1、交聯(lián)電纜運行時的熱特性參數(shù)設計計算一九九六年九月1.概況隨著我國電力事業(yè)的發(fā)展,交聯(lián)電纜的應用愈加廣泛了。初步估計:1995年共生產(chǎn)35kV及發(fā)下交聯(lián)電纜達2.2萬km(其中10kV及以下的電纜約占95%)。110kV交聯(lián)電纜共需求約420km(其中進口的110kV電纜約占2/3)。隨著電纜應用數(shù)量的增多,各供電部門要求提供電纜運行中的熱性能參數(shù)更為普遍,很多企業(yè)因不知道這些參數(shù)而失去市場競爭的機會,出口產(chǎn)品如不提供這些參數(shù),就根本沒有投標資格,可見一個管理健全和較為現(xiàn)代化的電纜企業(yè),一定要具備這些參數(shù)資料,共包括三個方面的資料:電力電纜連續(xù)負荷下的載流量,機械部上海電纜研究所已于1994年出

2、版了載流量技術資料,很多電纜企業(yè)已經(jīng)在產(chǎn)品樣本上參照刊出。電力電纜和金屬屏蔽的短路電流,短路電流中特別是金屬屏蔽層的短路電流由于各電纜企業(yè)在工藝選用中尚有一定難度,盡管IEC949-1988早就出版了其計算方法,目前尚未見到有關電纜企業(yè)的選用表格,本文總結了國內外工藝結構中的參數(shù)選用經(jīng)驗,編制了一套參數(shù),是否適當,還需在實踐中不斷修正。電纜運行時,保護系統(tǒng)要求提供的技術參數(shù)如:電纜的交直流電阻電纜的電容電纜的電感電纜的正、負序阻抗電纜的零序阻抗各電纜企業(yè)已經(jīng)提供了電纜的直流電阻,并作為出廠考核指標,有些企業(yè)如山東電纜廠、無錫電纜廠等較大的電纜企業(yè)已在樣本上刊登了電感、電容等一些資料,但還是不夠

3、完整的。電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的綜合分析2.1電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的分類電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的種類較多,若歸納起來,可以分為直接接地,小電阻接地,消弧線圈接地和不接地系統(tǒng)等種類,其中小電阻接地和消弧線圈接地又通稱非有效接地系統(tǒng),分別介紹如下:直接接地系統(tǒng),110kV及以上高壓和超高壓電網(wǎng)采用直接接地系統(tǒng),電網(wǎng)容量大,可靠程度高,一相故障接地,保護系統(tǒng)可在零點幾秒內跳闡,系統(tǒng)過電壓大大降低,由于采用雙回路供電,工程造價成倍上升,110kV及以上電網(wǎng),均采用直接接地系統(tǒng),我國也不例外。小電阻接地系統(tǒng),用于35kV及以下電網(wǎng),電網(wǎng)容量不算太大,采用小電阻限止接地故障電流,保護系統(tǒng)可在數(shù)秒或數(shù)十秒鐘內(最大不超過一分鐘)跳闡,系統(tǒng)過電壓不

4、高,由于采用雙回路供電,一回故障接地跳闡時,另一回可繼續(xù)供電,但工程造價成倍上升,發(fā)達國家均采用小電阻接地系統(tǒng),以保證供電的可靠性。c)消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng),即采用一電抗線圈限止接地故障電流,為前蘇聯(lián)和東歐國家大量采用,日本在6070年代也曾大量采用過。我國在5060年代的電網(wǎng)建議均參照蘇聯(lián)模式,至今仍全部采用這種系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的特點是一相故障接地后,由于接地故障電流被消弧線圈限制到很小,系統(tǒng)仍可繼續(xù)供電,因能采用單回路供電,工程造價非常便宜,其缺點是系統(tǒng)過電壓高,一相故障接地時,其它兩相將長期承受線電壓(1.73U。),降低了電纜的老化壽命,表2-1為我國某些大城市采用消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng)的一些基本情

5、況。表2-1中的接地故障時間最大不超過2小時,已列入電力部“電氣事故處理規(guī)程”表中I為接地故障電流,C在消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng)中I10A,可達數(shù)十安或數(shù)百安培。C表2-1地區(qū)項目指標一-上海華東沈陽北京消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng)過電壓故障接地時間采用不接地系統(tǒng)規(guī)定采用消弧線圈系統(tǒng)規(guī)定3-5U02小時IV10ACI10AG4U02小時IV10ACI10AG4U02小時4U02小時d)不接地系統(tǒng),我國在35kV及以下系統(tǒng)中,如電容電流IV10A,10kV系統(tǒng)IV20A,CC6kV系統(tǒng)IV30A時,采用不接地系統(tǒng),否則就難以切斷電容電流,就必須采用消弧線圈接C地系統(tǒng),以補償線路的電容電流。從電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的分類可見,我國

6、作為一個發(fā)展中國家,只能采用工程造價較便宜的消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng),由于系統(tǒng)過電壓要求電纜絕緣較厚,電網(wǎng)才能安全運行,故應采用6/6kV,8.7/10kV及26/35kV電壓等級,盡可、管電纜價格貴些,但在電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中占的份額極小,如果供貨弄錯了,將對電網(wǎng)的安全運行帶來很大危害,在我國少數(shù)地區(qū)如寶鋼大型企業(yè),一些工業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū),也采用雙回路系統(tǒng),還有一些出口產(chǎn)品,一般均采用雙回路系統(tǒng),應提供另一類型號規(guī)格即3.6/6kV,6/10kV,12/20kV,18/30kV和21/35kV等電壓等級,絕緣厚度較前一種規(guī)格薄一些,千萬不要在供貨時弄錯。2.2電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的短路在三相電力系統(tǒng)中,會產(chǎn)生三相短路,兩相短路,

7、兩相對地短路和單相短路等各種情況,其中以單相短路概率最多,約占65%,三相短路概率最少,約5%,兩相和兩相對地短路分別占10%和20%。在三相不對稱電力系統(tǒng)中,任何一節(jié)點的電壓矢量UA,UB,UC,可以分ABC為分解為正序分量,負序分量和零序分量,即:U=U+U+UAA1A2A0U=U+U+UBB1B2B0UC=UC1+UC2+UC0LaiUbiLci正序電壓UA2lB2LC2負序電壓LaoLboUco零序電壓LboLco圖2-1三相不對稱短路系統(tǒng)圖解因A1,B1,C1絕對值相等,次序為順時針稱正序分量U=Ue-j120A1C1U=Ue-j120B1A1U=Ue-j120C1B1又A2,B2,

8、C2絕對值相等,次序為逆時針,稱負序分量U=Uej120A2C2U=Uej120B2A2U=Uej120C2B2而A0,B0,C0絕對值相等且相同,稱零序分量U=U=U=UA0B0C00與此相對應的正序、負序、零序電流,和正序、負序、零序阻抗,分別用I/I2,I0和Z,Z,Z表示。120采用以上方法,大大簡化了三相系統(tǒng)中不對稱短路電壓的設計計算,即利用任一點的三相不對稱短路電壓失量,可以分解為正序、負序和零序三個分量短路電壓這一原理。三相系統(tǒng)中短路電流的關系可用下列公式表示:三相短路電流13二mE/Z二Ikk兩相短路電流12二mE/Z-Z=込;I(m=1)(m=R,R值請查附表1117,R0值

9、請查附表1825。同時要考慮一些附加很大的電阻,如接觸電阻,接地電阻,應請電力保護系統(tǒng)人員注意。8.結束語a)本文對交聯(lián)電力電纜的短路和熱性能參數(shù),參照有關文獻資料進行了較為系統(tǒng)的匯編,供各電纜廠在產(chǎn)品國內外銷售投標或編制產(chǎn)品樣本時參考。b)本文和電力電纜載量技術手冊配套后,中低壓電纜熱性能參數(shù)已基本齊全(高太電纜還應增加護層感應電壓等參數(shù))。1994年上海電纜研究所已出版了載流量技術手冊一書。從計算結果表明三芯電纜阻抗特性好,結構對稱,電感值低,采用銅帶屏蔽,結構緊湊,電纜穿管時,敷設方便,適合我國消弧線圈接地的電力系統(tǒng)中應用,已出版的電力工程電纜設計規(guī)范(GB50217-94)中規(guī)定,優(yōu)選

10、10kV三芯電纜,不是沒有道理的。鑒于我國電力的發(fā)展,將更多地采用雙回路小電阻接地系統(tǒng),不對稱短路電流增大,應采用銅絲作金屬屏蔽,產(chǎn)品將以單芯電纜為主,由于單芯電纜的裝盤量比三芯電纜高3倍,電纜接頭只是三芯電纜的1/3,增加了電纜使用的可靠性,單芯電纜一般均不用鋼帶鎧裝,結構尺寸小,由于鄰近效應小,載流量高,今后單芯電纜將愈來愈多,單根制造長度也愈來愈長,在歐州等發(fā)達國家單芯電纜占90%(三芯電纜占10%),希國家標準GB50217-94在今后的修訂時,應加以考慮。該標準對指導電纜生產(chǎn)和消費,將起到?jīng)Q定作用,也是我國國民經(jīng)濟建設中,電力電纜工業(yè)發(fā)展的方針大計。附表1銅鋁導體短路電流(kA)短路
