46、試驗信息遠程共享, 提高實驗管理部門的工作效率, 擺脫原有開放實驗室由于實驗學(xué)生人員多, 時段分散所導(dǎo)致的管理工作復(fù)雜、 繁瑣,開放實驗室所帶來的明顯的教學(xué)成效改進必將促使學(xué)校提高對實驗室的重視, 加大投入,充實儀器設(shè)備。因此實驗室的信息化管理必將在今后的管理工作中發(fā)揮強大的作用 1 。實驗室信息管理系統(tǒng)( Lab Information Management System ),以下簡稱 LIMS,是針對學(xué)校實驗室的大量數(shù)據(jù)處理工作而開發(fā)的管理軟件,是典型的管理信息系統(tǒng)( ManagementInformation System),是實現(xiàn)學(xué)分制下網(wǎng)上實驗教學(xué)與管理的重要平臺。它是一個高校實驗室

47、不可缺少的部分, 它的內(nèi)容對于實驗教學(xué)的老師和實驗室管理者來說都至關(guān)重要, 它能夠為用戶提供充足的信息和快捷的查詢手段2 。能有效的幫助實驗室管理人員和老師了解實驗室設(shè)備和藥品使用情況,為學(xué)生提供成績跟課程方面的查詢,為實驗室管理者的數(shù)據(jù)錄入和導(dǎo)出提供方便。實驗室管理信息系統(tǒng)概述管理信息系統(tǒng)( Management Information System ,簡稱 MIS)是一個不斷發(fā)展的新興學(xué)科 , 隨著科技的進步, MIS 的定義也在不斷更新。目前階段普遍認為 MIS 是一個由管理人員和計算機組成的用以進行信息的收集、 傳輸、加工、存儲、維護和使用的系統(tǒng) , 是一門管理科學(xué)、信息科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)

48、與計算機技術(shù)相結(jié)合的綜合性學(xué)科。管理信息系統(tǒng)的物理組成:1. 計算機硬件系統(tǒng):包括主機、外部存儲器、輸入輸出設(shè)備等。2. 計算機軟件系統(tǒng):包括系統(tǒng)軟件和應(yīng)用軟件兩大部分。3. 通信系統(tǒng):包括線路等通信設(shè)施和與計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)通信有關(guān)的軟件等。4. 工作人員:包括系統(tǒng)分析員、程序設(shè)計員、維護人員、管理員、操作人員等設(shè)計實驗室管理系統(tǒng)的指導(dǎo)思想是: 設(shè)計一套基于校園網(wǎng)的開放實驗室管理軟件,實現(xiàn)化學(xué)實驗教學(xué)和管理系統(tǒng)的課程安排、儀器設(shè)備管理、科研申報、網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布、網(wǎng)上預(yù)約、成績查詢、實驗室評估、材料使用、上報國家教育部報表、網(wǎng)上實驗教學(xué)和實驗室檔案保存,系統(tǒng)管理員進行實驗資源管理、信息發(fā)布等功能 3
