1、砂石生產各工種安全操作規(guī)程Safety Operation Specification of Crushing Plant1、破碎機械 Crushing machinery1.1一般要求General Requirements破碎機必須安裝在堅固的基礎上。并應經常檢查穩(wěn)固情況，基礎各部連接螺栓必須擰緊，不得松動。The crusher must be installed on the hard base. Frequent examinations should be taken to ensure its fixation. The bolts connecting the basic pa

2、rts must be screwed down and not loosened.破碎機不允許帶負荷起動。每次開機前都要檢查破碎腔，清除殘存的塊石或其他物體，確認無誤才能開機。The crusher doesnt permit to start with load. Inspect the crusher cavity and clean up the remaining rock and other objects, then start the crusher.破碎機加料必須均勻。進料時不準夾帶有斗牙、履帶板及其他金屬物件，以防損壞機器。Rocks must be added into

3、the crusher well-Proportionedly. Dont carry any other mental objects to prevent damage to the machine.破碎機腔內的襯板或軋臼壁必須牢固可靠。發(fā)現有松動或殘缺等情況，要立即采取措施緊固或更新。Scale boards and of the feeding opening must be steady and reliable. Once loosened or deformed, immediate measures should be taken to fasten or replace.破碎

4、機的潤滑站、液壓站、操作室要配備“四氯化碳”滅火器。運轉工必須熟悉其性能和使用方法。The Lubricate Station, Hydraulic Pressure Station and Operation Station should be equipped with Tetrachloride-Carbon fire extinguisher. Operator must be familiar with its capability and operation.1.1.6 應經常檢查偏心軸、飛輪及調整裝置是否正常。Regularly check up the eccentric ge

5、ar, flywheel and adjustment device. 碎石機必須裝有防護罩和隔音、隔塵設施。塊石必須浸水或灑水進行破碎。Crusher must equip shield, sound and dust insulation. Big rocks should be wet before being crushed.1.2顎式破碎機Jaw Crusher開車前工作人員應檢查破碎機腔內有無木頭或其它雜物， 檢查各處部件是否良好可靠，檢查各處螺栓的緊固情況。Before starting the machine, the operator should ensure the cr

6、usher-cavity keeping empty, every part in good order, and the bolts well screwed.1.2.2 檢查潤滑油的加注情況。Check up the lubricating oil filling complexion.開機后應在無負荷情況下空轉2分鐘，若發(fā)現有異常的情況時，應立即停機，經查明原因消除異常情況后，方可再啟動。Keep no-load running two minutes after starting the crusher. If any abnormality is found, stop the ma

7、chine immediately, find out the reason, remove the trouble and then restart the machine.當破碎機正常運轉后，方可開始投料，投料要均勻，在正常情況下，軸承溫度不應超過35，最高溫度不得超過70（手能長時間停留在發(fā)熱處），否則應立即處理。When the crusher runs in gear, put rocks into it well-proportionedly. In the normal case, the temperature of the bearing should not be high

8、er than 35, with the maximum not higher than 70 (Hands can be on it for a long while), otherwise solve it immediately.工作避免使石塊嵌入張力彈簧中，以免影響其強度。禁止用手從鄂板間取石頭。Avoid imbedding the rocks in the strain spring when the machine is working, so as not to affect its intensity. Dont take out the rocks from the jaw

9、-plate with hands.在破碎時，若因破碎腔內物料阻塞而造成停車，應立即關閉電機，必須將物料清除后，方可再行啟動。If the crusher shuts down because of inner obstruction when it is crushing, switch off the motor immediately. Clean out the stuff in the crush-cavity before restarting.停車加料，在破碎腔內的石頭全部破碎后，方可停車。Only when the rocks in the crush cavity are c

10、ompletely crushed can the machined be stopped and materials added.仔細檢查機械各部位，處理發(fā)現的故障及缺陷。Go through every part of the crusher carefully and solve any failure and disfigurement.清掃機械各部位和工作地面，做好原始記錄。Clean up every part of the crusher and working ground; record the original note.1.3圓錐破碎機Taper Crusher 首次啟動

11、前檢查所用潤滑油是否正確，潤滑系統(tǒng)是否安裝正確，軸承系統(tǒng)必須有足夠的潤滑油。液壓系統(tǒng)必須正常。When start the Taper Crusher at the first time, be ensure that the exact lubricate oil is used, the lubricate system is accurately installed, the bearing system has enough lubricate oil, and the hydraulic pressure system is in order.空載運轉必須達到一小時以上，檢查各部件是

12、否正常。No-load running must last more than one hour and ensure every part in order.空轉后按規(guī)定要求對圓錐破碎機進行加量運轉，直至達到滿負荷。試運轉結束后檢查潤滑油，并作好日常運轉記錄。Add rocks into the crusher to full burden according to the requirement. Examine the lubricate oil after the test running, and record the daily running note.日常開車，破碎機啟動應首先

13、啟動潤滑系統(tǒng)并確信油管內的溫度至少達到16。Before running the crusher, the lubricate system should be first started and the inner temperature of the oil pipe should not be lower than 16 .1.3.4.1破碎機啟動前潤滑油必須至少循環(huán)分鐘。The lubricate oil should cycle at least one minute before running the crusher.1.3.4.2如果油箱內的回油管無油排出，破碎機運轉不得超過秒

14、，因為此時可能會引起嚴重損傷。正常情況下，回油管內排出的油量應足以充滿一半的回油管，許多因素可能會引起油量下降，如潤滑系統(tǒng)油不夠、油泵故障、油泵性能下降，給油管內堵塞或溢流閥設定不當等等。The crusher can not be on operation more than 15 seconds if no oil discharges from the oil return pipe, to prevent the possible serious damage. In the normal case, the oil discharged from the oil return pip

15、e should be enough to fill half of it. The decrease of the oil discharged may be caused by a number of factors, such as insufficient oil in the lubricate system, breakdown of the oil pump, inefficient performance of the oil pump, block of the oil pipe and inappropriate setting of the overflow valve.

16、1.3.4.3液壓站必須在破碎機運轉前啟動。Hydraulic pressure station must be started before the crusher is run.1.3.4.4啟動破碎機并空負荷運轉約分鐘。Start the crusher and keep no-load running for about five minutes.1.3.4.5在低給料量條件下開始破碎機給料，并逐步增加給料量達到最大功率水平（最大可能達到100% 額定電流或調整環(huán)接近于抬起狀態(tài)）。Start adding rocks with low quantity, and gradually i

17、ncrease it to the maximum capacity (the maximum capacity can reach 100% rating electric current or adjustment ring close to uplift)1.3.5日常停車，破碎機應在無料狀態(tài)下繼續(xù)運轉分鐘，從減速到停止運轉，最小減速時間約秒鐘，當機器停止后，再停止液壓裝置。The crusher should continue running without burden for 2-3 minutes after it completely stops. The minimum ti

18、me is 45 seconds from slowdown to stop. Stop the hydraulic device after the crusher completely stops.1.3.6定期進行日常的維修和保養(yǎng)工作，認真填寫運轉記錄。Repair and maintain the machine regularly, and fill in the running note seriously.2、皮帶機操作Rubber belt-conveyor Operation2.1基本規(guī)定2.1 Basic Regulations操作皮帶機的人員必須熟悉機械的構造和性能，必須

19、經過專門訓練，有相當的操作技術和保養(yǎng)常識。The operator must be familiar with the mechanical structure and capability and given special training, with qualified operating skills and maintaining knowledge.除本班值班司機人員外，其它人員一概不準拆卸或開動機械。Any other staff is not allowed to dismantle or operate the machine except the operator on d

20、uty.作業(yè)時要有統(tǒng)一的操作信號。統(tǒng)一電鈴信號；開車：一長聲；停機：兩長聲；緊急停車：三短聲。The rubber belt-conveyor should have uniform signal in working. A long sound means starting the crusher, two long sounds means stopping the crusher, and three short sounds means urgent stop. 夜間作業(yè)時，工作場地要有完好照明設備和充足的光線。When the rubber belt-conveyor works a

21、t night, the working area should have good lighting equipment and be bright enough.2.1.5要求做到下料均勻，扒架或托滾不歪扭，皮帶接頭完好，拉力均勻，頭滾與尾滾筒互相平行。Rocks are required to be added well-proportionedly. 22、umbling box should be paralleled with each other.2.2起動時的準備和檢查Preparation and examination for start固定式皮帶機，應安裝在穩(wěn)固的基礎上；移動式皮帶機應用三角木將輪子塞住或用制動器剎住，以防在工作中走動。The fixed rubber belt-conveyor should be installed on a steady base. Floating rubber belt-conveyor should be stopped by an arrester in case it moves in

23、 working.電氣設備，絕緣應良好，接地（零）完整可靠，電線接頭要牢固。Electric equipment should have nonconductor, the grounding should be in order, and the terminal of the electric wire should be steady.全面檢查皮帶機的電氣和機械部分:如電機、電纜、控制設備、減速箱、傳動齒輪、聯(lián)軸節(jié)、拉緊裝置、擋板、刮板、支架、托滾等是否良好、齊全；調整器是否適當；皮帶松緊是否合適。Totally examine the rubber belt-conveyors ele

24、ctric and engine part, such as motor, cable, control facility, reducer, drive gear, joint, strain device, baffle, scrape-board, frame, roller, regulator and ensure they are in order and the belt is appropriately tight.條起動前應檢查皮帶卡子是否歪扭和斷裂；尾輪是否被砂、土雜物塞?。磺昂蠓缆┌澹镒樱┦欠裼懈钇е?；拉緊裝置是否良好；減速箱油位潤滑情況，松開夾軌器為槽形導輪和反向

25、壓輪加注黃油。Inspection should be made before operation to check whether the belt-clip is crooked or broken, the tail-wheel is blocked by sand or soil, the front and back scraping plates are possible to cut the belt, the fasten equipment works well and the decelerator is properly lubricant. Then loosen th

26、e rail clamping device to transform it into a fluted body idler pulley. And pour grease into the beetling gravitational pulley.如皮帶機長期未用，應檢查電機和控制設備的絕緣電阻，其值不得少于 0.5 兆歐。If the rubber belt-conveyor is not used for a long time, the insulation resistance of the motor and control facility should not checke

27、d to make it no less than 0.5 Mega-ohm.檢查電源電壓，其波動值不應超過額定電壓的-5+10。Undulating value of voltage doesnt exceed norm -5+10。2.3試車與運轉Test and Running各部位經檢查確認正常后，應先發(fā)出開車信號，操作臺才可起動開車，這時操作者不得離開崗位，應監(jiān)督電機的起動和運轉是否正常。If every part of the rubber belt-conveyor is in order, give the start-signal before startup. The op

28、erator should not leave the post, supervising the start and operation of the motor.皮帶機運轉后，應檢查各部是否正常，如發(fā)現 異常情況，應立即切斷電源，停車后進行處理，檢查各滾輪是否漏油，電機和滾筒軸承溫度是否正常。Check whether every part of the rubber belt-conveyor is in order. When any abnormality occurs, cut off the power supply immediately, stop the machine,

29、examine any leak in every idler wheel and the temperature of the motor and the roller bearing.運轉中應注意事項：Operation Attentions運轉中不得換托滾，不得用木棒、鐵鍬、撬棍等去撬筒內的泥砂、石頭、冰塊等。Dont change the roller or prize the rocks, silts and ice cubes inside with wooden stock, shovel, crowbar when the rubber belt-conveyor is run

30、ning.在皮帶機空轉并達到穩(wěn)定速度后，方可通知放料。剛起動下料時切不可猛放，應使漏斗均勻下料，嚴禁皮帶機超負荷運轉和超負荷起動。2.3.3.2Add rocks only after the rubber belt-conveyor runs at a stable speed. Funnel should be used to evenly add rocks which can not poured too much at the very beginning. Overload operation and overload startup are strictly prohibited

31、.當皮帶打滑時，禁止在滾筒和皮帶之間塞雜物。Dont stuff sundries between the roller and the belt when the belt skids around在運轉中不得在轉動齒輪、聯(lián)軸節(jié)上和其它傳動部位打掃衛(wèi)生。Dont sweep at the running parts of the machine. 一般空載不得連續(xù)起動超過 3 次，若不能起動，應查找原因。No-load running can not be more than three times. Find out the reason if the rubber belt-convey

32、or cannot startup without burthen.如需停車處理故障，應先發(fā)出停止送料信號，待故障處理完畢后再發(fā)出送料信號。If necessary to shut down the machine, give the stop-deliver signal first. When the trouble is resolved, give the deliver signal again.不出現危及重大機械和人身安全的故障時，不得發(fā)出緊急停車信號，更不得擅自緊急停車。When there is no threaten to serious mechanical breakdo

33、wn or personal security, dont give the emergent stop signal or stop the rubber belt-conveyor emergently.嚴禁在皮帶上踏越或站（坐）人，嚴禁裝運其它物件。穿過橫跨皮帶應事先搭設人行馬道，并設欄桿。Dont span, stand or sit on the belt. And it is forbidden to carry other objects. Pavement and banisters should be set before passing through the belt.數

34、臺皮帶機作串聯(lián)運送物料時，應等第一臺皮帶達到正常運轉后，才能開動第二臺，待全部運送系統(tǒng)達到正常后，方可進料。When rocks are carried by several rubber belt-conveyors in series, the second one can only be started when the first one runs in order. When the whole transport system works in order, can the rocks be added.必須等皮帶上的骨料全部卸完后，方可停車，停車后應將電閘拉開，鎖上閘箱。Only

35、 when the orthopedics are totally discharged, can the rubber belt-conveyor stop. Then unbolt the switch and lock the switch box.2.3.4保養(yǎng)和修理必須停車進行。When maintain and repair, the rubber belt-conveyor must be shut down.2.3.5運送大塊物件時，皮帶兩邊應裝置擋板或擋柵。When carry big objects, both sides of the belt should install baffle.2.3.6水平皮帶一旦停止運轉，裝料人員應立刻終止送料。Once the level belt stops, the operator should stop adding rocks.應特別注意皮帶是否跑偏。如跑偏應立即糾正，皮帶向那一面跑偏即旋動那一面的專用螺絲桿以拉緊皮帶。Put right the belt immediately when it deviates.
