9、emeof100T/HSewageRecoverySystemforShandongSunWayPetrochemicalEngineeringCo.,Ltd一、設(shè)計刖百DesignPreface項目概況ProjectBriefIntroduction：山東三維石化工程股份有限公司100m3/h污水回用處理工程項目，本方案書提供了為貴公司設(shè)計的污水回用處理技術(shù)方案。該技術(shù)方案采用了當(dāng)今世界最為先進的膜法分離技術(shù)，具有水質(zhì)高、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、運行高效的明顯優(yōu)勢，具有較高的性價比。本方案設(shè)置2套2X50m3/h處理系統(tǒng)，擬采用纖維球過濾器+特種樹脂吸附柱+超濾+特種分離膜的處理工藝，通過處理系統(tǒng)的處理，

29、arewashedaway.Duringtheshutdownperiod,themembranesareimmersedinfreshwatertopreventprecipitationanddeposition.Thiswillhelpprolongthemembranelife.種分離膜清洗裝置：特種分離的預(yù)處理越完善，膜元件清洗周期就越長，清洗也越容易。但要保證特種分離膜元件完全不被污染是不現(xiàn)實的。因而當(dāng)膜元件因運行累積而造成污染時，特種分離膜的進出口壓差上升，產(chǎn)水量下降，有機物去除率下降。為了確保特種分離長期穩(wěn)定運行，設(shè)置的特種分離化學(xué)清洗裝置是必要的。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)置一套化學(xué)清洗裝置，

40、lsystemandtheindependenceofsingleequipment.Italsocansavelotsofconnectioncablesfromequipmentstothecontrolcabinet,significantlyreducingtheriskofwiringerrorsanddisconnectionandsavinginmaintenancecosts.PLC控制系統(tǒng)完成全部現(xiàn)場工藝參數(shù)(開關(guān)量)信號的采集和所需控制參數(shù)的控制功能。PLC柜內(nèi)裝有控制器，PLC輸出用OMRON斷電器進行隔離。PLC柜上裝有急停按鈕，用于在緊急狀況下停機。PLC軟件完成全部
