25、Scope工作范圍:The buildings in this project are mainly steel structure (the energy center is composite structure). The pillars of factory and warehouses are H-shaped steel, grid column. Truss structure is used in roofing structure. The roofing system adopts steel plate used in floor, modified pitch wate
26、rproof roll, hard glass heat preservation zone calcium silicate board with 270mm thick, and TPO soft waterproof roll. The wall system adopts sandwich shingle of 200mm. 本項目主要建筑均為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(能源中心為混合結(jié)構(gòu))。廠房和庫房的柱子采用H型鋼,格構(gòu)式鋼柱,屋面結(jié)構(gòu)采用桁架結(jié)構(gòu),屋面系統(tǒng)采用樓壓型鋼板加改性瀝青防水卷材加270mm厚的硬質(zhì)玻璃面保溫帶硅酸板加TPO的柔性防水卷材,墻面系統(tǒng)采用200mm的三明治墻面板。List of

32、f roof beam, crane beam and column will be weld joint spliced in factory and weld joint tested per Class II, others will be tested per Class III. 本工程現(xiàn)場采用的高強(qiáng)度螺栓為10.9級高強(qiáng)度扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓,同時,原材料的材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計圖紙要求。所有構(gòu)件制作完畢后應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計要求進(jìn)行防腐處理。根據(jù)設(shè)計要求:屋面梁,吊車梁和柱子的主材工廠拼接焊縫按照級焊縫檢驗,其他均按照級檢驗。Project Characteristics工程特點Some steel s
33、tructure building is very high with big span, need big hoist machine for installation with high risk and difficulty. Handling is 23.68meter high and HBWH is 21.705meter high.部分鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房建筑較高,且跨度較大,需采用大型吊裝機(jī)械施工,增加安裝難度;中轉(zhuǎn)車間是23.68米高,高架倉庫是21.705米高。Wall system use 200mm sandwich panel, has high quality require
34、ment.墻面大量采用200mm三明治板,對施工的質(zhì)量要求高。Tight schedule for steels structure with big quantity of steel structure. The target is complete roof of main buildings in October 2014.工期緊,任務(wù)重。需要在10月份完成鋼結(jié)構(gòu)封頂。Several work disciplines will be constructed at the same time. Plenty of coordination is required. 設(shè)多個工種作業(yè)也需要同
35、步進(jìn)行,需要大量的協(xié)調(diào)工作。Client has high requirement on safety. 業(yè)主對項目的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求高。Section 3 Construction Arrangement第三節(jié) 施工總體部署Project phases工程項目任務(wù)安排There are four phases for steel structure construction: fabrication of steel structure foundation installation of main steel structure fireproof paint按鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的先后順序分四個階段:
36、構(gòu)件制作階段基礎(chǔ)施工階段主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝階段防火涂料施工階段。The work of fireproof paint (performed by dedicated company) should be performed according to the construction progress of main steel structure and steel plate.防火涂料施工(專業(yè)公司負(fù)責(zé))隨主體結(jié)構(gòu)及板材施工進(jìn)度情況配合進(jìn)行。Principle原則要求As the construction area is limited and the working period of li
37、fting main steel is tight, as well as there is cross work between installation and civil work, we confirm the following principles:根據(jù)該鋼構(gòu)工程實際有效吊裝場地較窄,且實際要求主構(gòu)件吊裝工期緊及存在與土建交叉施工的特點,為此確定如下原則:We are planning to use a truck crane for the buildings to transport and lift the steel structure, with assistance o
38、f manual lifting. After the steel member is on its location, lift it with mobile crane. In order to improve the lifting efficiency, while storing the columns, try to locate the tie point of column, the center of column base and the center of foundation in one arc. 對于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝時擬用一臺汽吊,隨吊隨運(yùn),人工抬升為輔,構(gòu)件就位后采用單
39、機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)法吊裝,為提高吊裝效率,在堆放柱時,盡量使柱的綁扎點、柱腳中心與基礎(chǔ)中心三點共圓弧。For the light member such as steel ladder, handrail and parts, it is difficult to lift them. So they will be transported and lifted manually.對于鋼梯和欄桿,安裝時重量輕,和構(gòu)件零星,故無法采用吊機(jī)吊裝,只能人力運(yùn)輸和抬升為主。In principle, the steel structure should be lifted according to the rou
40、te of the crane. And at the same time, consider the construction of fireproof paint (performed by dedicated company). The work of fireproof paint and the installation of steel structure will be cross-performed. 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)吊裝原則上按吊機(jī)行進(jìn)路線的順序進(jìn)行,同時考慮防火涂料施工(專業(yè)公司負(fù)責(zé)),涂裝隨結(jié)構(gòu)安裝交叉進(jìn)行。Try to make use of the area and time
41、during different disciplines construction to create condition for earlier starting the construction. Try to avoid the peak of the construction and balance the cross construction of paint and installation. 充分利用平面、空間和時間組織交叉作業(yè),為極早插入其他專業(yè)施工創(chuàng)造條件,避免出現(xiàn)施工高峰期,做到均衡施工,做好涂裝與結(jié)構(gòu)交叉。Lifting of steel structural is on
42、ly allowed during day time. 現(xiàn)場只允許白天吊裝鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。The steel structure and parts should be delivered to the site according to schedule after fabrication to avoid the steel members from collecting too much.預(yù)制主次鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件及配件等,均在廠內(nèi)加工后按計劃運(yùn)至工地,避免構(gòu)件、板材供應(yīng)過于集中。Reasonably arrange the construction period according to approv
