1、學(xué) 號:200804040211HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書摘要設(shè)計題目:唐山市供電公司辦公樓設(shè)計學(xué)生:專業(yè)班級:08 土木 4 班學(xué)院:建筑2012 年 5 月 23 日摘要該工程位于唐山市市區(qū),設(shè)防烈度為 8 度。本工程采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)。該辦公樓為四層,層高 3.3 米,總高 14.1 米,總建筑面積為 2860 平方米。該設(shè)計包括三部分:建筑設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和施工設(shè)計。其中,建筑設(shè)計主要是建筑物的平、立、剖面設(shè)計;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計有結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的布置及構(gòu)件尺寸的初定,統(tǒng)計荷載,內(nèi)力計算(橫向水平作用下內(nèi)力計算采用 D 值法,豎向荷載作用下內(nèi)力計算采用彎矩二次分配法),內(nèi)力組

2、合,配筋設(shè)計,樓梯設(shè)計,樓板設(shè)計,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計等;施工設(shè)計主要有施工組織設(shè)計說明書,施工進度計劃安排,施工平面布置和主要分部工程施工方案設(shè)計。設(shè)計過程中,計算部分使用手算,繪圖部分使用 CAD、Tarch7.0、以及 PKPM2005 繪圖工圖紙共 20 張。該辦公樓采。設(shè)計成果有設(shè)計說明書一份,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)施稱布置的內(nèi)廊式框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,使用安全。本設(shè)計依據(jù)設(shè)計要求和原始資料,運用鋼筋混凝土、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)基本原理及土力學(xué)和對材料性質(zhì)的深刻了解,遵守設(shè)計規(guī)則,保證建筑結(jié)構(gòu)合理,所有材料的質(zhì)量和強度合格,工藝良好。建筑設(shè)計采取積極措施來增強建筑物的外表強度和堅固性,給人以心理上的安全感。另外,還要有藝術(shù)的美感

4、韌性的過程。結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇后,進行荷載分析和強度分析,同時考慮與建筑經(jīng)濟學(xué)的關(guān)系,把材料制做安裝所需成本、所用時間,以及結(jié)構(gòu)使用期間的維修聯(lián)系起來。建筑設(shè)計部分:綜合了幾個方案的優(yōu)點,考慮可影響建筑的各種,采用了經(jīng)濟、實用、美觀的方案。在確定建筑方案后,使用 CAD 繪圖,繪制出建筑平、立、剖面圖,以及各種詳圖,并編制了建筑設(shè)計總說明。建筑施工圖紙 9張,分別是:建筑設(shè)計總說明,首層平面圖,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層平面圖,屋頂平面圖,南北立面圖,側(cè)立面圖、1-1 剖面圖,樓梯平面及剖面圖及衛(wèi)生間大樣圖。該辦公樓的平面設(shè)計采用內(nèi)廊式,成一字形,功能房間對稱布置,各個房間的開間和進深比較均勻協(xié)調(diào)。根據(jù)該樓的建筑面積和

5、人流量,在建筑內(nèi)設(shè)計了一部可以從一層到達四層的雙跑樓梯??紤]到該建筑物的各項功能功能,設(shè)置了傳達室,會客室,文印室,休息室等。辦公樓的立面設(shè)計簡潔、美觀、大方。外墻裝飾以貼瓷磚為主,門窗布置比較勻稱和規(guī)則,看上去比較美觀。辦公樓的立面設(shè)計簡潔、美觀、大方。外墻裝飾以貼瓷磚為主,門窗布置比較勻稱和規(guī)則,看上去比較美觀。為了增強立面給人的視覺效果,在墻裙部位用灰色蘑菇石裝飾,增強了氣派感。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分:總的設(shè)計思路采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)計算的近似法求解內(nèi)力,即:求豎向荷載作用下的內(nèi)力按無側(cè)移框架用彎距二次分配法,求水平作用下的內(nèi)力按三角形分布用 D 值法。最后利用鋼筋混凝土的相關(guān)原理進行構(gòu)件配筋計算及校核。

6、具體設(shè)計步驟分十步:第一步:荷載統(tǒng)計,包括各層恒載、活載,計算各樓層重力荷載代表值。第二步:剛度計算,包括各的 D 值法計算。第三步:框架自振周期的計算。的線剛度,柱的抗側(cè)剛度 D,按框架分析第四部:驗算側(cè)移,包括頂部位移和層間位移。第五步:內(nèi)力計算,用反彎點法求得各柱端彎矩、彎矩和剪力。彎矩調(diào)第六步:豎向力作用下框架內(nèi)力計算。采用彎矩二次分配法,對幅。第七步:綜合配筋計算。將水平力與豎向力作用下分別求出的內(nèi)力進行不利組合,再根據(jù)得到的幾組不利組合分別進行框架的最大值來配筋。的配筋計算,取其中第八步:使用 CAD繪制樓板配筋圖以及截面配筋圖。第九步:樓梯設(shè)計,根據(jù)建筑設(shè)計中確定的樓梯參數(shù),對樓

7、梯的梯段板、平臺板和梁配筋進行計算,并繪制樓梯各處配筋圖。第十步:基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計,首先對所給的工程地質(zhì)條件進行地基處理,然后對基礎(chǔ)進行布置和截面配筋計算。具體的設(shè)計內(nèi)容和設(shè)計進程將在正文中作詳細說明。施工組織設(shè)計部分:根據(jù)工程概況進行一系列的施工部署,進行了一定的工程量的具體統(tǒng)計,計算相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)與指標(biāo),編制出施工進度計劃、材料需要量計劃、勞動力需要量計劃和機具需要量計劃,繪制出施工總平面圖,根據(jù)施工準(zhǔn)備的條件編制施工準(zhǔn)備計劃,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)氖┕し桨负褪┕し椒?,并列出一些質(zhì)量安全措施。本工程總的施工順序為先后地上,先主體后,先土建后設(shè)備安裝,先結(jié)構(gòu)后裝飾。主體結(jié)構(gòu)自下而上逐層分段流水施工。根據(jù)工程的施工條
