1、九年級(jí) Unit12 Life is full of the unexpected.(Section B Reading)基于文本解讀的閱讀課活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)長(zhǎng)超中學(xué) 施勤英 一、文本解讀 1.插圖 一架不明飛行物正在天空中飛行。UFO和外星人存在與否本來(lái)就是一個(gè)一直存有爭(zhēng)論的問(wèn)題。三個(gè)故事中的最后一個(gè)全世界最有名的一個(gè)玩笑就是關(guān)于外星人登陸地球的一則惡作劇，插圖和文本是密切關(guān)聯(lián)的，可以先讓學(xué)生預(yù)測(cè)或討論可信與否。2.四個(gè)事例 作者例舉了四個(gè)很典型的事例。第一個(gè)和第二個(gè)惡作劇都是滑稽搞笑的，第三個(gè)惡作劇導(dǎo)致了很不愉快的結(jié)局，說(shuō)明開(kāi)玩笑也要注意一個(gè)度，不能太過(guò)分了，不能傷感情。第四個(gè)惡作劇不是發(fā)生在愚人

2、節(jié)那一天，是在10月份，說(shuō)明西方國(guó)家在平時(shí)也喜歡開(kāi)玩笑惡作劇，并不是一定要在愚人節(jié)那一天。另外，也提到了國(guó)家，第一二則故事發(fā)生在英國(guó)，第四則故事發(fā)生在美國(guó)，說(shuō)明愚人節(jié)在英美等西方國(guó)家比較重視和盛行，雖然近幾年也流行到了其他國(guó)家，但在英美等國(guó)算是傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。還有，在前三則中人物信息都是模糊的，如： a reporter, a TV show, a famous TV star, 只有在第四則中人物時(shí)間都很明確詳細(xì)，可以指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在討論可信與否時(shí)考慮這一細(xì)節(jié)。3.體裁與句型 這是一篇敘事性為主的文章。第一段介紹愚人節(jié)，第二、三、四段舉例子。本文文本框架清楚，且句型優(yōu)美如“as much as they

3、 could” ”by the time” ” sothat”，學(xué)生讀起來(lái)朗朗上口，且很容易掌握，幫助學(xué)生更好地理解文章，培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。 4.內(nèi)容 本文內(nèi)容主要講述了愚人節(jié)和幾則惡作劇故事。輕松而幽默。第一，符合學(xué)生年齡特點(diǎn)，初中生心理上其實(shí)還是比較喜歡玩，同學(xué)之間偶爾開(kāi)開(kāi)玩笑也是可以的，只要不是太過(guò)分。第二，初中生學(xué)習(xí)壓力大，play jokes可以讓他們適當(dāng)?shù)胤潘梢幌拢部梢耘囵B(yǎng)同學(xué)之間的感情。第三，雖然中國(guó)現(xiàn)在也知道愚人節(jié)，但對(duì)外國(guó)的文化還不是很了解，幫助學(xué)生了解中西文化。5. 教材的編排從Section B的聽(tīng)力談?wù)揇ave, Nick, Joe的愚人節(jié)故事，很自然地過(guò)渡到愚人節(jié)的簡(jiǎn)單介紹
