Law will provide me with the kind of constant challenge I have always craved, while helping me to improve my analytical, practical & communication skills. Also my concern and curiosity about society and its people inspired me to pu
2、rsue this subject for my higher education, as I believe Law plays an essential role in the changing nature of society. My upbringing has honed my perception of society and people leading me to be acutely aware of social injustice, inequality, exploitation, discrimination, and religious fundamentalis
3、m, especially in a society such as the one I come from - Bangladesh. I possess a desire, to struggle if necessary through my life in establishing a society which will be free from exploitation and inequality. As such, I have chosen to study Law, for I believe the proper implementation of Law is the
4、only potent weapon to obliterate injustice. I believe throughout the history of the world, working classes have been deceived by the upper class bourgeoisie and the elites - my ultimate goal in life is to establish the rights of the socially deprived classes. I always have wondered why Law has not b
5、een used to raise the voice of the working class, and why it has been used to safeguard the interests of people who are exploiting. I seek a new definition of human rights the true definition, without exploitation and corruption colouring the notion. My greatest wonder is why our society and the leg
6、al system, do not point out economic exploitation as an abuse of human rights; for it is the root of poverty, which elicits crime. If the creation of Law is to curb injustice, why has it not been used to eradicate this injustice? Taking law as a subject for higher education will hopefully help me fi
7、nd answers to my questions, and will teach me the proper method of implementation. I am someone who is passionate to evaluate problems. I am not an extremist but I do not hesitate to resort to radical measures if the situation forces it. I believe, in a society, co-operation is more desired than com
8、petition; competition doesnt necessarily bring rapid prosperity. I adhere to a socialistic political ideology, and aim to devote myself in establishing true socialism. I am from a country, which has been subject to military dictatorship for over twenty years after her independence. My political cons
9、ciousness grew during the time, when my father was imprisoned by the military just because he was a leader of a political party who opposed military regime. Police and military jointly ran a brutal campaign throughout the country to repress politicians, where they imprisoned and sometimes killed tho
10、usands of students, politicians, professionals, workers, and even soldiers. These incidents severely affected my family, making my childhood a turbulent time. After the military regime failed, a western style democratic political structure was set up, which gave nothing, yet increased the discontent
11、 of the masses, and created some elites, who virtually control the country. Wealth and power both are centralized to them, law is a puppet in their hand, and they control everything, from economy to politics. Millions of people live below the poverty level, and there is nobody, not one strong and re
12、silient political party to represent them. Extreme form of capitalism has taken over our countrys social and human values, and morality is at the brink of extinction. Corruption is everywhere, human rights abuses are innumerable, political repression is paramount, money is power and power is everyth
13、ing. This indisciplined violent condition of my country created a rebellious nature within me that is why I have set my ambition to restructure the socio-political structure of my country in a radical way. I would like to utilize the knowledge I acquire from my life at university and beyond to clari
14、fy and show me the proper way of implementation of my thoughts. I have proved myself as an efficient and responsible student through primary and secondary school, I have been able to maintain and improve my grades, which are consistently good. Currently I am undertaking A levels in History, Governme
15、nt & Politics, and Bengali. Being an ambitious and inquisitive person, even after completing a Foundation Programme with an overall A grade, I have chosen to do three A levels in one year to study in one of the top British universities. History has always fascinated me; though this is the first time
16、 I am studying this subject in detail. In Government & Politics, I am learning about the procedures of law making and the system of politics and government in different countries. Languages have always been of interest to me, and my favoured loyalty is to my mother tongue - Bengali. I have spent my
17、time productively on extra curricular activities. I have keenly taken part in debating, student politics and acting in television dramas. I headed my schools debating society for one year and independently achieved many prizes in speech competitions at local and national levels. My hobbies include r
18、eading, playing cricket and table tennis, web browsing, etc. The principal reason for my desire to study at UK is the quality of teaching here and particularly in my chosen subject, Law. I also find exciting the prospect of joining a university hee with international flavours and exceptional researc
19、h facilities. I believe University is a place for accumulating more interests, for meeting people, for working hard, for finding a niche in life. I feel I have the commitment and confidence of giving my best during my university career and afterwards 法國(guó)高中留學(xué)費(fèi)用 一、一年的學(xué)費(fèi) 1、注冊(cè)費(fèi):首先,還沒(méi)去法國(guó)讀高中之前,要申報(bào)法國(guó)的高中,申報(bào)法
20、國(guó)的高中時(shí)要交注冊(cè)費(fèi)。一般是500歐元3900元RMB。 2、剛開始一年的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)費(fèi)用:一般是2-2.9萬(wàn)歐元年16-22萬(wàn)元人民幣年,這個(gè)費(fèi)用不僅單單指的是學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的費(fèi)用,還包含了教材費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)(在法國(guó)讀高中保險(xiǎn)是必須要買的)、考試費(fèi)、學(xué)雜費(fèi)以及監(jiān)護(hù)人看管費(fèi)等等。但是其中不囊括假期的住宿費(fèi)用和餐飲費(fèi)用。 3、語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)完后開始進(jìn)入高中,學(xué)習(xí)課程的費(fèi)用:一般是1-1.5萬(wàn)歐元年8-12萬(wàn)元人民幣年,這個(gè)費(fèi)用中也和剛開始第一年的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)費(fèi)用一樣,也包含了教材費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)(在法國(guó)讀高中保險(xiǎn)是必須要買的)、考試費(fèi)、學(xué)雜費(fèi)以及監(jiān)護(hù)人看管費(fèi)等等。 4、教材保險(xiǎn)費(fèi):1,000歐元年5年(包含一
21、年語(yǔ)言預(yù)科)=5000歐元3.9萬(wàn)元人民幣 5、生活費(fèi):法國(guó)的生活費(fèi)在歐洲 國(guó)家中算是的國(guó)家之一,并且,在法國(guó)學(xué)生有很多的優(yōu)惠條件可以享受(如學(xué)校餐廳優(yōu)惠、學(xué)校住宿優(yōu)惠、憑學(xué)生卡還能享受交通和娛樂(lè)的優(yōu)惠),這些優(yōu)惠大大降低了學(xué)生的生活費(fèi)。并且這些優(yōu)惠不僅難呢過(guò)滿足學(xué)生對(duì)文化生活的要求,還能節(jié)省學(xué)生的基本生活費(fèi)用。所以,法國(guó)學(xué)生的生活費(fèi)用大概為800歐元月6200元人民幣月。 把以上的費(fèi)用整理了一下,去法國(guó)讀高中簡(jiǎn)略至少要準(zhǔn)備120萬(wàn)元人民幣。其實(shí)去法國(guó)讀高中還是有著很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)的,比如說(shuō)讀完高中后可以繼續(xù)升大學(xué),更有機(jī)會(huì)能讀到法國(guó)的頂尖大學(xué),還能早早地給孩子提供一個(gè)好的學(xué)英語(yǔ)環(huán)境。 申請(qǐng)法國(guó)留學(xué)的要求 1.年齡要求 去法國(guó)留學(xué)有確定的年齡要求。報(bào)考法國(guó)本科需要在18周歲以上。如果是高中畢業(yè)生,想直接去法國(guó)讀本科,年齡不得超過(guò)22周歲。如果是大學(xué)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生申請(qǐng)法國(guó)留學(xué),年齡不得超過(guò)28周歲。英語(yǔ)好的學(xué)生可以直接申請(qǐng)碩士或者博士。 2.文憑要求 申請(qǐng)法國(guó)留學(xué)的學(xué)生有具體的文憑要求,最低是高中文憑。如果是高中畢業(yè)生,則需要提供高中畢業(yè)證跟大學(xué)錄取通知書;如果是大學(xué)在讀學(xué)生,需要提供大學(xué)期間的成績(jī)單;如果是大學(xué)畢業(yè)生,則需要提供學(xué)位證書以及大學(xué)期間完整的成績(jī)單。 3.語(yǔ)言要求 去法國(guó)留學(xué)語(yǔ)言需要達(dá)到
