26、is project is located in BINTULU, Sarawak state, east Malaysia, this extension is to build 2 new residual heat boiler, 1 turbine-generator unit and relevant accessories based on the original two sets (#7 & #8 ) of 9E open-type circulation turbine generating units. 廠址位于南中國(guó)海海岸約500m處,離明都魯港口專門近,運(yùn)距約6km,廠

27、址地勢(shì)較平坦。The plant is located at 500m away from the coast of South China Sea which is very near from BINTULU port, transportation distance is about 6km, its topography is flat.1.2、工程地質(zhì)及水文條件 Geological and hydrological conditions1.2.1、工程地質(zhì) Geological condition該工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)位于南中國(guó)海邊,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和周圍環(huán)境為近岸沉積物和沼澤沉積物所覆蓋。沉積物由砂子、

28、粘質(zhì)砂土和軟粘土所組成。This project is located nearby South China Sea, the site and the surrounding is covered by sediment and swamp sediment, the sediments are consist of sands, viscous sandy soil and soft clay. 場(chǎng)地土類不:II類。Site earth class: Class II擬建場(chǎng)地本次勘探深度范圍內(nèi)揭露出的地基巖土體由第四系土層和下伏泥質(zhì)粉細(xì)砂、粉細(xì)砂巖構(gòu)成,其地層巖性由上至下分述如下:The

29、foundation soil exposed within the surveyed range in the planned site is consist of quaternary soil horizon and buried argilaceous fine silt, fine siltstone, other stratum rocks is described respectively as follows:(1)層素填土:系新近人工堆積,結(jié)構(gòu)較松散,均勻性差,若不進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的巖土工程處理,不能作為地基持力層;Layer(1)Plain fill: accumulated ar

30、tificially, loose structure, poor uniformity, can not be taken as bearing layer until strict rock treatment is done (2-1)層淤泥質(zhì)粉質(zhì)粘土呈流塑狀態(tài);Layer(2-1)Mucky silty clay shows fluid(2-2)層粉質(zhì)粘土呈可塑狀態(tài);Layer (2-2)Silty clay shows ductile(3-1)層粉細(xì)砂呈松散狀;Layer(3-1)fine silt shows loose(3-2)層粉細(xì)砂呈稍密狀,具較高的壓縮性、承載力低的工程特性

(3-5)層專門密的粉細(xì)砂層多呈半膠結(jié)狀態(tài),其建筑工程特性良好。該層大部分地段分布厚度較大;Layer (3-5)fine silt layer in high density mostly shows self-binding condition, it has a good workability. Mo

33、st section of this layer is thick.(4-1)層粉細(xì)砂呈中密狀,具中等壓縮性、承載力中等的工程特性,其建筑性能一般;Layer (4-1)fine silt shows medium-dense, it has a medium compressibility, and medium bearing capability, ordinary construction ability.(4-2)層粉細(xì)砂呈密實(shí)狀,具低壓縮性、承載力較高的工程特性,其建筑性能良好。上述各層分布均不連續(xù),層厚變化較大。Layer (4-2)fine silt shows dense,

38、間夾薄層淺褐色砂質(zhì)泥巖。依照其風(fēng)化程度,將下伏基巖劃分為(6-1)層強(qiáng)風(fēng)化層和(6-2)層中等風(fēng)化層。(6-1)層多被風(fēng)化成砂狀,鉆孔中專門難取出較完整的巖芯,一般層厚1.00-4.00m;(6-2)層巖性相對(duì)較完整,巖芯多以短柱狀為主,層厚較大,未揭穿。Buried foundation rock is french gray or clay fine silt offwhite, usually contains thin layer of sandy clay rock. According to the status of weathering, the buried foundati

39、on rock is divided into strongly- weathered layer(6-1) and medium- weathered layer(6-2). Layers (6-1)are mostly weathered into sandy condition, it is hard to take out a complete rock core, normally layer thickness is 1.00-4.00m; layer (6-2)has relatively complete lithology, its rock cores are mostly

40、 short-column shape, thickness is big, 擬建場(chǎng)地內(nèi)分布的(3-1)、(3-2)層粉細(xì)砂在7度地震力的作用下有產(chǎn)生液化的可能,可液化層要緊分布在擬建主廠房和海上引水管部分地段(地內(nèi)分布的(2-1)淤泥質(zhì)粉質(zhì)粘土及(5-1)層粉質(zhì)粘土承載力特征值小于80kPa。The fine silt layers (3-1)&(3-2)distributed in the planed site is probabaly to liquidize under the action of seismic force of Grade 7, the liquidizing l

41、ayers mainly distributes in the sections of the planed main workshop and on-sea water introducing pipe, characteristic value of mucky silty clay (2-1)and silty clay (5-1)is smaller than 80kPa 由于擬建場(chǎng)地上部地基土層較軟弱,地下水埋藏較淺,基坑開挖時(shí),由(2-1)層構(gòu)成的坑壁段易產(chǎn)生坍塌,(3-1)層、(3-2)層易演變成流砂,故需要采取適當(dāng)?shù)目颖谥ёo(hù)措施,同時(shí)采取適當(dāng)?shù)幕咏邓胧?。As the upp

42、er earth of the planed sites foundation is soft, the underwater is buried in a shallow depth, when foundation pit is excavated, the pit wall section consisted of the layer(2-1)is easy to collapse, Layer (3-1) & (3-2) is easy to change into drifting sand, so proper supporting measure is necessary, me

43、antime, some foundation pit water level lowering should be taken. 循環(huán)水泵房地段0-20m深度范圍內(nèi)分布的地基土層強(qiáng)度較高,初步設(shè)計(jì)的泵房基底座落在建筑性能良好的(4-3)層專門密狀的粉細(xì)砂層之上,依照該地段地基土構(gòu)成及其場(chǎng)地條件,循環(huán)水泵房下部構(gòu)筑物可采納沉井法進(jìn)行施工(由于該地段地下水埋藏較淺,而大開挖所形成的坑壁均為砂層,盡管其密實(shí)度較好,但遇水侵泡后仍有可能產(chǎn)生流砂,從而導(dǎo)致坑壁坍塌),施工期間應(yīng)采取切實(shí)可行的降排水措施,依照我公司的各類地質(zhì)條件沉井施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),本期工程的基坑降水能夠采納深井降水和坑內(nèi)排水措施相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)

44、行施工,嚴(yán)防坑壁泡水。The strength of the foundation soil layer distributed within 0-20m depth range in circulating water pump rooms section, preliminarily designed pumps room base is located on the fine silt in high-dense layer (4-3)with good construction ability, according to the composition of foundation so

45、il and site condition, the lower structure of circulating water pumps room can be constructed in the way of sunk well(as the underwater of this section buried in a shallow depth, pit walls produced by big excavation are all sand layer, although it has a good compactness, occasionally soaking by wate

46、r is still possible to create drifting sand then to collapse), during construction work, appropriate and feasible level lowering and water draining measure should be taken, based on our companys construction experience in sunk wells under all classes of geological condition, foundation pit water lev

50、分取水孔內(nèi)地下水對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)具弱腐蝕性,僅一個(gè)取水孔內(nèi)地下水對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)腐蝕性,故建議按弱腐蝕性考慮。場(chǎng)地地下水對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的鋼筋無(wú)腐蝕性,對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)具有弱腐蝕性;海水對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的鋼筋及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)均具有中等腐蝕性。The underwater in most intake holes in the planed site are corrosive to concrete structure, only one intake hole are exceptional, so we suggest to consider it as light corrosion; seawat

51、er has a medium corrosion to both the steel bars in concrete structure and to steel structure. 擬建場(chǎng)地同一孔中地下水位的大部分變幅不大,個(gè)不孔中的地下水位變幅較大,可能是受大氣降水阻礙所致。而在平面上各個(gè)孔中的地下水位埋藏深度存在著一定差異,最淺0.49m(見于附屬建筑物地段地勘資料),最深3.27m(見于循環(huán)水管地段地勘資料)。Mostly, the underwater level in the same hole in the planed site varies no much, only

52、a few holes are exceptional, probably due to precipitation. On plane, the underwater level of all the holes are various in burying depth, the shallowest 0.49m (see geological survey document of accessory buildings section), the deepest 3.27m (see geological survey document of circulating water pipe
