During the initial lowering operation ask for the brake to be applied at maximum lowering speed to check its operation. 進行

23、ply with the LSA Code. Questions 11 and 15 are designed to determine whether issues relating to release arrangements are primarily operational, design or maintenance related. These questions are primarily aimed at gathering information for feeding back into our work at IMO of accidents with lifeboat
