科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生

1、 科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生 以前曾聽說過這樣一句話：天下官職最小的主任是班主任，然而對(duì)人類貢獻(xiàn)最大的主任也是班主任。這次參加全國(guó)中小學(xué)班主任工作高級(jí)研討會(huì)，聽了許多教育專家和優(yōu)秀的一線班主任的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)報(bào)告之后,我對(duì)這句話的體會(huì)也更深了。下面我就結(jié)合這次培訓(xùn)所學(xué)到的理論,談?wù)勛约旱囊恍└邢?。其?shí),細(xì)想起來,學(xué)生們每天很早來到學(xué)校,上一天的課,晚上回到家里,還要吃飯寫作業(yè),復(fù)習(xí)預(yù)習(xí)功課,與家長(zhǎng)在一起的有效交流的時(shí)間要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)少于他們與班主任在一起時(shí)間。這時(shí)候班主任對(duì)他們成長(zhǎng)的影響就顯得尤為重要。在人的求學(xué)經(jīng)歷中,如果能遇到一位或幾位真正的好班任,那將是難得的人生財(cái)富。那么,如何做學(xué)生眼中的好班任呢?答案很簡(jiǎn)單,首

2、先必須要愛他們。愛學(xué)生是做班主任的基本素質(zhì)，沒有對(duì)學(xué)生最真摯的愛，就不會(huì)有教育的成功。有人說:愛自己的孩子是本能,愛別人的孩子是神圣。我們所從事的工作就是一份神圣的工作,因?yàn)槲覀冊(cè)趷壑鴦e人的孩子。然而，有了對(duì)學(xué)生的愛，教育就一定會(huì)成功嗎？那要看這怎樣愛，如果是盲目的泛泛地愛，不僅不會(huì)有好多教育效果，可能會(huì)適得其反，因?yàn)榭雌饋碜蠲赖幕?，往往可能毒性最大，不科學(xué)的愛，可能傷害學(xué)生最深，不科學(xué)的愛，可能會(huì)讓我們成為學(xué)生仇恨的優(yōu)秀班主任。那么，怎樣的愛才是對(duì)學(xué)生科學(xué)地愛呢？ 首先，科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生，要遵循學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律。 不同年齡階段的學(xué)生,心理特征會(huì)有很大區(qū)別。即使同樣是初中生,初一和初二也不會(huì)完全相同

3、。所以觀察他們?cè)诓煌A段成長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)采取什么樣的教育方式和方法,會(huì)起到重要的作用。 有這樣一個(gè)發(fā)生在小學(xué)生身上的故事。班主任給孩子留寒假作業(yè),其中有兩道問題:一、我國(guó)的全稱是什么? 二,我們國(guó)家是誰(shuí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的? 恰巧一位教育專家來到學(xué)校,看到了這兩個(gè)問題，于是問一個(gè)一年級(jí)的六歲半的孩子：“我國(guó)的全稱是什么？”孩子答到:中國(guó)。專家說:“你再想一想?！焙⒆佑执?“中華人民共和國(guó).”專家表?yè)P(yáng)了他。接著問第二個(gè)問題：“我們的國(guó)家是誰(shuí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的? ”孩子呆坐思考,班主任提示說:“共產(chǎn)黨”孩子立刻大聲重復(fù)說:“共產(chǎn)黨?！庇谑菍＜矣謫?“你知道共產(chǎn)黨是干什么的嗎?”孩子想了想,恍然大悟似的說:“知道,打仗的?！?

4、專家又問:“那你知道哪里有共產(chǎn)黨啊?”孩子想了想,搖搖頭,小聲地說:“好像犧牲了?！?這個(gè)例子似乎有些讓人哭笑不得,但是問題不在學(xué)生身上,而在于教師沒有按照一年級(jí)小學(xué)生認(rèn)知能力、思維特點(diǎn)施教。我們必須承認(rèn),人的一生發(fā)展都是有規(guī)律的。剛出生的孩子就要吃,給什么吃呢?當(dāng)然是母乳或牛奶.好吃的東西很多,可不能都拿來給他吃,吃了就會(huì)消化不良的。隨著時(shí)間的推移,孩子逐漸長(zhǎng)大,再不斷給他加食。教育學(xué)生同樣如此,絕不能脫離他們的年齡特點(diǎn)、思維特點(diǎn)和認(rèn)知規(guī)律。希望學(xué)生學(xué)到更多求知、做人的道理，快速成長(zhǎng)、成熟起來，這是所有班主任對(duì)學(xué)生的一種大愛，可是如果不顧及學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律，讓一個(gè)孩子必須按照成人的思想方法做事

5、，那就是拔苗助長(zhǎng)，是一種極不科學(xué)的愛。其次，科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生，要切實(shí)走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心里。 著名教育學(xué)家陶行知先生有一段十分感人的話:“你不可以輕視小孩子的感情!他給你一塊糖吃,是有著汽車大王捐助一億元的慷慨；他做的紙飛機(jī)飛不上天,是有著齊柏林飛船造不成功一樣的躊躇；他失手打破了一個(gè)泥娃娃,是有著一個(gè)母親失去了獨(dú)生子一樣的悲哀；他沒有打著他所討厭的人,便好像羅斯福得不到機(jī)會(huì)帶兵去打德國(guó)一般的慪氣；他受了你盛怒之下的鞭打,連在夢(mèng)里也覺得有法國(guó)革命一樣的恐怖；他考試想得滿分而沒得到,仿佛是候選總統(tǒng)落選一樣失意；他想你抱他, 你偏去抱了別的孩子,好比是被奪去了愛人一樣傷心?！边@段話非常形象的描繪了孩子的內(nèi)心感

6、受,說明先生是非常了解并理解小孩子的心靈的。教育者必須擁有良好的心理學(xué)修養(yǎng),善于走進(jìn)中學(xué)生的心靈之中,敏銳的感受學(xué)生的心理變化,與他們心心相映,息息相通。對(duì)于一個(gè)有觀察力的班主任來說,學(xué)生的歡樂、興奮、驚奇、疑惑、恐懼、窘迫和其他內(nèi)心活動(dòng)的最細(xì)微的表現(xiàn)都逃不過他的眼睛。一個(gè)班主任如果對(duì)這些表現(xiàn)熟視無睹,總是說些脫離學(xué)生心靈的“正確的廢話”,不管他是多么正確，都很難成為學(xué)生的良師益友。這次研討會(huì)上,全國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師、全國(guó)優(yōu)秀班主任、上海市十佳班主任標(biāo)兵周士良老師就在報(bào)告中提到,為了更真實(shí)的了解學(xué)生的內(nèi)心世界,他在班級(jí)里定期的舉辦兩個(gè)活動(dòng):“相約老周”和“良（周士良）X有約”。班里的任何同學(xué)都可以實(shí)名

7、或匿名的通過手機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)或書信的方式與他約定時(shí)間進(jìn)行交流,學(xué)生們也都能敞開心扉的向他訴說苦悶,分享快樂。在了解孩子們的內(nèi)心所想后,周老師就可以因地制宜地引導(dǎo)教育每個(gè)學(xué)生了。班主任給予學(xué)生的愛,自然而然的會(huì)激發(fā)出學(xué)生對(duì)教師的愛,反饋回來,形成愛的雙向交流，心理學(xué)家稱之為“動(dòng)情效應(yīng)”。這種效應(yīng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生良好的后果,學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)是自覺尊重教師的勞動(dòng),十分愿意接近老師,希望與老師合作,把老師看成是父母般的親人。自然界有自然界的科學(xué)，人類社會(huì)有人類社會(huì)的科學(xué)，人的心理世界自然也應(yīng)該有心理世界的科學(xué)。走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心理世界，正是把班主任的愛更有效地輸入學(xué)生心理的途徑，也可以說，是愛在班主任與學(xué)生之間架起了一座橋梁，這

8、是一門愛的科學(xué)，也是一種科學(xué)的愛。 第三，科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生，要讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都站起來，頂天立地，有尊嚴(yán)地活著。 現(xiàn)在有個(gè)粗略的統(tǒng)計(jì),中國(guó)現(xiàn)在有1500萬(wàn)個(gè)老師,多數(shù)老師還沒有改變自己愛的方式。我們已經(jīng)太習(xí)慣于管人了,把管學(xué)生當(dāng)作是天經(jīng)地義的事，因?yàn)樵谥袊?guó)古代有一句古訓(xùn):“天、地、君、親、師?！苯處煹牡匚皇呛吞斓匾粯痈吆?和君王和父母一樣齊名。 教師理當(dāng)有師道尊嚴(yán),理當(dāng)凌駕于學(xué)生之上,理當(dāng)指揮和管理學(xué)生。一些極具愛心的班主任往往不知不覺甚至是“好心好意”地?fù)p害著學(xué)生的尊嚴(yán)和感情。在一些班級(jí)里,師生關(guān)系成了“我管你從”的君臣關(guān)系,不但沒有民主氛圍,反而有點(diǎn)象唯師是從的專制制度。其實(shí),這種凜然不可侵犯的派

9、頭只是威嚴(yán)而不是尊嚴(yán)。愛學(xué)生就要走進(jìn)學(xué)生的情感世界,而要走進(jìn)學(xué)生的情感世界,首先必須把自己當(dāng)作學(xué)生的朋友,去感受他們的喜怒哀樂,當(dāng)你覺得和他們一般大,一處玩一處學(xué)習(xí),誰(shuí)也不覺得你是老師,你便成了真正的老師。最好的老師就是如此又像老師又不像老師的老師。最好的班主任是又像班主任又不像班主任的班主任。正如齊白石先生所言的：“最有神韻的畫是又像又不像的畫。”師愛的最高境界不是母愛,也不是父愛,而是朋友之愛,因?yàn)檫@種愛的基礎(chǔ)是平等:以感情贏得感情,以心靈感受心靈。 中央電視臺(tái)節(jié)目主持人白巖松在其題為人格是最好的教育一文中講述過這樣一個(gè)真實(shí)的故事: 北大新學(xué)期開始了, 一個(gè)外地來的學(xué)生背著大包小包走進(jìn)了校

10、園。他實(shí)在太累了,就把包放在路邊休息一下。這時(shí)正好一位老人走了過來,年輕學(xué)子就拜托老人替自己看一下包,而自己則輕裝去辦理入學(xué)手續(xù).老人爽快地答應(yīng)下來。近一個(gè)小時(shí)過去了,學(xué)子歸來,老人還是盡職盡責(zé)地看守著。謝過老人,兩人分別。幾日后,舉行開學(xué)典禮,這位年輕的學(xué)子驚訝地發(fā)現(xiàn),主席臺(tái)上就坐的北大副校長(zhǎng)季羨林正是那天替自己看行李的老人。很多人讀到此文章都激動(dòng)不已。文學(xué)泰斗加之名牌大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),在守望那個(gè)小伙子的行李時(shí),竟然是欣然從命,坦然自若的。我們一般的老師身處此情景又會(huì)怎樣呢?季老先生之所以沒有俯瞰那個(gè)位卑年少的孩子,是因?yàn)樗麑⑵涫亲髋c自己平等人格的生命。 還學(xué)生以做人的平等地位，還學(xué)生以尊嚴(yán)，不要把

11、學(xué)生看成是自己的附庸，更不要以對(duì)待奴隸的方式對(duì)待學(xué)生，這就是班主任對(duì)學(xué)生的一種科學(xué)的愛。第四，科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生，要學(xué)會(huì)換角度思考。班主任也是平凡人，處理問題也會(huì)帶上一些自己的主觀色彩，如果班主任只是從自己的角度思考問題，處理問題，只圖一時(shí)痛快，一時(shí)輕巧，甚至將本應(yīng)有的解釋也當(dāng)作狡辯，很容易導(dǎo)致處理失當(dāng)，不僅對(duì)學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤、改正錯(cuò)誤無益，還會(huì)嚴(yán)重地挫傷學(xué)生的自尊心，從而產(chǎn)生逆反心理，學(xué)生受委屈，師生間產(chǎn)生隔閡，而且班主任也將面臨著信任危機(jī)。如果我們多從學(xué)生的角度思考問題，你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，他們犯的錯(cuò)誤是那么情有可原，是那么可愛，他們的錯(cuò)誤或許也就成為了師生關(guān)系情感交融的紐帶。就在這換角度思考問題的前后，一

12、個(gè)是讓師生同時(shí)下了地獄，一個(gè)是師生同時(shí)上了天堂。“換位思考”實(shí)質(zhì)上是班主任角色的轉(zhuǎn)換，建立新型的師生關(guān)系。班主任在班級(jí)管理中要能置身于學(xué)生的位置上去觀察、思考、理解、體驗(yàn)、處理問題。這樣，才能觀其心，察其行，思其意，有助于班級(jí)管理和問題的解決，使學(xué)生感受到老師的誠(chéng)懇與熱情，從而信賴教師，收到良好的教育效果。換位思考不僅使愛找到了歸宿，也使愛得到了升華。最后，科學(xué)地愛學(xué)生，要把握好愛的尺度。凡事過猶不及，愛學(xué)生也是同樣道理。鼓勵(lì)是一種愛，懲罰也是一種愛。但怎樣鼓勵(lì)才能讓學(xué)生既嘗到甜頭又不至于飄飄然，怎樣懲罰能讓學(xué)生既知錯(cuò)愿改而又不產(chǎn)生逆反心理，這就不是簡(jiǎn)單的事了。比如課堂上有學(xué)生說話，也許你看他

13、一眼或說他一句就能制止，你非要訓(xùn)斥他半節(jié)課，這樣會(huì)招致許多學(xué)生的反感，就有些得不償失了。寬容對(duì)待學(xué)生是一種愛，嚴(yán)格對(duì)待學(xué)生也是一種愛。但過嚴(yán)了，不能激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性，有時(shí)甚至導(dǎo)致師生間的矛盾和對(duì)立，即使出了成績(jī)，學(xué)生也不會(huì)喜歡和理解老師；過寬了，學(xué)生和自己就像好友，關(guān)系是近了，但學(xué)生卻變的不聽話了，成績(jī)也是可能沒有嚴(yán)管的效果好。學(xué)生都愿意與班主任親近，班主任也愿意走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心里。如果班主任與學(xué)生不夠親近，就無法達(dá)到這一目的；如果與哪些學(xué)生過于親近，又會(huì)因此而失去了其他的學(xué)生。這些看似都是不可調(diào)和的矛盾，實(shí)際上只需要掌握好“度”就可以迎刃而解，從這種意義上講，把握好了愛學(xué)生的“度”才是一種科

14、學(xué)的愛。所謂科學(xué)地愛，就是在全心全意愛學(xué)生的前提下，按照人的成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律，科學(xué)地教育學(xué)生的教育方式。魯迅說：“教育是植根于愛的。” 離開了感情,離開了愛,一切教育都無從談起。教育是心心相印的愛的活動(dòng),這種愛惟獨(dú)從心里發(fā)出來，才能打到心的深處去。但是，如果愛得不夠科學(xué)，即使你的愛再真摯、再濃烈，那也許聽不到任何的回響，甚至可能偏離了方向，還有可能適得其反，帶來負(fù)面影響。作為班主任，我們要將愛科學(xué)地播種在學(xué)生的心中，幫助他們收獲幸福的人生。以上是我通過學(xué)習(xí)之后總結(jié)的幾點(diǎn)如何做好班主任,如何科學(xué)地愛自己的學(xué)生的體會(huì)。最后,介紹一款班主任養(yǎng)心八珍湯給各位同事,希望能夠幫助大家科學(xué)地愛自己的學(xué)生，做一個(gè)學(xué)生
