9、G調(diào)試CHECK BEFORE COMMISSIONING 調(diào)試前的檢查Completion condition check 完工狀態(tài)檢查Make sure all the preparative work has been completed according to the commissioning project, including all the temporary piping, electric loops and so on. 確定所有的準(zhǔn)備工作已經(jīng)按照調(diào)試方案完成，包括所有的臨時(shí)管線和電纜等。Compare the nameplates on the equipment w

13、the motor for pump.檢查電機(jī)的冷態(tài)絕緣External appearance check 外觀檢查Make sure the exterior of equipment is intact. 確定設(shè)備外觀完整無(wú)損Check that all packing materials and protective devices used during transport and handling have been removed from the equipment.確定所有包裝材料和在運(yùn)輸和吊裝過(guò)程中的保護(hù)裝置都已拆除Check the welding between base

14、 and deck.檢查設(shè)備與甲板間的焊接All bolts and nuts have been tightened.確定所有的螺栓都已上緊Check the connection of pipelines to make sure that it has been completed according to PI&D.根據(jù)PI&D檢查所有管線的連接都已完成Ensure the pipelines are clean, and there is no corrosion or impurity.確定所有的管線內(nèi)部清潔，沒(méi)有腐蝕物和雜物Make sure the flanges and in

15、struments had been installed correctly.確定所有的法蘭和儀表都安裝正確Check and confirm that the buttons and lights on the control panel can work normally.確定控制盤(pán)上的按鈕和燈工作正常Ensure the push-buttons are normal.確定所有的急停按鈕工作正常The electrical installation and wire connection should be in accordance with the circuit diagram,

17、油和油脂填充和準(zhǔn)備完畢FUNCTION TEST功能測(cè)試Pump startup啟泵Open the valve in the suction and discharging line of the pump to let the liquid fill in the pump and vent the air. 打開(kāi)泵進(jìn)出口的閥門(mén)，使流體進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)以排出空氣Startup the pump through the local panel to confirm the pump is started. 在就地盤(pán)啟動(dòng)泵Stop the pump, then start it through the

18、 remote control, make sure the pump is started. 停泵，然后再遠(yuǎn)程控制盤(pán)啟動(dòng)泵Measure and record the starting current of the motor.記錄啟動(dòng)電流Running test運(yùn)行測(cè)試Startup the pump, close the valve in the discharging line of pump slowly until get the operating pressure.啟動(dòng)泵，然后緩慢打開(kāi)泵出口閥門(mén)，當(dāng)出口壓力達(dá)到最大操作壓力后將出口閥門(mén)打到全開(kāi)。The pumps should

19、be run continually for 2 hours at least. 連續(xù)運(yùn)行泵最少兩個(gè)小時(shí)Check leakage of mechanical seal and lube oil seal. 檢查機(jī)械密封和滑油密封Record the performance parameters as follow every 30mins. 每三十分鐘記錄一次以下運(yùn)行參數(shù)Measure and record the noise of the pump (75-90dB). If the difference between environmental noise and measured v
