9、n.探究新知Language points1.outgoing adj.友好的;外向的其比較級為more outgoing; 其最高級為the most outgoing。其反義詞為shy(害羞的)或quiet(文靜的)Lily is more outgoing than Lucy. 莉莉比露西更外向。2. win v. 獲勝,贏,贏得充當(dāng)win的賓語的是比賽、戰(zhàn)爭、獎品、金錢等名詞,即match,war,prize,money等。He won the match.他贏得了比賽。探究新知 Isatquietlystaring atthebook.我靜靜地坐在那里盯著書。3. quietly a
10、dv.安靜地,輕聲地,輕柔的由形容詞quiet+ly構(gòu)成,類似的還有l(wèi)oudly(大聲地) clearly(清楚地),truly(真正地)等。探究新知4. asas和一樣該結(jié)構(gòu)用于形容詞、副詞的同級比較。兩個as的詞性和用法不一樣,第一個as是副詞,后面接形容詞或副詞的原級,第二個as多為連詞。as.as的否定式為not as/soadj./adv.as,表示“不如”,其中。Bill is as friendly as Tom.比爾和湯姆一樣友好。This book is not as interesting as that one.這本書不如那本書有趣。探究新知Both (of) his p
11、arents are doctors. (作代詞或形容詞)=His parents are both doctors. 他的父母都是醫(yī)生。 (作副詞)They both went camping in the holiday. 他們假期都去露營了。(作副詞)5. Both Sam and Tom can play the drums, but Sam plays them better than Tom.both 意為“兩個、兩者都 ”,在句中可作代詞、形容詞、副詞、連詞。作副詞時常放在be動詞之后, 實(shí)義動詞之前。探究新知both and短語常連接兩個并列的成分, 可連接名詞、動詞、形容詞和
12、代詞等。Both English and math are very important. 英語和數(shù)學(xué)都很重要?!咀⒁狻縝oth指兩者都, all指三者或三者以上都。探究新知6.Thats Tara , isnt it? 那是塔拉,是嗎?在反意疑問句中,當(dāng)陳述部分的主語是指示代詞this或that時,附加疑問句的主語用it;這是一架飛機(jī),是嗎? This is a plane, isnt it? 這些是葡萄,是嗎? These are grapes, arent they? 當(dāng)陳述部分的主語是指示代詞these或those時,附加疑問句的主語用they。探究新知You are from Ind
13、ia, arent you? 你來自印度,是嗎?【注意】反意疑問句是由兩部分組成的,前一部分是對事物的陳述(即陳述句),后一部分是簡短的提問(即簡短疑問句),中間用逗號隔開。如果前一部分用肯定句,后一部分就用否定疑問句;兩部分的人稱和時態(tài)要一致。The Greens werent at home last Sunday, were they? 格林一家人上星期天不在家,是嗎? 探究新知loudly 只用作副詞,意為“喧鬧地;大聲地;響亮地”。loudly 比用作副詞的 loud 使用范圍更廣,它除與 speak,talk,laugh 等動詞連用外,還可與其他表示聲響的動詞連用,且可以放在動詞之

15、拉學(xué)習(xí)和蒂娜一樣努力。asas意為“與一樣”asas中間接形容詞或副詞的原級。否定結(jié)構(gòu) not asas意為“不如那樣”。湯姆起得和吉姆一樣早。Tom gets up as early as Jim. 莉莉不如瑪麗外向。Lily isnt as outgoing as Mary. 探究新知not as/soas 可與比較級進(jìn)行同義句的轉(zhuǎn)換 這個房間不如那個大。 This room is not as /so big as that one. = That room is bigger than this one. 同級比較歌訣同級比較用原級,asas永不離。若是否定加not,asas否前者。a
16、sas加not,說明兩者有區(qū)別。soas加not,后者總比前者強(qiáng)。探究新知9.You can tell that Lisa really wanted to win, though. 不過,你能看得出來,莉莎真的想贏。Have you ever been to Australia? 你去過澳大利亞嗎? No. Id like to, though. 沒有。不過我很想去。though作副詞,意為“不過;可是;然而”,常用于口語中,一般放在句尾。It was a hard job. He took it, though. 這是份苦差事,可他還是接受了。探究新知(1)though還可以作連詞,意為“
17、雖然;盡管”,引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句,此時可以和although互換。拓展(2)though/although不與but連用,但可以和yet, still連用。Though/Although she was ill, he worked hard.她雖然生病了,但仍努力工作。Though/Although he is 90, he is still very healthy.盡管已經(jīng)90歲了,但他仍然很健康。探究新知10.But the most important thing is to learn something new and have fun. 但最重要的是要學(xué)到一些新東西并獲得樂趣。t
