1、.：.；清華MBA第三屆企業(yè)案例大賽競(jìng)賽章程總那么 清華MBA第三屆企業(yè)案例大賽在清華大學(xué)經(jīng)管學(xué)院MBA教育中心的指點(diǎn)下，由清華大學(xué)MBA同窗會(huì)公共關(guān)系部主辦，協(xié)辦。 大賽目的：清華案例大賽以“公平、公正、公開的原那么，調(diào)查學(xué)生對(duì)商業(yè)案例的綜合分析才干，推進(jìn)案例學(xué)習(xí)氣氛，從而提高未來管理精英的管理實(shí)際才干。經(jīng)過競(jìng)賽既提升了清華MBA的品牌知名度，更重要的是加強(qiáng)了未來管理者與企業(yè)間的聯(lián)絡(luò)與溝通。組織機(jī)構(gòu) 本屆大賽成立組織委員會(huì)，由清華大學(xué)MBA同窗會(huì)公共關(guān)系部組成，擔(dān)任賽事宣傳、活動(dòng)組織、常規(guī)事務(wù)處置等任務(wù)。 本屆大賽成立評(píng)審委員會(huì)，約請(qǐng)校內(nèi)外著名專家學(xué)者和相關(guān)行業(yè)專業(yè)人士擔(dān)任評(píng)委，擔(dān)任本次大賽

2、作品的評(píng)審和鑒定。獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置和評(píng)獎(jiǎng)方式 評(píng)審方式：本屆大賽分為預(yù)賽和決賽，評(píng)委以準(zhǔn)確性、邏輯性和有效性為根本評(píng)審原那么，按組委會(huì)和評(píng)委會(huì)一致制定的評(píng)分規(guī)范對(duì)作品進(jìn)展量化評(píng)分。在預(yù)賽中選出八支團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)入決賽。 一切獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)在進(jìn)入決賽的團(tuán)隊(duì)中產(chǎn)生。大賽設(shè)置獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)包括團(tuán)體獎(jiǎng)：第一名：獎(jiǎng)金8000元人民幣，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書；第二名：獎(jiǎng)金3000元人民幣，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書；第三名：獎(jiǎng)金1000元人民幣*2，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書； 優(yōu)勝團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)：獎(jiǎng)金500元人民幣*4，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書；最具人氣獎(jiǎng)2名：獎(jiǎng)金1000元人民幣*2，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書。參賽資歷及報(bào)名方式第七條 凡清華大學(xué)在讀學(xué)生均可報(bào)名參賽，同時(shí)歡迎北京其它高校MBA參賽。 以小

3、組為單位報(bào)名，每組四名成員，可自在組隊(duì)，并選出一名成員作為聯(lián)絡(luò)人。但每組不得超越兩名留學(xué)生。每組應(yīng)確定組名，中英文均可。 報(bào)名時(shí)間為2007年11月22日至2007年11月25日晚24:00。填寫報(bào)名表，表中一切信息應(yīng)堅(jiān)持完好，將報(bào)名表發(fā)送至tsinghuacase2007gmail，報(bào)名勝利后會(huì)收到組委會(huì)確實(shí)認(rèn)郵件。假設(shè)報(bào)名當(dāng)天晚24:00前未收到確認(rèn)郵件請(qǐng)聯(lián)絡(luò)。大賽規(guī)那么預(yù)賽前一周，組委會(huì)將向參賽小組發(fā)放預(yù)賽案例。預(yù)賽終了后，組委會(huì)將盡快公布預(yù)賽結(jié)果，并于決賽前一周向進(jìn)入決賽的小組發(fā)放決賽案例。各參賽小組需在賽前將案例分析制形成PowerP

4、oint文檔用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示。一切小組必需在開賽前10分鐘將電子文檔交至組委會(huì)，否那么視為自動(dòng)棄權(quán)。各參賽小組需在PowerPoint文檔中參與清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院的Logo見附錄。預(yù)賽中，每個(gè)小組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參賽時(shí)間共12分鐘，其中選手演示時(shí)間為8分鐘，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提問時(shí)間為4分鐘。決賽中，每個(gè)小組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參賽時(shí)間共20分鐘，其中選手演示時(shí)間為12分鐘，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提問時(shí)間為8分鐘。演示文檔和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示可以運(yùn)用中文或英文，但無論運(yùn)用哪種言語都不會(huì)獲得額外加分。清華大學(xué)參賽小組成員在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示過程中均需佩戴清華大學(xué)?；铡８侥敲磪①悎F(tuán)隊(duì)必需保證在案例分析過程中不進(jìn)犯任何第三方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)或商業(yè)。如出現(xiàn)有關(guān)糾紛，責(zé)任完全由參賽者承當(dāng)。 主辦方

The contest establishes Organizing Committee, which is composed by P

9、s, to preside over passing judgment on.Chapter 3 Award setting and choosing method5. Judgment method: the whole contest concludes two parts: preliminary contest and final contest. Senate Committee will give the final score following the rules strictly; obeying the basic principleaccurate, logical an

14、du.Chapter 5 Rules12. One week before the heat, the heat case will be handed out to the teams.13. After the heat, the committee will announce the result of it, and hand out the final case to the teams entering the final.14. Every team must prepare the PowerPoint document to do the presentation. And

15、every team should hand in the electronic document to the committee before 10 minutes of the beginning of the competition. Otherwise the team will be seemed as waiver.15. Every team needs to add the logos of SEM to the PowerPoint document.16. In the heat, every team has 12 minutes. There are 8 minute

16、s for the presentation and 4 minutes for the Q&A.17. In the final, every team has 20 minutes. There are 12 minutes for the presentation and 8 minutes for the Q&A.18. The PowerPoint document and presentation can be in Chinese or English. No matter which language is used, the team will not gain the ad

All the teams must promise they will not pirate any the third partys commercial secret. Otherwise the duties should be assumed by the team.21.
