1、第二章 貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)與單證2-1 裝卸準(zhǔn)備1 船舶物料單船舶物料申報(bào)單SHIPS STORES LIST的格式各港口不同，一般可按各港口的具體格式填寫，也可按國際海事組織公布的格式填寫。船舶物料申報(bào)單常由假設(shè)干份申報(bào)單組成：甲板物料單(Deck Stores List)這包括甲板部使用的主要工具、油漆、工作服等，一般由大副提供。機(jī)艙物料單(Engine Stores List)這指機(jī)艙中的備件、工具等，一般由輪機(jī)長或大管輪負(fù)責(zé)提供?；锸澄锪锨鍐?Kitchen Stores List)這指糧食、蔬菜、魚、肉、蛋、食用油、罐頭、水果等的清單，以前由事務(wù)長負(fù)責(zé)提供，現(xiàn)由大廚或一駕駛員負(fù)責(zé)提供。煙酒庫清

2、單(Bonded Stores List)船上煙酒庫(bond)中的煙、酒、飲料及其他物品的清單，以前由事務(wù)長負(fù)責(zé)提供，現(xiàn)多由船長親自提供。醫(yī)用藥品清單(Doctors Stores List)這提船上藥品的清單，由醫(yī)生或大副負(fù)責(zé)提供。船上一般存有少量麻醉品，應(yīng)列入其中但也可另行申報(bào)。其他物品清單(Miscellaneous Stores List)這包括不在上述之列的物品，如武器、某些港口的特別違禁品等。生產(chǎn)中，各港口對(duì)一般船舶物料申報(bào)的要求在降低，所以船舶常將上述各項(xiàng)合并在一份報(bào)表中，統(tǒng)一做出申報(bào)。甲板物料的內(nèi)容應(yīng)由大副提供，但有的船上伙食物料清單或醫(yī)用藥品清單也由大副提供。SHIPS S

10、似英文而是英文，應(yīng)加以注意。有時(shí)為了對(duì)貨物做出確切的說明，而給出貨物產(chǎn)地語言的名稱。Gross weight總重量?？傊亓恐肛浳锛捌浒b的重量總和。凈重量(net weight)指貨物重量。皮重(tare weight)指包裝材料的重量。重量的單位用千克(kg)、公噸(M/T)、長噸(L/T)、短噸(S/T)表示，其中后兩個(gè)單位不是國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單位，但在船運(yùn)生產(chǎn)中仍廣泛應(yīng)用。Measurement 尺碼。貨物的尺碼分為：滿尺丈量所得之體積(full measurement)；在艙內(nèi)堆裝時(shí)所占艙容(cargo space occupied)，后者一般比前者大020%；視體積(observed mea
