18、3-5threepiecesmodel，RPM960r/min，power1.5KWb、trianglebeltA22351、機(jī)架loomframeA機(jī)構(gòu)作用說明機(jī)架主要由左墻板、右墻板和連接兩塊墻板之間的前橫梁、后橫梁、中間橫梁、胸梁、和前后撐擋組成，用左小墻板和右小墻板各一塊，上橫梁裝于小墻板上方，為了使機(jī)架穩(wěn)固小墻板間,并從上支撐、小撐擋連接之。機(jī)架間的連接螺栓必須堅(jiān)固，如機(jī)架安裝不當(dāng)時，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時各軸中心容易發(fā)生走動，亦不可能使織機(jī)輕快靈活的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。本機(jī)整個機(jī)架座按放在墊木上，再用地腳螺栓和地基堅(jiān)固，以防震動。A:functioninstructionLoomframeismainlyc

32、torA機(jī)構(gòu)作用說明Afunctioninstruction（1）緩沖皮圈使對側(cè)投來之梭子，進(jìn)入梭箱后，首與皮結(jié)相撞，向外沖擊打梭棒而打梭棒為緩沖皮圈所牽住，由于皮圈滑動箱內(nèi)壓簧之力，和很大的摩擦力為抵抗，逐使梭子安穩(wěn)停止于梭箱內(nèi)規(guī)定的位置上，以便進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確之自動換梭運(yùn)動。（1）Apronbufferthrowtheshuttleintotheshuttleboxfromthecontralateral,firstcollidedwithpicker,outwardimpactpickingstickandpickingstickisholdbybufferaprons,astheforceof

40、lt,thebridgeplateandeccentricdisc,reducingfrictionchangesasmuchaspossible.5、打緯機(jī)構(gòu)beating-upmechanismA機(jī)構(gòu)作用說明Afunctioninstruction（1）本機(jī)采用曲炳軸打緯機(jī)構(gòu)（2）曲柄軸通過牽手和裝在搖軸上的筘座腳相連，筘座木裝在筘座腳上，鋼筘的下端裝于側(cè)翼和走梭板之間，中間夾以左右的側(cè)翼墊塊，以免鋼筘頭部受損。上端套在筘帽中，筘帽則隨筘座腳一起擺動，當(dāng)曲柄軸迴轉(zhuǎn)時，便通過曲臂和牽手而傳動筘座腳作前后擺動，則筘座腳上的鋼筘即把已納入梭口的緯紗打入織口。（3）在打緯時，則依靠定筘鼻轉(zhuǎn)子和撞嘴
