2、ent such systems. Theories and models relevant to employee compensation from the sciences of economics, psychology, and sociology will be examined, particularly as they relate to certain personnel/human resource activities and outcomes including labor force attraction (recruitment), retention, occup

3、ational choice, job performance, and job satisfaction. Compensation management practices, including the analysis and evaluation of jobs, criteria and procedures for determining wage levels, individual wage determination, forms of pay, and incentive systems will be covered. 二、課程教學內(nèi)容及基本要求(一)課程教學內(nèi)容及知識模

14、到的各種問題和解決的方法過程,并繪出整個業(yè)務(wù)運作的流程圖,并對軟件的功能進行總結(jié)。(二)課程的重點、難點及解決辦法The emphases of this course include job evaluation,person-based structures,pay structures and pay-for-performance plans. The key points of this course include job evaluation,salary survey and pay structures. In this course, I would use some ca

15、se study and discussion as well as assignments so as to help students to understand and grasp the key content. 三、實驗實踐環(huán)節(jié)及基本要求1實驗實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)在本課程中的作用及要求The design of experimental teaching is to help students learn the fundamental knowledge of compensation management and combine theory with practice. In this

16、 part, students are required to know the design of compensation structure, the implement of different compensation practices.2實驗項目實驗一:金碟K/3人力資源管理軟件的認知(The introduction of the software)(4學時)目的:對金碟K/3人力資源管理軟件的各個模塊進行介紹。基本要求:了解金碟K/3人力資源管理軟件的各個模塊,并能夠?qū)Ω髂K進行操作與運用。實驗二 :金碟K/3人力資源管理軟件薪酬激勵體系應(yīng)用(The application
