1、 第4章工期管理(一) 本章介紹有關(guān)工期管理的來(lái)往信函,內(nèi)容包括開(kāi)工通知、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、邀請(qǐng)函以及工程的進(jìn)展等方面,并對(duì)各范例信函進(jìn)行了內(nèi)容和語(yǔ)言方面的講解。 第1節(jié) 工程的開(kāi)工 (Commencement of Works)能夠按期完成工程是項(xiàng)目成功的標(biāo)志之一。對(duì)于一個(gè)國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō),工程的前期往往是工程最容易耽擱工期的階段。英文中有一諺語(yǔ),“A good beginning is half the battle”(好的開(kāi)端即是成功的一半。),對(duì)于我們做國(guó)際工程來(lái)說(shuō)尤其如此。 一、開(kāi)工通知承包商在中標(biāo)之后何時(shí)開(kāi)工,還需要得到業(yè)主方簽發(fā)的開(kāi)工通知。在收到開(kāi)工通知之后,承包商要給出書(shū)面回執(zhí),并說(shuō)明
2、在合理的時(shí)間內(nèi)盡快開(kāi)工。請(qǐng)看下面的范例信函41和4-2: 范例信函41 From the EmployerEngineer to the Contractor Date: Dear Sirs, 、 Sub:Commencement of Works In accordance with Clause 8 of the Conditions of Contract and on behalf of the Employerwe hereby give you notice to commence the Works as soon as is reasonably possible. 11、ent)范例信函44(一)內(nèi)容講解 這是業(yè)主工程師致承包商關(guān)于施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的一封回函,從信的內(nèi)容可以看出,承包商按業(yè)主方的要求對(duì)施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃反復(fù)修改了若干次,最后一次得到業(yè)主的認(rèn)可。 第一段說(shuō)明,業(yè)主工程師已經(jīng)審查施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃并提出了意見(jiàn),這些意見(jiàn)被承包商納入到進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的最后的版本,因而,進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的最終版本得到業(yè)主的認(rèn)可。第二段業(yè)主工程師對(duì)承包商在編制和修訂進(jìn)度計(jì)劃方面給予業(yè)主方的合作表示感謝。(二)語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)講解1.construction program 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃;ment 評(píng)論,意見(jiàn);3. incorporate 納入;4.submittal 提交,提交的文件;5. finalize 最
