2、hase 2二期項目位置/規(guī)劃范圍PROJECT LOCATION /BOUNDARY23SHAOXING KEQIAO MASTLAN COMPETITIONSHAOXING KEQIAO MASTLAN COMPETITION前言整體而言，國內住宅市場開發(fā)的“機會主義”時代已經過去，取而代之的是“專業(yè)主義”所的市場。專業(yè)精神、才智能力及富有遠見的視野成為今日開發(fā)者市場成敗的決定。而對于設計、規(guī)劃者而言，競事的利器則是透過對“人”“城市”和“自然”的理解，而深入探討居住的文明真義，以打破傳統(tǒng)的格式主義。國內的高品質住宅開發(fā)已不再停留于依據“廳”“房”“干”“濕”“工作”和“休息”要求而形成的

3、枯燥乏味的產品。換言之，住宅已不再是單純的“生存的建筑空間”，而升釋“建筑”，用理想來構筑“環(huán)境”。“生活的環(huán)境空間”。用生活來詮理念對“新城市主義”的再認同、以不同手法的建筑勾勒出城市新景觀，可謂是“新城綠洲”設計理念的出源點。項目重新解釋了傳統(tǒng)混合用途的市鎮(zhèn)模式，強調設計尺度以符合人的基本原則，再造以步行為中心的社區(qū)規(guī) 劃，以充分展示城市綜合體所具有的最佳功能性的潛力。新城中的住宅群規(guī)劃則以“整體整合”為原則，打造出無可比擬的群體效果優(yōu)勢。由喧鬧繁雜的市區(qū)進入寧靜青翠的緣綠洲，這里的白天綠意盎然，充滿了清新，而進入夜間則充滿了色彩，充份地流溢出了優(yōu)越的生活品味，這個將自然環(huán)境與居住空間融為

4、一體的綠洲，讓人遠離煩燥的商務生活，盡情品味自然氣息所帶來的舒適安閑。位于河邊的商業(yè)建筑群則通過強調建筑單體的個性化以形成獨具風格的城市建筑景觀。功能上，此區(qū)可比擬為新城的起居室，而景致上，則可謂是綠州的。于此獨特的生活空間中，不但展現了中西文化充分融合的生活精髓，更可見國際視野品位階層休生活之一斑。故事起緣 ：金地的寶石Gem Dale Story在古代，人們成群結隊從周圍擁擠的城鎮(zhèn)前往紹興，圍著水域創(chuàng)建起他們的生活。非常重要的是, 它給這里的人們帶來了成莊稼、溫In ancient times, people flocked from crowded neighboring towns t
