14、這種情況，建議譯為Household of a Family 或Household of a Corporate。2a集體戶口常住人口登記卡這絕對是個具有“中國特色”的名詞。建議這樣翻譯：Registry of De Jure Population in Corporate Household其中，de jure是個法律術(shù)語，拉丁文，意思是“合法的”、“已注冊的”；De Jure Population就是“常住人口”的概念。有人翻譯為Permanent Resident，不能說錯。一個國家的Permanent Resident，就是這個國家的“永久居民”（不一定是本國公民，也可能是拿到“綠卡”

15、、獲得該國永久居留權(quán)的外國公民）。但是，對于一個城市，特別是對于一個“集體戶口”內(nèi)的人口，只能是“常住人口”，不可能是真正“永久”的人口?，F(xiàn)在不是封建社會，是允許勞動力自由流動的。所以，一個“集體戶口”內(nèi)的“常住人口”不建議譯為permanent resident，譯為de jure population好一些，也比較能夠“跟國際接軌”，呵呵?；蛘呖梢曰乇苓@個問題，直接簡單譯為Information of Member。2b非親屬，可譯為Non-relative，或者用形容詞Non-relational所謂“親屬（relative）”，既可能是“血親（法律術(shù)語consanguinity）”，也
