當(dāng)感覺不舒服去看醫(yī)生的材料。此部分涉及英語新課標(biāo)話題項目表12“飲食”、13“健康”和功能意念項目表4“就醫(yī)”,并且設(shè)計了“提建議”(英語新課標(biāo)功能意念項目表22) 練習(xí)題。1.3 SPEAKING是一個任務(wù)型教學(xué)活動

10、。共創(chuàng)設(shè)了三個情景: 1. 我一直咳嗽,發(fā)燒頭疼。 2. 我的胳膊折了,很疼。 3. 我晚上睡不著,所以總是感覺很累。這些情景都要用到敘述病情、醫(yī)生看病和提建議用語,使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步練習(xí)看醫(yī)生用語。這一部分設(shè)計是在“聽力”部分的信息輸入的基礎(chǔ)上,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生口語輸出的能力。1.4 PRE-READING是READING的熱身活動。要求采用討論式小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)方式完成。1.5 READING是關(guān)于“健康的飲食習(xí)慣”和“健康食品”的科普文。從文中我們可以了解到不同食物中含有不同的營養(yǎng)成分以及我們身體所需的各種營養(yǎng)應(yīng)從哪些食物中攝取。健康的飲食習(xí)慣是保證身體健康的最好方法。教育同學(xué)們要養(yǎng)成良好的飲食習(xí)慣

11、,保持健康,去應(yīng)對人生的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。1.6 POST-READING第一個題是閱讀技巧中猜詞能力的訓(xùn)練;第二題在理解課文的基礎(chǔ)上,重點訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的歸納能力;第三題除了訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的概括能力外,更能開闊學(xué)生的思路,豐富學(xué)生的視野;第四題是訓(xùn)練學(xué)生開放性思維,要求學(xué)生能夠把課本知識與社會生活知識聯(lián)系起來,就社會熱點問題用英語表達(dá)自己的觀點。1.7 LANGUAGE STUDY 分詞匯和語法兩部分。其中,Word study 是一個英語釋義練習(xí),Grammar 在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生體驗、探究、歸納had better (not) 結(jié)構(gòu)的表意功能的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行任務(wù)型鞏固訓(xùn)練。 Part 1是根據(jù)語境完成句子,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生

12、正確提出勸告和給出建議;Part 2則是綜合性較強(qiáng)的語法練習(xí)題,要求以報紙專欄作家的口吻針對學(xué)生實際生活中遇到的問題給出忠告和提出建議。具體內(nèi)容是要求學(xué)生就西方餐桌禮儀方面給出建議,餐桌禮儀曾是第一冊(上)第六單元的話題,是已經(jīng)學(xué)過的,教材的編寫遵循了新舊結(jié)合原則,降低了新內(nèi)容的難度。所以同學(xué)們只要正確掌握情態(tài)動詞的用法,應(yīng)該很容易就能完成此練習(xí)題。值得注意的是,從本單元的語法訓(xùn)練設(shè)計可以看出,本教材已明顯地由以結(jié)構(gòu)為特征的傳統(tǒng)語法訓(xùn)練變?yōu)橐怨δ転樘卣鞯墓δ苷Z法訓(xùn)練,充分體現(xiàn)了新教材的話題、功能、結(jié)構(gòu)、任務(wù)相結(jié)合的特點。1.8 INTEGRATING SKILLS中的Reading and w

13、riting是一個整體訓(xùn)練材料,而reading部分又是主課文的延伸,要求學(xué)生了解我們?yōu)槭裁葱枰猻nacks,什么是good snacks, 怎樣準(zhǔn)備snacks。寫作部分 (writing) 要求同學(xué)們正確使用烹飪詞匯(cooking terms),根據(jù)課文中tips和reading部分中的食譜,與同學(xué)合作,寫一份自己喜愛的一道菜的食譜。課前,可以通過向家長或廚師請教,或者通過圖書館、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、報刊或電視等途徑了解一些烹飪知識和飲食常識,并經(jīng)過實踐再用文字表述出來,介紹給別人。此活動不僅有助于提高學(xué)生的英語寫作能力,而且擴(kuò)大了學(xué)生的視野,豐富了健康知識,同時也鍛煉了學(xué)生的交際能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力

14、。 2. 教材重組2.1 把WARMING UP 作為READING的導(dǎo)入內(nèi)容。將PRE-READING,READING和POST-READING整合在一起上一節(jié)“閱讀課”。2.2 從話題內(nèi)容和訓(xùn)練目的上分析,LISTENING與SPEAKING相一致;將LISTENING, SPEAKING整合在一起,設(shè)計成一節(jié)“聽說課”。2.3 將GRAMMAR與WORKBOOK中的語法練習(xí)題整合在一起上一節(jié)“語法課”。2.4 將INTEGRATING SKILLS 設(shè)計為一節(jié)“綜合實踐課(一)”。2.5 將WORKBOOK 的INTEGRATING SKILLS設(shè)計為一節(jié)“綜合實踐課(二)”。3. 課型
