5、the survey found that medical students with high professional identity as a whole, but medical students of the medical professions own professional cognition, emotion and career to pursue vocational and occupational external environment, the public and so has their different professional identity ex
6、tent.It is worth noting that there is not out of their own will to choose a part of the medical students in clinical medicine, this part of the students own professional identity and sense of belonging to low. Another part of the students after two to three years of study, the proportion of doctors
7、willing to be when compared with the proportion of students enrolled in clinical medicine is their first choice declined.The survey found that students are more concerned about their own future throughout major occupational environment (including the doctor-patient relationship, medical and health s
8、ystem, practice environment, salary systems, etc.), due to changes in occupational environment may lead to medical students from the beginning to the full of enthusiasm to worry a little regret, or even loss of confidence in the requirements of a career change, this psychological change is worth att
9、ention and further discuss countermeasures.Medicine is a very strong professional, technical requirements, high investment disciplines, schools should enhance students career planning education, to establish a scientific concept of career, to help students identify the location, to develop an approp
10、riate development plan, while improving medical students professional identity, doctors reduce the loss of resources. Through the medical students professional identity Investigation and influencing factors, and explore specific measures to enhance their professional identity in order to develop and
