47、不要長(zhǎng)篇大論,能說(shuō)清楚就夠了。 5態(tài)度要不卑不亢,不要一聽(tīng)對(duì)方認(rèn)為你干不了,你就乞求對(duì)方。因?yàn)橛萌藛挝徊粫?huì)因可憐誰(shuí)就錄用誰(shuí)的。 二、你為什么有興趣到這里找工作? 用人單位對(duì)某些學(xué)歷、資歷比較高的求職者常提類似的問(wèn)題,其意圖是:1怕這人將來(lái)跳槽,工作不安心,把新工作當(dāng)成一塊跳板。2進(jìn)一步考驗(yàn)這種人,看他們有沒(méi)有決心到這里來(lái)踏實(shí)工作。3多用反問(wèn)句、設(shè)問(wèn)句的口氣提出,考察應(yīng)聘者的態(tài)度變化。答問(wèn)策略: 1應(yīng)聘人聽(tīng)到這類提問(wèn)應(yīng)該推斷出自己的條件還不錯(cuò),用人單位可能出于擔(dān)心自己不安心所致。所以要態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇地指出有興趣來(lái)此的原因: (a)專業(yè)對(duì)口; (b)公司有發(fā)展; (c)工作環(huán)境優(yōu)越; (d)聽(tīng)朋友介紹這

48、家公司的老板是伯樂(lè); (e)有更多到外國(guó)工作的機(jī)會(huì); (f)經(jīng)常出差適合自己的興趣; (g)離家近; (h)福利待遇特別好,等等。(只需點(diǎn)出即可,不必大加渲染) 2以比較堅(jiān)決的口氣表白自己如何喜歡這個(gè)部門(mén)并愿為它效勞。 3別忙中出錯(cuò)或言多語(yǔ)失。比如對(duì)方是一個(gè)臺(tái)灣人開(kāi)的公司,你卻說(shuō):我很希望為泰國(guó)的公司工作,泰國(guó)是一個(gè)美麗的發(fā)展中國(guó)家。這會(huì)讓對(duì)方啼笑皆非的。.面試難題的應(yīng)答策略 (下) 三、你自認(rèn)為有什么優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)? 主試人想通過(guò)這一類問(wèn)題的解答了解到: 1這個(gè)人能否對(duì)自己做出正確的估價(jià)。因?yàn)椴荒芄烙?jì)自己的人,往往也不會(huì)正確地評(píng)價(jià)自己的工作;2主試人最關(guān)注的是該人的缺點(diǎn)、弱點(diǎn),如這方面的問(wèn)題比較突出
