Total of 37 sets of moulds were identified with flash problem that need

3、ed to solve by mould repairing For example, Item 4001,1078,4002 needed to be trimmed the flash of the whole periphery and pin point. Two workers in each shift did the motion. 共計37副模具被發(fā)現(xiàn)有需要修模來去除披鋒 如圖:4001梯帶,1078底座,4002快鎖梯帶修模前需人工去除整圈及頂針位披峰,每個班次需安排兩個員工來除此產(chǎn)品披峰. 2. Polybag was used to pack this item 需用膠袋

4、打包裝BeforeBeforeBeforeBeforeBefore2Action 采取的改進(jìn)行動:Proving full list of tools with flash status to in TDC engineering 提供TDC整套有披鋒狀況說明的清單。2. TDC confirmed upon those flash that were acceptable by customers and production stopped manual deflashing accordingly. TDC根據(jù)披鋒性質(zhì)確認(rèn)客戶可接受的部分,生產(chǎn)立即停止去披鋒的動作。3. To deliv

5、er the mould for repair in phased manner against production schedule. 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)安排分階段交付模具維修。Actions 采取的改進(jìn)行動3After Improvement 改進(jìn)后狀況:Completed 37 sets 完成37套維修14 sets being input for production 14套已投入生產(chǎn)使用。 10 sets are free from targeted problem and 3 out of 10 have set free one labor respectively 其中10套已消除所述
