Operational management is the management of enterprise resource
3、s, through planning, design and control, in the production process of products and services, the effective use of raw materials, human resources, equipment and facilities to provide users with satisfactory products and services, thereby winning and maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterp
4、rise. Operational management is the core course of business administration. Its purpose is to integrate principles, methods and related technologies through classroom lectures, case studies, field visits, expert lectures, research reports, etc., to train professionals who understand both theories an
5、d methods, but also master modern techniques and means of operation and management, and to solve the practical problems of modern manufacturing and service enterprises in production operations.、Course Objectives1.Moral Education and Character Cultivation.Through the course to learn the operation str
6、ategy theory and technology, the operational strategy related knowledge has a comprehensive understanding. Through the explanation of the history of operation system design and related theoretical and technical establishment process, to understand how the predecessors in the process of operation and
7、 management development, how to overcome the obstacles encountered, to help students to establish a scientific thinking method and the spirit of the courage to face challenges in their work. From the point of view of the operational management disciplines role in Chinas innovation-driven development
8、, taking the research work of the outstanding contributors as the carrier, the socialist core values education is integrated into the curriculum teaching content and the whole process of teaching, highlighting the value leadership, knowledge transfer and ability training, helping students to correct
