2、0.074mm占99如上。GSS25- GSS28采用氣流粉碎至-0.020mm,用高鋁瓷皮磨機(jī)混勻48ho編號采樣地區(qū)編號采樣地區(qū)GSS-17內(nèi)蒙古烏拉特后旗沙化土GSS-23浙江省象山東海灘涂沉積物GSS-18內(nèi)蒙占杭錦后旗鹽堿土GSS-24)、,東省陽江而南海灘涂沉積物GSS-19青海省海晏縣棕漠土GSS-25陜西省洛川黃土GSS-20新疆鄱善鹽堿土GSS-26安徽五河淮河沉積物GSS-21新疆石河子市灰鈣土GSS-27江蘇省張家港長江沉積物GSS-22山東省日照市黃河灘涂沉積物GSS-28湖南省益陽市湘江沉積物三、均勻性和穩(wěn)定性從最小包裝瓶中隨機(jī)抽取24瓶,采用X-射線熒光法對不同含量

3、和性質(zhì)的代表性元素進(jìn) 行雙份分析,用方差分析進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),證明樣品均勻性良好,分析最小取樣量為0.1g o經(jīng)穩(wěn)定性考核證明樣品穩(wěn)定性良好。有效期至 2025年。四、認(rèn)定值與不確定度數(shù)據(jù)不少于6組、用準(zhǔn)確方法測試且精度良好為認(rèn)定值;數(shù)據(jù)少(但不少于3組)或精度不符合要求者為參考值,用帶括號數(shù)據(jù)表示。不確定度(U)用公式u 10gn1)?r2 =-2t0.05(n 1)?/八n)2 R/(2?13m)估算,式中Ua, Ub分別為A類和B類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度估計值,t 為t分布取95%的置信度、自由度為n-1的t列表值,s和n為測試數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差和數(shù) 據(jù)組數(shù),R和m為分析方法平均值的極差和參與統(tǒng)計(n2)的方
